Abstract

The Growth Study of Some Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus spp.) Isolates on Some Ligneous Media. Research to study the growth of some pleurotus isolates on some ligneous media were conducted at Forest Pathology Laboratory, Faculty of Forestry and Biological Science Study Center, Bogor Agricultural University in September 2004 to March 2005. Substances which used were Pleurotus sp.l, Pleurotus sp.6, and Pleurotus sp.8 from Forest Pathology laboratory collection, PDA, MEA, MPA, some natural lignin source to be added to the commercial media. Optimum media for Pleurotus sp.1 is PDA, MEA + bamboo apus dust, and Glenn and Gold modification + sengon wood dust. Pleurotus sp.6 grow best at MPA, MEA + paddy straw dust, and Glenn and Gold modification + paddy straw dust. Optimum media for Pleurotus sp.8 is MPA, MBA + paddy straw dust added media, MEA + paddy hay dust, and Glenn and Gold modification + sengon wood dust. The difference of colony growth is caused by isolate and nutrition of each growth media. Pleurotus sp.6 and Pleurotus sp.8 known produce lyses zone at media which contain lignin source. Lyses zone caused by existence of extrasellular enzyme which secreted by mushroom hype to degrade lignin. All mycellium dry weight of Pleurotus spp. isolat that is given wobble is higher than dont given. Mycellium dry weight from high to low showed by Pleurotus sp.8, Pleurotus sp.6 and Pleurotus sp.l. The difference of colony growth caused by isolat and nutrition of each growth media. Lysis zone at media with lignin source caused by extracellular enzyme activity to degradate lignin source as their nutrition. The difference of mycellium dry weight at both treatment is caused by the response to oxygen in the liquid media. Key words: Pleurotus spp, PDA, MEA, MPA, bamboo dust, sengon wood dust, Glenn & Gold, modification. Abstract

Risk is a loss born as a result of a specific condition. Islamic banking, a financial institution that bases its operational activities on Islamic law, cannot be separated from risks. This risk can threaten operational continuity, the worst consequence of which can be closure because it cannot operate. Mudharabah and musyarakah contracts are contracts with the principle of profit-sharing. At the beginning of the operation of Islamic banking were the mainstay products to eliminate the interest system practiced in conventional banking. Musyarakah and musyarabah contracts are very strategic products to help advance the people's economy by distributing funds for the trade and industry sectors. Lately, musyarakah and mudharabah contracts have not become the leading service. Banking services are more on consumptive contracts such as murabahah, ijarah, Qardh, and others. The high-risk character attached to the profit-sharing contract triggers the unpopularity of this contract in Islamic banking services. This paper is intended to describe the characteristics of contract risk with the principle of profit-sharing and the identification of potential risks that accompany it. Therefore, it makes it easier for interested parties to undertake risk management efforts. In contrast, they continue to ensure whether these efforts run according to sharia.

Abstract

Climate change will cause ecosystem changes that will affect all aspects of human life on earth. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), in its fifth assessment report (AR5), stated that climate change is also having an impact on the marine environment. Indonesia as an archipelagic country will of course also feel the domino effect of climate change. Therefore, climate change is very urgent to be discussed in Indonesia. This article will examine and formulate derivative regulations which are implementation instruments to provide legal protection for the environment and coastal residents when facing the impacts of climate change. This paper applies normative research methods as well as a contextual approach, historical approach, legal approach, comparative approach and case approach which will then be analyzed qualitatively. Specifically, this article will analyze the Buton Regency, especially the North Buton Regency government's efforts to overcome climate change which is realized by the existence of regional regulations that specifically regulate Climate Change Adaptation [API] as well as integrating regional regulations with API elements, especially in the sectors of spatial design, development planning and disaster management. So, it can be a reference for a regions that have coastal areas to achieve the target of Sustainable Development Goals [SDGs] point 13.

Abstract

Indonesia, as the world's third-largest cocoa producer, joined the International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) in 2012 to improve market access, reduce trade barriers, and strengthen its negotiating position with the European Union in efforts to develop the national cocoa industry and increase exports of processed cocoa to global markets. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors driving Indonesia's joining of ICCO (International Cocoa Organization) and to examine Indonesia's processed cocoa export strategy. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis to explore in depth Indonesia's strategy in increasing processed cocoa exports to the European Union through its membership in ICCO. The research results show that Indonesia's joining of the International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) was driven by various strategic factors and followed by the development of a comprehensive processed cocoa export strategy. As a major cocoa producer, Indonesia leverages its ICCO membership to enhance the position and competitiveness of the national cocoa industry in the global market through improved market access, information acquisition, capacity development, and strengthening of diplomatic positions. The export strategy developed includes diplomatic efforts to reduce import tariffs in the European Union, product quality improvement, product diversification and promotion of sustainability certifications. Indonesia actively lobbies, builds alliances with other producing countries, and utilizes ICCO forums for technology transfer.
