Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research focuses on the employees of PT. Arifindo Adiputra Ariaguna. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management theory and serve as a reference for property companies in improving employee performance through enhanced motivation and job satisfaction. The completion of this proposal was made possible with the support and guidance of various academic and personal contributors who played an important role in the success of this research. This study is closely related to several key concepts, including leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance, mediating variables, human resource management, quantitative methods, and the property industry within PT. Arifindo Adiputra Ariaguna. This research is expected to contribute to the theoretical literature on human resource management by emphasizing the interrelationships and roles of each variable in shaping employee performance effectively and sustainably, as well as serving as an important reference for property companies in developing comprehensive HR management strategies

Abstract

The influence of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions for Pucuk Harum Tea in Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach through the Accidental Sampling technique for sampling. A total of 135 people in the city of Bekasi focusing on North Bekasi who had used Teh Pucuk Harum products were the research samples. Data examination uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM method on SmartPLS 4.0. The research findings reveal the following: 1.) Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2.) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, 3.) Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 4.) Product Quality has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, 5.) Purchasing Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is used to measure the effect of product diversity and location on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative study in which the objects used are Omah Furniture consumers. The number of samples used in this study were 136 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method - SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study explain that the variables of product diversity, location, and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study provides advice that companies should pay more attention to product diversity and location to increase customer satisfaction and company competitiveness.

Abstract

The influence of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions of the fashion brand Airlabels at Summarecon Mall Bekasi through purchase interest as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method, with a sampling technique (Purposive Sampling), involving 119 respondents who have made purchases or at least have an interest in Air Labels products at Summarecon Bekasi. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software, with Outer Model Test, Inner Model Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest; 3) Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 4) Product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 5) Purchase interest has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 6) Purchase interest is able to mediate Promotion on purchasing decisions; 7) Purchase interest is unable to mediate Product Quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is used to measure the effect of social media and product quality on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. This research is a quantitative study in which the objects used are students of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. This research was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents. The data processing tool used is the structural equitation model (SEM) software application with the SmartPLS version 4.0 tool. based on the results of this study explain that; 1) Social media has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest; 3) social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 4) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 5) buying interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
