Abstract

Dibalik potensi sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, perusahaan di indonesia memiliki tantangan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia khususnya generasi Y atau milenial. Semakin meningkatnya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perusahaan di Indonesia berdampak positif bagi masyarakat dengan semakin melebarnya peluang kerja sehingga akan mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Namun hal ini akan berakibat semakin tinggi persaingan antar perusahaan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan perusahaan yang ingin bertahan dalam persaingan menuntut karyawannya untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi maksimal bagi perusahaan tempatnya bekerja. Tantangan terbesar Perusahaan-perusahaan masa kini adalah bagaimana cara menjaga, mempertahankan serta menekan intensi turnover. Salah satu upaya mempertahankan karyawan yaitu perusahaan harus memperhatikan pengembangan karir bagi setiap karyawannya, terutama untuk karyawan generasi milenial yang memiliki kinerja yang baik. Terdapat beberapa persoalan dalam proses pengembangan karir di perusahaan yang menjadi objek penelitian, karyawan yang tidak dapat mengembangkan karirnya di perusahaan tempat dia bekerja, padahal karyawan merasa sudah melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik (sumber karyawan TEY). Metode Penelitian : metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan wawancara serta memberikan kuisioner kepada subjek penelitian, subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan generasi milenial di PT TEY . penelitian dilakukan 29 juni 2019 – 1 juli 2019 Hasil penelitian : hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berperan penting bagi karyawan.

Abstract

The incidence of COVID-19 in Indonesia is significantly increasing. In Indonesia, there were 965.283 confirmed cases and 27.453 people died of covid as of January 22, 2021. Meanwhile, the 7.505 confirmed cases and 352 death were from Surakarta. In this pandemic situation, the community must protect itself from being infected by the virus. Prevention is done by implementating the 5M health protocol, which are wearing mask, social distancing, and hand washing. Those health protocols are also part of clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS). Special needs children (ABK) are those who have different characteristics than any other common children. Special health consideration should be given for those special needs child, including PHBS because of the special needs they are having and probable difficulties into implementing PHBS. The consideration can be given by their teacher, caretaker, parents, or trained social health workers in the hope of special needs children become independent into implementing the PHBS. The aim of this program is implementating social service program and helping special needs children to become independent in implementating PHBS and health protocol. The program was held by lecturing, demonstration, simulation, and supervised practice. This program hopefully will prevent either health issues or prevent the spreading of infective disease, specifically in this pandemic situation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 2) pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 3) pengaruh minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 4) pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, dan 5) pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) antara fasilitas belajar, kedisiplinan siswa, minat belajar siswa, dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangakn jenis penelitian adalah penelitian korelasional yaitu jenis penelitian non-eksperimental. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMKN 1 Sragen yang berjumlah 504 siswa, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 120 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 2) kedisiplinan belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 3) minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 4) motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen, 5) secara simultan fasilitas belajar, kedisiplinan belajar, minat belajar, dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMKN Sragen sebesar 34,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 65,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and quantify the effect of teacher competency, parental attention, motivation, and learning facilities on the academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. This research method is quantitative in nature. The population of this study was comprised of all pupils in class X of SMK N 1 Sragen, a total of 468 students, with a sample size of 117 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Statistical analysis employs a multiple linear regression test, which is done using the SPSS 24 software. On the basis of the findings of hypothesis testing and debates, it may be inferred that teacher competence and learning motivation are related. Positive and significant influence on the learning accomplishment of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen, but parental attention is both influential and inconsequential, while learning facilities have no effect and are negligible on the learning achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of motivational variables, independence, learning interests, and learning methods on students' learning achievements at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population of all grade XI students of SMA Batik 2 Surakarta amounted to 285 people, with a sample number of 70 students. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis are multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t-tests, and determination coefficients. The results showed that motivation, independence, interest in learning, and learning methods influenced students' learning achievement by 81.0% while 19.0% was influenced by other variables that were not conscientious, such as discipline, education level of parents, peers and others. The suggestion of this research is that SMA Batik 2 Surakarta should always increase motivation, independence, interest in learning and learning methods in order for students' learning achievements to improve from before.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze professional competency variables, infrastructure, motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance at SMP Batik Surakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is all teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta which amounts to 46 people. The sampling technique in this study is census technique or saturated sample as many as 46 people. Data retrieval using questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 22.00 for multiple linear regression analysis calculations, F tests, t-tests, and determination coefficients. The results showed that professional competence, infrastructure, motivation, and work discipline affect teacher performance. Based on statistical tests obtained adjusted R square (R2) of 73.7% which showed that 73.7% changes in teacher performance variables were explained by variables of professional competence, infrastructure, motivation, and work discipline, while the remaining 26.3% were influenced by other variables that were not studied, such as leadership, employee satisfaction, and school culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the variables of parents attention, independence, emotional intelligence and motivation students' learning achievements at SMP Batik Surakarta. This research was conducted at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of analysis of grade IX students. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a sample of 80 students. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis are multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t-tests, and determination coefficients. The results showed that parental attention, learning independence, emotional intelligence and motivation influenced the learning achievements of grade IX students of SMP Batik Surakarta by 61.9%. In comparison, 38.1% was influenced by other variables not studied, such as learning interests, environment, peers or teacher competencies and others.

