Abstract

Beginning at the end of 2019 in various countries around the world and in Indonesia during the period of February 2020 has been shocked by a spectacular outbreak of a virus called Corona or Covid-19 (Corona Virus Diseases-19). This virus originally existed and developed in Wuhan China and its transmission spread very quickly throughout the world. So that the World Health Organization (WHO)(Jianxi Luo, 2020a), declared a world pandemic. Many victims fell and died, including in Indonesia and disrupt human life plus the unavailability of drugs or antidotes for this virus. All sectors in the world experience tremendous impact and ultimately jointly overcome in various ways so that transmission can be minimized, including in the field of education, especially higher education in Indonesia, many efforts have been made in the conditions and situations of teaching in the period and post-pandemic Covid-19. Government efforts in mobilizing and launching an independent campus and WFH-SFH (Nadiem Anwar Makarim, 2020a) are efforts to reduce and overcome Covid-19 servicing on campus and places of education whose potential is extraordinary, if contracting and other efforts undertaken to solve and explained in this study by each - higher education is an effort to minimize and reduce the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Covid-19, pandemic, e-learning, independent campus, Study From Home (SFH) Abstrak Berawal akhir tahun 2019 di berbagai negara di belahan dunia dan di Indonesia dari bulan Pebruari 2020 telah dikejutkan oleh wabah spektakuler yaitu virus yang bernama Corona atau Covid-19 (Corona Virus Diseases-19). Virus ini awalnya ada dan berkembang di Wuhan China dan penularannya sangat cepat menyebar ke seluruh dunia. Sehingga oleh World Health Organization (WHO) (Jianxi Luo, 2020a), menyatakan pandemi dunia. Korban banyak berjatuhan dan meninggal dunia termasuk di Indonesia dan mengganggu kehidupan manusia ditambah belum tersedianya obat atau penangkal virus ini. Semua sektor di dunia mengalami dampak yang luar biasa dan pada akhirnya bersama-sama mengatasi dengan berbagai cara agar penularannya bisa diminimalisir, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia telah banyak dilakukan upaya dalam kondisi dan situasi pengajaran di masa dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Upaya pemerintah dalam menggerakkan dan mencanangkan kampus merdeka dan WFH-SFH (Nadiem Anwar Makarim, 2020a) adalah upaya untuk mengurangi dan mengatasi penyebaran Covid-19 di dalam kampus dan tempat pendidikan yang potensinya sangat luar biasa jika tertular dan upaya-upaya lain yang dilakukan untuk penanggulangannya dan dijelaskan dalam studi ini oleh masing-masing pendidikan tinggi adalah upaya dalam meminimalisir dan mengurangi dampak yang terjadi akibat pandemi Covid-19 ini. Abstract

The company's long-term goal is to optimize the value of the company by minimizing the company's cost of capital. The higher the value of the company, the more prosperous the owner of the company. The use of debt policy can be used to create the desired company value, but this policy also depends on the growth of the company which is also related to the size of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's growth on the firm value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The research sample was 33 companies for 3 years so that there were 99 sample data. Data analysis used panel data regression analysis, using a data management program with the help of eviews version 9 software.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Innovation Strategy, and Market Orientation on Business Growth, including the moderating roles of Innovation Strategy and Market Orientation in strengthening these relationships. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from mid-sized and large firms across various industries. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis reveals that CRM, Innovation Strategy, and Market Orientation each have significant positive impacts on business growth. Furthermore, Innovation Strategy and Market Orientation significantly moderate the relationship between CRM and business growth, as well as between Innovation Strategy and business growth, indicating synergistic effects among these variables. The findings suggest that businesses adopting an integrated strategic framework combining CRM, innovation, and market orientation are more likely to achieve sustainable growth. This research provides both theoretical insights and practical implications for managers aiming to enhance firm performance in competitive markets.

Abstract

The business world is often one of the areas most affected by changing times. The increasingly competitive business environment requires companies to improve product quality while reducing production costs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Just In Time (JIT) method in efforts to improve production cost efficiency at PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries. The JIT method was chosen because it is believed to minimize waste, reduce storage costs, and accelerate production flow by ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and components. This study employs a quantitative approach by collecting production, cost, and operational efficiency data from the company for the 2024 period. The results indicate that the implementation of JIT at PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries positively contributes to reducing production costs, although increased production volume does not always result in optimal cost efficiency.

Abstract

Even though it is a well-known brand, some consumers still have doubts when purchasing Wardah products through e-commerce platforms. This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, brand trust, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on the purchase decision of Wardah Moist Dew Tint lip products through e-commerce platforms. The research method used is quantitative, with questionnaires distributed to 98 respondents in the Bekasi area who have purchased the product. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results show that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously, with eWOM being the most dominant factor. These findings highlight the importance of managing digital reviews, brand image, and brand trust in online cosmetic marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, incentives, and work motivation on employee performance at the Public Broadcasting Institution Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Jakarta. A quantitative research approach was applied using a survey method, in which questionnaires were distributed to the entire population of 118 employees. Therefore, a saturated sampling technique was used. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, through several stages including validity and reliability testing, as well as classical assumption tests covering normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Multiple linear regression analysis was then conducted to determine the extent of influence of each variable. The findings indicate that organizational culture, incentives, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Hence, strengthening organizational values, implementing a fair incentive system, and enhancing employee motivation are strategic factors that can drive performance improvement within RRI. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for management in formulating policies to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Periodic Order Quantity (POQ), and Just In Time (JIT) methods in managing raw material inventory at 66paintworks Workshop. The primary issue lies in high total inventory costs due to the use of conventional forecasting methods. By calculating the Total Inventory Cost (TIC) for each method, the EOQ method was found to be the most optimal. The TIC using EOQ for paint is Rp1,403,760 and for clear coat is Rp1,403,820, significantly lower than POQ (paint: Rp16,450,860; clear: Rp16,450,688) and JIT (paint: Rp1,397,520; clear: Rp1,757,488). EOQ also provides more efficient ordering frequency while maintaining production continuity. Thus, the EOQ method is recommended as the most economical and stable inventory control strategy within this study context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer lifestyle, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Aerostreet shoes, using a case study of students from the 2021 cohort of the Management Study Program at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires using purposive sampling. The study involved 171 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that consumer lifestyle and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while brand image has no significant effect. These findings suggest that marketing strategies focusing on consumer lifestyle and improving product quality are more effective in influencing purchasing decisions for Aerostreet shoes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Image, Harga, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian parfum Mykonos di Kelurahan Perwira, Bekasi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling dan melibatkan 112 responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image, Harga, dan Kualitas Produk masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dengan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel. Hasil uji simultan (uji F) juga menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (sig = 0,001; F-hitung = 47,364 > F-tabel = 2,69). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,556 mengindikasikan bahwa 55,6% variasi dalam Keputusan Pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi perusahaan dalam membangun citra merek, penetapan harga, dan peningkatan kualitas produk guna mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian produk parfum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kecamatan Medan Satria Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, menggunakan rumus Hair sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 120 responden. Data primer diperoleh dengan mengelola survei yang diisi oleh pengguna produk Kopi Kapal Api di Kecamatan Medan Satria Kota Bekasi. SPSS 26 digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian ; 2) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian ; 3) Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian ; 4) Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
