Abstract

The government has formed the COVID-19 (Task Force) Acceleration Countermeasures Group to discuss strategies to deal with the Corona Virus outbreak. One of Covid-19's coping strategies, namely: Social restrictions in the form of Lock Down with modifications or rules that are clarified and clear in priority areas as of now, but proposals in the form of Lock Down in priority areas such as DKI are not approved by the government. Although in the end the DKI Jakarta Government issued a policy after approval from the central government through the Minister of Health in the form of Governor's Regulation Number 33 Year 2020 concerning the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Debate in Handling Corona Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the Special Capital Province of Jakarta and Governor Decree Number 380 Year 2020 concerning the Imposition of the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions in Handling Corona Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the Special Capital Province of Jakarta. If the lockdown is really implemented, then this effort will indirectly have an impact on the environment, because the policy will relate to space that includes all objects, power, conditions, and living things, including humans and their behavior, which affect nature itself, continuity of life, and the welfare of humans and other living things. Therefore it is necessary to examine the relationship between the lockdown policy and COVID-19 countermeasures in the perspective of the Environmental Protection and Management Law. The author intends to find a connection point between the lockdown policy by looking at the impact it has on the environment by referring to the Law Act No. 32 Of 2009 Concerning Protection And Management Of Environment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan Food estate di Kalimantan Tengah akan dilakukan dengan intensifikasi lahan pertanian yang sudah ada dengan cara meningkatkan indeks pertanaman. Pengagendaan ketahanan pangan tergantung keberadaan isu yang memang mengancam, keinginan politik aktor dalam sekuritisasi, bayangan keuntungan masa depan yang akan didapat, juga jejaring lokal dan nasional yang dibangun untuk mendukung proses tersebut, dan faktor yang memperlemahnya adalah kondisi politik yang kerap berubah. Terdapat disjungsi antara kebijakan terkait keamanan pangan dan bentuk-bentuk kemiskinan pangan yang dialami, dan menimbulkan keraguan atas konsistensi internal kebijakan. Akibat implementasi yang belum matang, capaian keberhasilan program MIFEE sebelumnya masih relatif lambat. Telah diidentifikasi sejumlah masalah dalam meningkatkan produksi beras, seperti penguasaan lahan, kesesuaian lahan, sistem air, infrastruktur, aksesibilitas faktor produksi, kelembagaan, dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia. Proyek modernisasi pertanian dalam skala luas di Merauke dan Bulungan bukanlah usaha menjaga ketahanan pangan, melainkan semata ekspansi agribisnis dalam skala luas. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah bahwa pelaku utama pembangunan Food estate ini terutama adalah para petani setempat. Kewajiban pemerintah adalah membantu mereka dengan menciptakan iklim, di mana para pelaku pembangunan ini bersedia dan mampu melakukan pembangunan Food estate yang sukses sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Setiap petani mempunyai kebebasan memilih, jenis pembangunan Food Estate apa yang akan mereka lakukan, bagaimana caranya, dan bilamana pembangunan itu akan dilakukan, untuk apa hasilnya nanti akan digunakan, dan sebagainya. Pemerintah hanya mengarahkan hak pilih petani dengan mengatur keadaan yang ada di sekitar petani. ABSTRACT Food estate development in Central Kalimantan will be carried out by intensifying existing agricultural land by increasing the cropping index. The agenda for food security depends on the existence of a threatening issue, the political will of the actors in securitization, the image of future benefits that will be obtained, as well as local and national networks that are built to support this process, and the factor that weakens it is the changing political conditions. There is a disjunction between policies related to food security and the forms of food poverty experienced, and raises doubts over the internal consistency of the policy. Due to the immature implementation of the MIFEE program, the achievements of the previous MIFEE program were relatively slow. A number of problems have been identified in increasing rice production, such as land tenure, land suitability, water systems, infrastructure, accessibility of production factors, institutions, and human resource capacity. The large scale agricultural modernization project in Merauke and Bulungan is not an effort to maintain food security, but merely an expansion of agribusiness on a large scale. The solution offered is that the main actors in the development of this food estate are mainly local farmers. The government's obligation is to help them by creating a climate in which these development actors are willing and able to carry out successful Food estate developments as expected. Every farmer has the freedom to choose, what type of Food Estate development they will do, how, and when the construction will be carried out, what the results will be used for, and so on. The government only directs farmers' suffrage rights by regulating the existing conditions around the farmers.

