Abstract

Zakat is the name or designation of something that a person gives to those who are entitled to it, meaning zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that deals directly with property and social conditions. One of the forms of wealth to which the zakat should be issued is the wealth of commerce. Prof. Dr. Wahbah Zuhaili in his book, “Al-Fiqh al-Islam waadillatuhu” describes the house when it comes to income / profit earned by renting / selling it is obligatory. The scholars explain that there is a zakat on real estate when selling a home. This is what was discussed at the second Muslim scholars in Cairo, that there is a zakat obligation on the profit or income of a home sale when it reaches nishab and is fulfilled when selling the house. Although he wants to buy a house again, he has to pay his charity first so that his wealth can be clean and be a blessing in life and in the hereafter.Keywords: Zakat, Mathematics,Home

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada: 1) Bagaimana manajemen pada klub bola basket Arai Banda Aceh Tahun 2017?, 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen di dalam klub bola basket Arai Banda Aceh Tahun 2017? 3) Bagaimana pola pembinaan dan latihan pada klub bola basket Arai Banda Aceh Tahun 2017?. Penelitian ini adalah merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan manajemen klub bola basket Arai Banda Aceh, dan subjek penelitian ini adalah 14 orang pengurus klub dan pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sample. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen klub bola basket Arai Banda Aceh. Metode pengumpulan datanya mengggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa sistem manajemen klub bola basket Arai Banda Aceh sudah baik, terlihat dari program kerja pengurus yang jelas, jadwal latihan serta sarana dan prasarana telah memadai. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara didalam pendanaan klub serta pola pembinaan prestasi dikatakan sangat baik, karena didalam penanganan sistem manajemen dilakukan oleh para tenaga profesional. Kata kunci:    Manajemen, Klub Bola Basket Arai Banda Aceh

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of Labuhanbatu Regency, with the aim of analyzing the effect of communication, leadership, incentives, and competence on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with the following analytical techniques, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be described with the following explanation, vThe communication variable (X1) has a value of tcount (3.06) > ttable (1.66) with a significantly smaller value than the probability value of 0.05 or a significant value of 0.003 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the communication variable (X1) has an effect on positive and significant on employee performance. Leadership (X2) has a value of tcount (3.44) > ttable (1.66) with a significantly smaller value than the probability of 0.05 or 0.001 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that leadership (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. Incentive (X3) has a value of tcount (5.39) > ttable (1.66) with a significantly smaller value than the probability of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the incentive (X3) has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. Competence (X4) has a value of tcount (10.30) > ttable (1.66) with a significantly smaller value than the probability of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that competency (X4) has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. The results of the F test have an Fcount of 172.59 > Ftable 2.49 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that communication, leadership, incentives, and competence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is the backbone in running the operational activities of a company. Efforts to develop this goal can be done through affective and normative commitments so that employee work discipline continues to increase. This type of research is quantitative, and the place of this research is the Education Office of Labuhan Batu Regency. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 95 employees of the Labuhan Batu District Education Office. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Since the number of employees of the Labuhan Batu Regency Education Office is 95 people (less than 100 people), all employees are taken as objects of research. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis obtained the t arithmetic value of 2.089 > t table 1.6615. This means that the affective commitment variable (X1) has a positive effect on the work discipline variable (Y). Then the significant value is 0.040 <0.05, which means that the affective commitment variable (X1) has a significant effect on the work discipline variable (Y). Based on the results of the regression analysis, the t-count value of 11.074 > t table 1.6615 means that the normative commitment variable (X2) has a positive effect on the work discipline variable (Y). Then the significant value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that the normative commitment variable (X2) has a significant effect on the work discipline variable (Y). The value of Fcount is 97.252> Ftable 3.09 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 affective commitment (X1) and normative commitment(X2)simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y).

Abstract

Salah satunya adalah membuat mie dari tepung non terigu tersebut. Alasannya sederhana, karena meski bukan merupakan makanan khas Indonesia, mie sudah menjadi bagian dari santapan harian masyarakat kita. Melalui salah satunya, Departemen Pertanian dibawah naungan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan pemerintah melakukan serangkaian penelitian dan sosialisasi pemanfaatan tepung non-terigu. Namun sayangnya, tekstur dan warna mie yang dihasilkan tidak sebaik mie dari terigu.

Abstract

The rapid development of communication technology and social media has created significant opportunities for businesses to introduce and market products digitally. This article examines the digital marketing communication strategy implemented by @maktabah_imamsyafii, a publisher and distributor of religious books, which utilizes Instagram as a platform to enhance product recognition and sales. Before transitioning to digital marketing, Maktabah Imam Syafii relied on traditional marketing methods that had limitations in terms of reach and time. Since adopting Instagram in August 2016, they have successfully increased their follower count to 5,000 and experienced a 37% increase in sales. This study employs a qualitative case study approach to identify the factors influencing the success of their digital marketing strategy. The findings show that using Instagram as an interactive and persuasive communication channel has strengthened their relationship with the audience and enhanced customer loyalty. Informative content, attractive promotions such as giveaways and discounts, and a personalized approach in interacting with customers have proven effective in increasing engagement and sales. Despite facing challenges from rapid changes in digital consumption trends, the study emphasizes the importance of adaptive marketing strategies based on data analytics to maintain success in the digital age. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for other businesses in optimizing digital marketing on social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas layanan terhadapminat beli ulang pengguna E-commerce situs Shopee. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survei dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi. alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan spss. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pengguna Ecommerce situs Shopee baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Terlihat dari hasi koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,721 atau 72,1%, artinya pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas layanan bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang sebesar 72,1% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 27,9% merupakan pengaruh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing mix and product quality on purchase decisions of shallots at Gelugur Market, Rantauprapat City, Labuhanbatu Regency. This research is an associative study using a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents, who are consumers of shallots at the research location. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire distribution and observation, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.The results of the study indicate that the marketing mix and product quality variables have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on purchase decisions. Thus, it can be concluded that the marketing mix and product quality collectively have a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions of shallots at Gelugur Market.

Abstract

Desa Sirumbia in Karo Regency has high economic potential, particularly in the promising coffee cultivation business; however, traditional financial recording methods and limited market reach hinder its development. Despite the availability of internet access, coffee sales from this village remain limited and are not widely recognized. The goal of this activity is to maximize the economic potential of Desa Sirumbia by modernizing financial management and utilizing digital technology to enhance operational efficiency and expand market reach and branding of the coffee products. The partners in this initiative are community groups in Desa Sirumbia engaged in coffee production. The implementation method involves observations and surveys to understand the issues, followed by socialization, training, and assistance in managing digital financial records and marketing strategies through digital media. The results show that participants successfully grasped the basics of accounting based on SAK EMKM to prepare financial reports and effectively utilized the Canva application to create promotional designs in the form of flyers. Evaluation of the activities was conducted through written questionnaires completed by the participants. This community service program has successfully improved the partners' skills in digital financial recording and digital marketing. The training provided solutions to the main challenges faced by the partners, namely limitations in financial management and product marketing. Consequently, the partners can now independently create simple digital financial reports and design digital promotions.
