Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to increase the independence of moderately mentally retarded students in dressing through self-development learning in class I SLB Negeri Nanga Pinoh. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles. Data collection in this research was carried out through observation sheets, questionnaires, field notes and test results. The stages in this research include observation, pre-action research, cycle 1 research and cycle 2 research. In the pre-action research, 55.66% of students were able to complete the task of dressing well. The results of the research in the first cycle showed an increase, namely 63.33% of students who were able to complete the task of dressing well, an increase of 7.67% from the pre-action research. After implementing improvements in the second cycle, including the use of more interactive learning media and practical exercises, the percentage of student success increased to 90% of students who were able to complete the task of dressing well, an increase of 22.67% from cycle 1 research. Students showed increased motivation and active participation in the process learning. Keywords: Independence, Self-Development Learning, Mentally Disabled Students   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian siswa tunagrahita sedang dalam berpakaian melalui pembelajaran bina diri di kelas I SLB Negeri Nanga Pinoh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dilakukan melalui lembar observasi, angket, catatan lapangan, dan hasil tes. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengamatan, penelitian pra Tindakan, penelitian siklus 1 dan penelitian siklus 2. Pada penelitian pra Tindakan memperolah hasil 55.66% siswa yang mampu menyelesaikan tugas berpakaian dengan baik. Hasil penelitian pada siklus pertama menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu 63.33% siswa yang mampu menyelesaikan tugas berpakaian dengan baik naik 7.67% dari penelitian pratindakan. Setelah menerapkan perbaikan pada siklus kedua, termasuk penggunaan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan latihan praktis, persentase keberhasilan siswa meningkat menjadi 90% siswa yang mampu menyelesaikan tugas berpakaian dengan baik naik 22.67% dari penelitian siklus 1. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi dan partisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian, Pembelajaran Bina Diri, Siswa Tunagrahita

Abstract

Good use of technology will be able to help various kinds of work activities including in the business world. High mobility requires a person or group to use information technology. One of the topics of technological development today is cloud computing. Cloud computing is a technology that uses the internet network to access resources in the process of managing data, processing data to its application. Cloud computing is widely used by people to start a business because it has many advantages in starting a business. One of the new concepts offered is e-business or electronic business. E-business is an expanded form of e-Commerce, where e-business is accompanied by customer service, collaboration with business partners with electronic support as a means of transaction or organization, but not only purchases, payments for goods, and services, but also Cloud computing services allow companies to determine the capacity to meet demand and move according to the speed of business growth of the company but not at a speed determined by enterprise infrastructure. This allows companies to generate better time to market, speed up application delivery and ensure management of capital or operational costs. Cloud computing implementation in business requires consideration of business and IT requirements as well as selecting available cloud computing to formulate the right cloud strategy. The goal after the implementation of cloud computing is that users can expand cloud computing capabilities more efficiently. In addition to having the advantages of cloud computing, it also has risks, namely only providers who know physically what is happening with user data, when disasters occur sometimes the ability of providers to recover data is still a concern for users, and provider compliance with regulations and when experiencing bankruptcy is still uncertain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Interest Rates and Government Expenditures on Investment in Indonesia during the 2014–2023 period using a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia, processed using SPSS software. The simultaneous test results show that Interest Rates and Government Expenditures jointly have a significant effect on Investment, with an F statistic value of 90.047 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. However, on a partial basis, only Government Expenditures significantly influence Investment (t statistic = 11.165; sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), while Interest Rates do not show a significant effect (t statistic = 1.493; sig. = 0.0895 > 0.05). These findings indicate that fiscal policy, through Government Expenditures, plays a more dominant role in driving investment levels compared to monetary policy through Interest Rates.