Abstract

Abstract: Religious moderation education is crucial for children from the moment they start elementary school to nurture their ability to apply religious moderation principles in their daily lives. The foundation of religious moderation education for children is embedded through within their family and school settings. This study used a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data was collected through observation and interview techniques, books and journals relevant to the research topic. The results of this study identified the pivotal role of PAI teachers in instilling religious moderation values in MIS NU 2 Pontianak students. For examples through effective guidance and mentorship in religious moderation practices and incorporating religious moderation activities and discussions into PAI lessons. Abstrak: Pendidikan moderasi beragama sangat penting bagi anak-anak sejak mereka mulai masuk sekolah dasar untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan mereka menerapkan prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Landasan pendidikan moderasi beragama bagi anak tertanam melalui lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara, serta buku dan jurnal yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi peran penting guru PAI dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama pada siswa di MIS NU 2 Pontianak. Misalnya melalui bimbingan dan pendampingan yang efektif dalam praktik moderasi beragama serta memasukkan kegiatan dan diskusi moderasi beragama ke dalam pembelajaran PAI. Guru sebagai komunikator yang harus mampu berkomunikasi dan menyampaikan pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama kepada peserta didiknya, guru juga berperan sebagai pegawai suatu lembaga yang memberikan contoh kepada peserta didiknya bagaimana bersikap sesuai dengan apa yang dijelaskan dalam moderasi beragama, guru berperan sebagai penguasa dan transmitter yang mengatur para peserta didik dan memberikan ide-ide yang bagus dalam menerapkan sikap moderasi beragama pada peserta didiknya disekolah.

Abstract

The family is a living unit that provides a child's learning situation. The main task of the family for children's education is to lay the foundation for education. This means that families must also understand problems or matters related to how to educate children according to child development. The family's contribution to children's education is that children are trained to master how to take care of themselves, for example eating, talking, walking, praying. This is closely related to the child's personal development. This research method is literature, namely collecting important data or documents and looking at the nature of the research analyzed through qualitative research which is a descriptive research. ;1. Prioritizing religious and moral education for children. 2. Fulfillment of family income. Automatically Islamic education will become 5 parts 1) High moral formation due to Islamic education, without neglecting physical education, reason and practical knowledge; 2) Preparing and equipping children to look at life in this world and in the hereafter; 3) Grow and develop all aspects that can provide benefits; 4) Providing and cultivating scientific tips and enthusiasm by studying various sciences for the sake of science itself; and 5) Providing provision of professional skills for survival as capital for making a living

