Abstract

The enforcement of legal justice, particularly related to human rights in Indonesia, is still not optimal, mainly because until now the State of Indonesia is still in a transition zone which is still marked by human rights violations. This study aims to determine how the application of legal justice to human rights violations. So that it will be known how the settlement taken in cases of human rights violations in Indonesia, as well as how the principles of Islamic law regarding Human Rights. The conclusion of the problems discussed is the application of legal injustice to human rights violations in Indonesia based on Law no. 26 of 2000 concerning Human Rights Courts. where in this issue the aim is to achieve justice in the law, it is called the ad hoc court which is used to try violators of human rights in Indonesia. To resolve cases of human rights violations that occurred in the territory of Indonesia, it was carried out through an Ad Hoc court. if the time of the occurrence of human rights violations before Law no. 26 of 2000 concerning Human Rights Courts. and if the violation of Human Rights occurs after this Law, it will be resolved through the Human Rights Court. and, if the violation of Human Rights occurs before this Law can also be resolved, namely through the Truth and Reconciliation Commission established by law.

Abstract

Tujuan EDUKASI ANTI BULLYING untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman di kalangan anak-anak, remaja, orang tua, dan pendidik tentang perilaku bullying. Kegiatan ECOPRINT juga merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat untuk mengedukasi siswa. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya mengajarkan keterampilan seni tetapi juga menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena bullying dan potensi pengembangan ecoprint di masyarakat. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menggambarkan secara mendalam kondisi sosial dan dinamika masyarakat desa melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Penelitian ini juga menerapkan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif warga desa. Hasil dan Pembahasan Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil menyentuh dua aspek penting dalam pendidikan anak: pencegahan bullying dan pelestarian lingkungan. Melalui program edukasi anti-bullying, mahasiswa tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan tetapi juga membangun karakter positif pada siswa. Sementara itu, kegiatan ecoprint memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dengan keterampilan praktis yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas mereka. Dengan pendekatan yang inovatif dan partisipatif ini, diharapkan generasi muda dapat tumbuh menjadi individu yang lebih peduli terhadap diri sendiri, orang lain, dan lingkungan sekitar mereka. The aim of ANTI-BULLYING EDUCATION is to increase awareness and understanding among children, teenagers, parents and educators about bullying behavior. ECOPRINT activities are also one of the methods used in community service programs to educate students. This activity not only teaches art skills but also raises awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of bullying and the potential for developing ecoprints in society. This method was chosen because it is able to describe in depth the social conditions and dynamics of village communities through direct observation, interviews and documentation of activities. This research also applies the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which involves the active participation of village residents. Results and Discussion Overall, this program succeeded in touching on two important aspects of children's education: bullying prevention and environmental preservation. Through anti-bullying education programs, students not only provide knowledge but also build positive character in students. Meanwhile, ecoprint activities enrich students' learning experiences with practical skills that can increase their creativity. With this innovative and participatory approach, it is hoped that the younger generation can grow into individuals who care more about themselves, others and the environment around them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, proses dan hasil peningkatan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan metode bernyanyi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII Mts Syekh Yusuf Sungguminasa yang berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan tes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata penguasaan kosakata siswa pada siklus I sebesar 72,9 dan pada siklus II sebesar 89,6. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa sebesar 16,7. Dalam hal ini, metode bernyanyi dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Arab di Mts Syekh Yusuf Sungguminasa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was conducted in Ujung Padang Village, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province with a hot climate zone type, with an altitude of 25 m above sea level. The study was conducted in January - March 2025. The method applied in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with a factorial system that combines two main variables. The first factor is the irradiation time consisting of 3 levels, namely: Wo  = 0 days, W1  = 15 days, W2  = 30 days. The second factor is the duration of irradiation consisting of 3 levels, namely: L0  = 0 hours, L1 = 6 hours, L2 = 12 hours. The observation variables of this study include the number of flower buds, number of flowers, number of fruits, fruit weight (kg).The results of this study indicate that the effect of time and duration of irradiation significantly affect the number of 2 week old dragon fruit flower buds, the number of dragon fruit flower buds per plot with the best treatment is at a duration of 15 days 6 hours (W1L1) with a total of 8.67 flower buds. The effect of time  and  duration  of  irradiation  significantly  affect  the  number  of  4-week-old dragon fruit flowers, the number of dragon fruit flowers per plot with the best treatment is at a duration of 15 days 6 hours (W1L1) with a total of 14.67 flowers. The effect of time and  duration of irradiation  does not significantly affect the number of 6-week-old dragon fruit, the number of dragon fruit flowers per plot with the best treatment is at a duration of 15 days 6 hours (W1L1) with a total of14.67 fruits. The effect of time and duration of irradiation does not significantly affect the weight of 8-week-old dragon fruit, the weight of dragon fruit per plot with the best treatment is at a duration of 0 days 12 hours (W0L2) with a total of 5.87.

Abstract

This study aims to map research trends on performance assessment in the Asian region through a bibliometric approach to scientific publications indexed in the Scopus database during the period 2014–2024. From the results of a systematic selection of 29 open-access articles, a productivity pattern was found that was highly concentrated in 13 major countries, namely China, India, Japan, South Korea, and Indonesia, which consistently contributed more than 85% of publications. This finding suggests a strong correlation between the ratio of R&D investment to GDP and the output and impact of scientific journals. The average annual publication growth of 16–17% reflects the increasing attention to the issue of performance evaluation as a tool for organizational accountability and effectiveness. This study provides important implications for efforts to strengthen national research capacity, develop regional collaborations, and develop a more inclusive and evidence-based research agenda. Limitations of this study include the limited data coverage of open-access articles in Scopus and the absence of a qualitative approach to the social impact of research. Further research is recommended to expand data sources and incorporate mixed approaches to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of performance assessment research in Asia.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors influencing the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in public sector organizations in Indonesia. GCG, which has its roots in private practice, is now crucial for Good Governance, improving resource efficiency, strengthening public accountability, and mitigating corruption. Although GCG has the potential to be transformative, its implementation faces unique bureaucratic complexities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through an extensive literature review and regulatory analysis. We identify key internal factors: strong leadership commitment, adaptive organizational structure, effective internal control system, superior human resource quality, and optimal utilization of information/technology systems. External factors include a clear legal framework, the role of external oversight institutions, active community participation, and the influence of culture/social values. The results of this study are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities for GCG adoption in the Indonesian public sector. It also presents practical implications for policymakers and practitioners in formulating adaptive and sustainable implementation strategies, for the sake of improving the quality of public services.