Abstract

The study aims to measure the effect of initiative, work discipline, work motivation, and readiness for change on the employee performance of the Central Java II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes. The research method of this study is quantitative research. Samples use purposive sampling method, that is, sampling method which uses certain considerations. The sample in this study were certain employees of the Central Java II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, amounting to 120 samples of 152 total population. Data collection is obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) initiative variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline variable has no significant effect on employee performance, (3) The work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) The readiness for change variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari pengaruh pelatihan, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru di SMP Negeri 21 Surakarta. SMP Negeri 21 Surakarta memiliki guru seluruhnya berjumlah 40 guru baik yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil maupun guru tidak tetap yang seluruhnya dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik penelitian sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk dapat menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan pada rumusan masalah yaitu menganalisis masing-masing variabel bebas dan secara bersamaan apakah mempengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan untuk teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan model persamaan regresi berganda dengan bantuan program Statistikal Package for Social Sciens versi 24.00 yang memberikan hasil bahwa pelatihan, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara serentak mepengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Negeri 21 Surakarta Berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t). diperoleh hasil bahwa pelatihan (X1), gaya kepemimpinan (X2), lingkungan kerja (X3) dan motivasi kerja (X4) mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri 21 Surakarta (Y). Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa lingkungan kerja merupakan variabel terbesar yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, maka disarankan setiap instansi supaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dalam pelaksanaan tugas sehingga pegawai akan mendapatkan kepuasan kerja dan akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja guru atau pegawai. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

This aims to find out the effect based on the simultaneously and partially method in the observation of education level, job training, and work experience in Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Technopark Ganesha Sukowati Sragen. Furthermore, this research also aims to know, are the training participants, after doing the training in Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Technopark Ganesha Sukowati Sragen able to get a job. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative. The entire population is used as the sample, there are 53 respondents, by using the saturation sampling technique. Retrieval of the data is using questionnaires. The analysis technique that used is multiple linear regressions. The result of this research explains that the F-test in educational level, job training, and work experiences simultaneously and significantly affect the quality of human resources of participants in Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Technopark Ganesha Sukowati Sragen. The T-test result explains that the level of education, job training, and work experiences partially have a positive and significant effect on the quality of human resources of participants in Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Technopark Ganesha Sukowati Sragen. The multiple linear regressions model in this research is Y=10,278+0,117 X1+0,216 X2+0,299 X3+e. To improve the abilities and skills of each individual, they have to attend training and have work experiences, even though they have a low level of education, it does not rule out the possibility of superior quality human resources can be achieved by them. Thus, the individual is able to compete in the working world. Keywords: The quality of human resources, education level, job training, work experience