Abstract

The dynamics of growth and development of Madrasa Tsanawiyah Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Palu are covered in this research from an educational management perspective. The methodologies used in research are library research. Data is collected based on books, journal, written works, including research results both published and unpublished. The aim of this research is to evaluate and examine the dynamics of the expansion and progress of the Temporary Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Madrasa Tsanawiyah (1969–2013). The study’s findings suggest that the dynamic growth of Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Madrasa Tsanawiyah year over year year from 1969 to the present not seeing any notable expansion. Several things have been done, such as exploring the hamlet to look for prospective students, disseminating information, and promoting the local community. However, the results did not show significant progress. Several factors that influence this include: Planning has not been integrated with the planning function. Through coordination between the Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad of Regional Management and Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Madrasa Tsanawiyah, the implementation function remains unchanged while the supervision function continues to run simultaneously. It seems that the implementation of this function is carried out simultaneously with both the internal control monitoring duties carried out by the head of Madrasa Tsanawiyah, Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad Palu, and the exterior supervision carried out by the Regional Management of the Madrasa Committee and Darud Dakwah Wal Irsyad.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Mendeskripsikan keadaan pelaksanaan kegiatan Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada Sapi Potong di Kelurahan Kalampangan, Kecamatan Sabangau, Kota Palangka Raya; 2). Menganalisis persepsi peternak terhadap kegiatan Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada Sapi Potong di Kelurahan Kalampangan, Kecamatan Sabangau, Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kalampangan pada peternak pelaksana inseminasi buatan (IB) dan peternak non pelaksana inseminasi butaan (IB). Metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan pertama yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui wawancara sedangkan untuk menjawab tujuan kedua yaitu dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui pelaksanaan inseminasi buatan pada peternak pelaksana inseminasi buatan dan peternak yang sudah tidak melaksanakan inseminasi buatan lagi di Kelurahan Kalampangan kurang lebih sama, mulai dari pelaksanaan dan pemeliharaan, proses pelaporan birahi, perilaku pakan, jenis gangguan reproduksi ternak yang pernah terjadi, dan biaya inseminasi buatan (IB). Persepsi peternak terhadap inseminasi buatan (IB) dengan indikator pelaksanaan dan pemeliharaan pada Inseminasi Buatan (IB), penggunanaan semen beku pada Inseminasi Buatan (IB), dan perilaku pakan yang dilaksanakan untuk kegiatan Inseminasi Buatan (IB). Respon peternak pelaksana inseminasi buatan (IB) mendapat skor 1659 (Sangat Baik) dan peternak non pelaksana inseminasi buatan (IB) mendapat skor 1281 (Tidak Baik)  The objectives of this study are: 1). Describe the state of the implementation of Artificial Insemination (IB) activities on Beef Cows in Kalampangan Village, Sabangau District, Palangka Raya City; 2). Analyzing the perceptions of farmers to Artificial Insemination (IB) activities in Beef Cattle in Kalampangan Village, Sabangau District, Palangka Raya City. This research was conducted in Kalampangan Village on breeders who implement artificial insemination (IB) and breeders who do not implement blind insemination (IB). The method used to answer the first objective is to use a descriptive method through interviews, while to answer the second objective is to use a quantitative method using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of artificial insemination in breeders implementing artificial insemination and breeders who are no longer implementing artificial insemination in Kalampangan Village is more or less the same, starting from implementation and maintenance, the process of reporting lust, feed behavior, types of livestock reproductive disorders that have occurred, and artificial insemination cost (IB). Breeder perceptions to artificial insemination (IB) with implementation and maintenance indicators on Artificial Insemination (IB), use of frozen semen in Artificial Insemination (IB), and feed behavior carried out for Artificial Insemination (IB) activities. The response of farmers implementing artificial insemination (IB) got a score of 1659 (Very Good) and farmers who did not implement artificial insemination (IB) got a score of 1281 (Not Good). Abstract