Abstract

Determining the cost of production is an important thing to pay attention to because of the increasing competition between companies in producing quality products competitively in the Upiya Karanji Gorontalo Business. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the cost accumulation method as a tool for determining the cost of production using the full costing method. The research methads used to collect data are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of determining the cost of production using the full costing method are greater than the calculation of the company's cost of production, this occurs because the company does not calculate all factory overhead costs in detail, therefore it is recommended that Upiya Karanji's business calculate all overhead costs in detail and use the calculation method full costing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan model Pembelajaran OIDDE (orientation, identify, discussion, decision, and engage in behavavior). Dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan sikap peduli lingkungan mahasiswa, melalui meta-analisis data hasil studi pustaka penelitian yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis/pendekatan penelitian yang berupa studi kepustakaan (library research) atau studi literatur. Berdasarkan literature review, didapatkan 10 jurnal dan 3 Tesis dianalisis. Jurnal yang dianalisis adalah jurnal nasional tentang Pengaruh model Pembelajaran OIDDE terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan sikap peduli lingkungan. Dapat disimpulkan, penelitian ini memiliki hasil analisis, yakni adanya pengaruh dalam penerapan model OIDDE, diungkapkan oleh Ma’rifatillah et all mengemukakan bahwa memasuki tahun ke - 21, berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari , termasuk pendidikan, mengalami resesi dikarenakan pendidikan merupakan proses pengembangan kualitas pribadi dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kehidupan yang lebih baik baik bagi individu maupun orang lain. Proses pembelajaran ini melibatkan observasi, pengajaran, dan transfer pengetahuan untuk memaksimalkan hasil belajar model OIDDE. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemikiran kritis dan kesadaran lingkungan adalah model OIDDE. Model ini berfokus pada orientasi, identifikasi, diskusi, pengambilan keputusan, dan menunjukan sikap/perilaku.

Abstract

The application of ergonomics in the work environment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has an important role in increasing worker productivity, health and comfort. This research focuses on the MSME Zo'Ellen Sagela which produces a typical Gorontalo food, mashed sagela, and aims to examine the application of ergonomics in the production process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation and interviews. The research results show that an unergonomic work environment can cause physical complaints such as fatigue and work injuries, as well as reduce productivity. The application of ergonomic principles, such as adjusting work posture, arranging work tools, and efficient layout, can increase comfort and efficiency of the production process. Implementing proper ergonomics not only improves worker welfare, but also provides long-term benefits for business sustainability. Thus, the integration of ergonomics in the MSME work environment is a strategic step in creating a healthy, safe and productive work environment.

Abstract

Kecamatan Sukarami, Kelurahan Talang Jambe mempunyai sekolah sebanyak 9 bangunan sekolahan, salah satunya yaitu SD Negri 134 Palembang. Satu satuan Pendidikan dalam jenjang SD ini mempunyai bangunan-bangunan yang baru, namun disisi lain muncul permasalahan dengan proses mengajar (SDM) dan fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah tersebut. Kepala sekolah dan seluruh staff jajaran SDN 134 berusaha untuk merespon permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan guna untuk melihat antusiasisme para guru-guru dan murid SDN 134 Palembang di Kelurahan Talang Jambe. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengenalkan bahayanya tindakan bullying dan mengenalkan program bimbingan belajar yang diadakan oleh mahasiswa KKN 29 Talang Jambe agar anak-anak di lingkungan SDN 134 dapat menerima pembelajaran tambahan dari mahasiswa-mahasiswa KKN Universitas PGRI Palembang.Kegiatan ini di awali dengan pengenalan dari mahasiswa KKN UPGRI,di akhiri dengan penanggulangan tindakan bullying dan penawaran bimbingan belajar di RT 18 yang dilaksanakan bertempat di novo resident. Kegiatan ini dinilai efektif sebagai sarana edukasi. Adanya rasa bangga karena telah berhasil melaksanakan bimbingan belajar tambahan kepada seluruh anak-anak yang mengikuti bimbingan tersebut dan memberikan penanggulangan terhadap anak-anak yang menerima tindakan pembullian. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi anak-anak dan orang tua kelurahan Talang Jambe.
