Abstract

Banyak krisis ekologi terjadi di perdesaan, sementara visi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed) adalah menjadi pusat pengembangan sumberdaya perdesaan dan kearifan lokal. Idealnya, tenaga pendidik yang bernaung di Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Unsoed dapat berkontribusi dalam memecahkan problem ekologis secara kultural lewat pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat. Untuk itu, diperlukan pemahaman atas konsep baru dalam dunia kritik sastra, yaitu ekokritisisme. Ekokritisisme bisa menjadi mode analisis terhadap teks kultural (sastra, film, gambar, dll.) sebagai respons atas krisis lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur dan mengetahui tingkat literasi tenaga pendidik atas konsep ekokritisisme dengan menggunakan gabungan metode kepustakaan dan pengambilan angket untuk data primer, serta wawancara untuk data sekunder. Secara keseluruhan, semua responden termasuk dalam kategori sedang untuk skor total kompetensi ekoliterasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi bagi pengembangan kurikulum dan kompetensi dosen, khususnya di lingkungan FIB Unsoed.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Periode usia dini merupakan masa penting bagi perkembangan anak. Salah satu karakter yang dapat ditanamkan saat periode anak usia dini adalah peduli terhadap lingkungan meliputi peduli lingkungan sosial dan lingkungan alam Peduli lingkungan alam dideskripsikan sebagai sikap dan tindakan yang menunjukkan perhatian dan menjaga lingkungan alam sekitar.  Implementasi karakter peduli lingkungan bertujuan membentuk proses pembiasaan pada anak agar terbiasa berperilaku baik terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Khalayak sasaran mitra adalah PAUD Mutiara Hati, Sokaraja baik murid, orang tua murid, dan gurunya. Kegiatan yang akan dilakukan pada tahun 2020 adalah, transfer pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan cara penyuluhan dan praktek langsung berupa pelatihan meliputi: parenting cara mendidik anak usia dini untuk cinta lingkungan yang akan diberikan oleh psikolog (anggota tim), praktek pembuatan pupuk organik cair dari limbah kulit nanas, dan demplot tanaman sayuran organik dengan vertikultur. Metode yang diterapkan adalah ceramah, praktek langsung, dan pelatihan secara online serta dipantau dengan media sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian berbasis riset dapat terlaksana dengan baik dengan dukungan mitra sasaran meliputi murid, guru, kepala sekolah PAUD Mutiara Hati, dan orang tua murid. Penanaman kecintaan anak usia dini terhadap tanaman untuk turut serta dalam kelestarian lingkungan baik di sekolah maupun di rumah telah mulai dilakukan. Peningkatkan pengetahuan anak terhadap cara budidaya tanaman sayuran mencapai 85%, melakukan praktek menanam 85%, dan melakukan pemeliharaan tanaman 82%. Kata kunci: Anak usia dini, kelestarian lingkungan.   ABSTRACT Early childhood is an important period for child development. One of the characters that can be introduced during the early childhood period is caring for the environment, including the social environment and the natural environment. Caring is described as an attitude and action that shows concern and protects the surrounding environment. The implementation of the character of caring for the environment aims to form habits in children so that they are accustomed to behaving well in their surroundings. The target audience for partners is PAUD Mutiara Hati, Sokaraja, both students, parents and teachers. Activities carried out in 2020 were the transfer of knowledge and technology by means of direct counseling and practice in the form of training including: parenting how to educate early childhood to love the environment which will be provided by a psychologist (team member), the practice of making liquid organic fertilizer from pineapples skin waste, and a demonstration plot of organic vegetable crops with verticulture. The methods applied are lectures, direct practice, and online training and monitored by social media. Research-based service activities can be carried out well with the support of target partners, students, teachers, principals of PAUD Mutiara Hati, and parents of students. Cultivation of early childhood love for plants to participate in environmental preservation both at school and at home has been started. Increasing children's knowledge on how to cultivate plants reached 85%, doing planting practices of 85%, and doing plant maintenance of 82%. Keywords: Early childhood, environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Cikakak Tourism Village is one of the Advanced Stage Tourism Villages in Wangon District, Banyumas Regency, which is a form of achievement in the realm of tourism. The combination of natural, cultural, and religious potentials in Cikakak village has the potential to be developed as a rural tourism area. To entertain and accompany tourists visiting Cikakak village, a Tour Guide is able to tell the details of tourist attractions and ensure tourists obtain educational value. Based on the results of observations in the field, it is known that the Saka Tunggal Tourism Awareness Group has not been able to be creative in assembling and creating information on village potential that is told narratively (storytelling) to be able to attract foreign tourists, especially Chinese tourists. From the results of the Mandarin for storytelling training, it can be concluded that from the aspect of knowledge, the trainees have a good understanding of how to use storytelling as a promotional medium for Cikakak's Tourism Village. However, from the aspect of skills in producing website content and video storytelling, further assistance is still needed to be able to produce Mandarin for Storytelling content that is more interactive and raises the values and attractions possessed by Ciadik Village as a cultural tourism destination.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes distress is a form of anxiety, worry, fear, and perceived threat related to the struggles experienced by individuals living with diabetes mellitus. The presence of diabetes distress is associated with reduced self-care (self-management). Diabetes mellitus self-management refers to a series of actions taken by individuals to manage their medical condition, including dietary regulation, physical activity management, regular and consistent intake of diabetes medication, blood glucose monitoring, and routine foot care. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between diabetes distress and self- management in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Sumbang District, Banyumas. Method: This research uses an analytical observational study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 55 people. Data analysis using the chi-square test. Research Results: The results of the research showed that self-management of type 2 DM patients was mostly in the sufficient category, namely 25 people (45.5%) and diabetes distress of type 2 DM patients is in the mild category, namely 35 people (63.6%). There is a relationship between diabetes distress and self-management in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Sumbang District, Banyumas (p = 0.000). Conclusion: Diabetes distress is related to self-management in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