Rehabilitasi ekosistem mangrove di masa Pandemi Covid-19 telah diselenggarakan di Desa pesisir Kiapak yang hanya dapat diakses lewat sungai galian (terusan) atau pesisir laut. Peranan mangrove secara ekologi sangat strategis, dan secara ekonomi sangat berpotensi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat setempat. Kunjungan lapangan dilakukan yang meliputi areal-areal lahan yang sudah dilakukan rehabilitasi, dan juga areal yang potensial untuk dilakukan rehabilitasi lanjutan. Wawancara terfokus bersama beberapa tokoh masyarakat mengenai rehabilitasi mangrove yang sudah diselenggarakan dan menggali persepsi serta harapan-harapan masyarakat setempat. Penyelenggaraan rehabilitasi mangrove dinilai berhasil dan bermanfaat oleh masyarakat nelayan setempat, dan menyarankan untuk berbagai kegiatan lanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemanfaatannya.Rehabilitation of the mangrove ecosystem during the Covid-19 pandemic has been carried out in the coastal village of Kiapak which can only be accessed via the dugout river (canal) or the sea coast. The ecological role of mangroves is very strategic, and economically it has the potential to increase the income of local communities. Field visits were carried out covering areas of land that had already been rehabilitated, as well as areas with potential for further rehabilitation. Focused interviews with several community leaders regarding the mangrove rehabilitation that has been carried out and to explore the perceptions and expectations of the local community. The implementation of mangrove rehabilitation was considered successful and beneficial by the local fishing community, and suggested various follow-up activities to increase its benefits.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan program kartu tani dalam penyaluran pupuk subsidi di Kecamatan Sebangau Kota Palangka Raya Provinsi Kaimantan Tengah dan untuk mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap program kartu tani dalam penyaluran pupuk subsidi di Kecamatan Sebangau Kota Palangka Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan pertama yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif melalui wawancara dan metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan ke dua yaitu dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran umum pelaksanaan program kartu tani di Kecamatan Sebangau Kota Palangka Raya yaitu dilaksanakan dengan tahap pendataan dan penerbitan, pendistribusian kartu tani, penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi dan penebusan pupuk bersubsidi menggunakan kartu tani. Persepsi petani terhadap program kartu tani di Kecamatan Sebangau Kota Palangka Raya diukur dengan 2 indikator yaitu tujuan program kartu tani yang terdiri dari 6T sub indikator yaitu tepat jenis, jumlah, harga tempat, waktu, dan tepat mutu dan indikator mekanisme program kartu tani terdiri dari sub indikator mekanisme penerbitan dan pendisitribusian kartu tani dan mekanisme penggunaan kartu tani dengan total skor keseluruhan sebesar 1622 dengan indeks 67,66 % dengan kategori tinggi atau baik. ABSTRACK This research aims to determine the general description of the implementation of the farmers card program for the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in Sebangau District, Palangka Raya City, Central Kaimantan Province and to find out farmers' perceptions of the farmer card program in distributing subsidized fertilizers in Sebangau District, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province. The method used to answer the first objective is to use a qualitative method with descriptive analysis through interviews and the method used to answer the second objective is to use a quantitative method using a Likert scale. The research results showed the general description of the implementation of the farm card program in Sebangau District, Palangka Raya City, which was carried out with the stages of data collection and issuance, distribution of farmer cards, distribution of subsidized fertilizers and redemption of subsidized fertilizers using farmer cards. Farmers' perceptions of the farmer card program in Sebangau District, Palangka Raya City are measured by 2 indicators, namely the purpose of the farmer card program which consists of 6T sub-indicators, namely the right type, quantity, place price, time, and quality. indicators of the mechanism for issuing and distributing farmer cards and the mechanism for using farmer cards with a total score of 1622 with an index of 67.66% in the high or good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan produksi pangan lokal selama 2012 - 2021 dan estimasi produksi dan ketersediaan pangan lokal selama 2022 - 2031. Penelitian ini dilakukan di provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dengan menggunakan data sekunder (data time series) dimulai dari bulan februari hingga bulan juni 2023 dengan menggunakan analisis trend menggunakan aplikasi Minitab, penentuan jenis trend menggunakan aplikasi minitab penting untuk menentukan trend apa yang paling akurat dalam mengestimasi produksi dan ketersediaan pangan lokal kedepanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan estimasi produksi, konsumsi dan ketersediaan jagung mengalami kenaikan untuk 10 tahun kedepan. Estimasi produksi, konsumsi dan ketersediaan kedelai mengalami peerbedaan arah trend untuk 10 tahun kedepan. Untuk produksi kedelai mengalami downtrend, sedangkan untuk konsumsi dan ketersediaan kedelai mengalami trend menaik. Estimasi produksi, konsumsi dan ketersediaan ubi jalar mengalami trend menaik. Estimasi produksi, konsumsi dan ketersediaan ubi kayu mengalami penurunan untuk 10 tahun kedepan. Estimasi produksi, konsumsi dan ketersediaan kacang tanah mengalami penurunan selama 10 tahun kedepan. Berdasarkan kesimpulan produksi, konsumsi dan ketersediaan memiliki hubungan, karena produksi merupakan salah faktor yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan ketersediaan, dan ketersediaan berpengaruh dalam menentukan jumlah konsumsi pangan lokal di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.
