Abstract

This study was purposed on determining the state of teachers’ quality manajement organization commitment and achievement motivation in pondok pesantren Al- Huda subdistrict Batanghari Nuban Lampung Timur as an endeavour to enhance teachers’ performances. This research is a case study by employing descriptive quantitative approach. The data source is primary and secondary data which obtained through interview, observation, field note, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted into three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of the research is teachers’ organization commitment is not fully affect to teachers performances. It is due to the higher teachers’ achievement motivation to create one of the school objectives, so it can be stated that teachers performances is Good.

Abstract

Ciri pendekatan filsafat lebih sering mempertanyakan perihal kebenaran segala sesuatu dan prinsip Islam yang berpegang teguh pada kebenaran wahyu ilahi sebagai kebenaran hakiki kemudian seringkali menimbulkan ketidakpahaman Namun, Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, para ilmuwan muslim menemukan bahwa filsafat sebagai metodologi ilmiah yang dapat bersanding dengan ilmu agama tanpa mempertentangkan nilai-nilai kebenaran yang sudah ditetapkan dalam Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah studi Islam dalam pendekatan filsafat secara definitif deskriptif sebagai sebuah pendekatan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan Library research dengan cara analisis data yang terdiri dari beberapa langkah, yaitu: 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa studi Islam dalam pendekatan filsafat dan hadis dapat dicerna oleh beberapa tipologi di antaranya melalui tipologi ontologi, epistemologi, dan aksiologi. sedangkan studi islam dalam pendekatan hadis memiliki dua macam metodologi yaitu diantaranya tekstual don kontekstual

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to outline the evolution of Islamic education in Boalemo under Alkhairaat. This kind of research is qualitative and uses wawacnara, documentation, and observation as data gathering methods. The findings demonstrated that the emergence and expansion of Alkhairaat in Gorontalo was preceded by its existence in Boalemo (Tilamuta) in 1967. From the inception to the present, Alkhairaat has undergone continuous development and improvement, leading the way in education from kindergarten/TPA to college. Boalemo's education system is developing Alkhairaat in five subdistricts, each of which has a different educational institution than TK-MA. The society has responded favorably to Alkhiraat's role as the coordinator of Islamic religious instruction, and it has since become the cornerstone for the society and thought to be able to satisfy the religious demands of the general public as well as the educational needs of the younger generation in particular.
