Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis berpengaruh atau tidaknya pDaya Tarik Wisata, Promosi Media Sosial, Dan References Group Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Ke De Tjolomadoe Kabupaten Karanganyar. Populasi didalam penelitian ini padalah seluruh pengunjung De Tjolomadoe Kabupaten Karanganyar yang jumlahnya 4.543 pengunjung pada bulan Agustus – Oktober 2019.Teknik pengambilan sampel ptersebut adalah jumlah tak terhingga menggunakan rumus slovin, dengan jumlah 100 presponden.Data pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert untuk mengukur jawaban responden mengidentifikasi hubungan antara daya tarik wisata, promosi media psosial, dan references group terhadap keputusan.Hasilnya yaitu menunjukkan bahwa Daya tarik wisata, promosi media sosial, dan references group berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar Jawa Tengah.Daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pberkunjung di De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar Jawa Tengah.Promosi media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar Jawa Tengah.References group berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pterhadap keputusan berkunjung di De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar Jawa Tengah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, promotion and leasing on purchasing decisions in Surakarta electronic temple stores. the population in this study were all consumers of Surakarta electronic temple, amounting to 650 people. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 people. The sampling technique in this study was the accidental sampling technique. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale as a measuring instrument. The analysis technique used in this research is linear regression using SPSS version 20 for Windows. Based on the analysis conducted shows that there is an influence of store atmosphere, promotion and leasing on purchasing decisions in the electronic temple shop in Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose analyze the effect of either simultaneously and partal batik designs, brand image, and consumer culture on purchasing decisions on Ethnic batik and Craft in Klaten, Central Java. The type of descriptive is quantitative. Population is Ethnic batik consumers and Craft Klaten who make transactions. The sample is 100 consumers. Data obtained from questionnaires with accidental sampling sampling techniques. Abstract

Concrete efforts that can support the improvement of the quality of professional performance of employees are training, motivation, and work discipline. These three factors are considered very decisive, because if they are observed and done well, it will have a positive impact on improving the quality of human resources or employee performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of discipline, training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance of Big Hall Region Bengawan Solo River. Research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was all employees of the Central Bengawan Solo River Region of 600 employees, using Simple Random Sampling taken 25%, obtained a sample of 150 employees. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

The study of this study was to further examine the simultaneous and partial effects of brand trust, brand image, and brand loyalty on buying decisions for Nipponparts at CV.Motoroli. Using a quantitative method with Nipponparts buyers at CV. Motoroli was used as a population and taking acsamplecofc100crespondents. Thecsamplingctechnique iscpurposivecsampling, reinforced by simultaneous tests, partial tests, multiple linear regression tests, and coefficientcofcdeterminationctests. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy, work-family conflict, work-life balance, and workload on the performance of KPP Pratama Karanganyar employees. This study uses quantitative methods with survey research. The population in this study were all KPP Pratama Karanganyar employees, namely 122 people. The research sample was the entire population of 122 people or all KPP Pratama Karanganyar employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research and discussion results, the F test shows that self-efficacy, work-family conflict, work-life balance, and workload simultaneously influence employee performance at KPP Pratama Karanganyar. The Adjusted R Square (R2) value is 0.564 or 56.4%. This means that 56.4% of the variables selected/entered into the model are correct, namely the variance of self-efficacy, work-family conflict, work-life balance, and workload can explain the employee performance variable of 56.4%, while the remaining 43.6% influenced by other variables such as work culture, work discipline, remuneration, and leadership style.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the variables of autonomy, workload and job satisfaction on teacher performance through work-life balance in private schools.The research method uses a quantitative research design. In this study the population taken is the performance of teachers. Based on the information obtained, the total population is 63 respondents. The sample used was 63 respondents who came from a population called the saturated sample. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) test. The results showed that the variables of autonomy, workload, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through work-life balance. The results showed that the work-life balance variable had a negative and significant effect on teacher performance. Suggestions from this research, private schools must continue to increase the autonomy, workload, and job satisfaction that exist in the teacher through a balance of life and work, so that the teacher's performance will increase and be better than before. Abstract

The intention of this study is about to determine the simultaneous and partial influence between the variables of human resource development, professionalism, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Wirosari District Office. This research method uses an associative research design. The population is all employees working at the Wirosari District Office, totaling 42 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 42 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study uses the classical assumption analysis method, multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test (F test), hypothesis test (t test), and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between the variables of human resource development, professionalism, motivation, and work discipline both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The influence of human resource development, professionalism, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance in the Wirosari District Office is 88.3%, while 11.7% is influenced by other variables that are not examined. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 2) pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 3) pengaruh minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 4) pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, dan 5) pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) antara fasilitas belajar, kedisiplinan siswa, minat belajar siswa, dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangakn jenis penelitian adalah penelitian korelasional yaitu jenis penelitian non-eksperimental. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMKN 1 Sragen yang berjumlah 504 siswa, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 120 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 2) kedisiplinan belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 3) minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 4) motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 5) secara simultan fasilitas belajar, kedisiplinan belajar, minat belajar, dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen sebesar 34,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 65,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini yakni guna mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta lingkungan kerja kepada kinerja guru di SDU Daar El Dzikir Kecamatan Bulu Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode yang dipakai yakni metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisa serta pengujian kepada 40 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus dari populasi guru di SDU Daar El Dzikir Kecamatan Bulu Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Teknik analisis yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi liner berganda uji regresi, uji F, uji T, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil riset memperlihatkan bahwasanya motivasi, disiplin, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta lingkungan kerja secara simultan mendapatkan dampak yang besar sebanyak 65,8% kepada kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 34,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain sepertikompetensi, supervisi, kepuasan kerja dan sebagainya.
