Abstract

Abstrak. Pupuk Bokashi adalah pupuk kompos yang dibuat dengan campuran bahan organik dan mikroorganisme pengurai. Nitrogen (N), fosfor (P), dan kalium (K) adalah unsur kimia utama pupuk, yang berfungsi sebagai penyusun protein, asam nukleat, nukleotida, dan klorofil. Oleh karena itu, tanaman akan tumbuh lebih cepat dan lebih hijau, dan hasil panennya akan memiliki kandungan protein yang lebih tinggi. Limbah batang pisang dapat diubah menjadi berbagai produk berkualitas tinggi. Limbah batang pisang mengandung kadar K dan P yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, limbah batang pisang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan utama untuk membuat pupuk bokashi. Ketika eceng gondok (Eichornia crassipes) tumbuh dengan cepat, gulma ini memiliki banyak efek negatif pada lingkungan perairan. Dengan kandungan bahan organik dan unsur hara yang tinggi, eceng gondok dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk mendapatkan pupuk Bokashi. Beberapa kesimpulan antara lain: (a) Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dibuat oleh Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat puas dan merasa kegiatan pengabdian ini bermanfaat untuk perkembangan Sei kamah kedepannya. (b) Sebelum kegiatan pengabdian, anggota masyarakat kurang paham tentang manfaat bokashi dan bagaimana cara pembuatannya. (c) Setelah kegiatan pengabdian, masyarakat tertarik untuk mulai memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alami yang bisa diolah menjadi bokashi dan bisa diaplikasikan ke tanaman yang dibudidayakan sebagai alternatif penggunaan pupuk kimia yang harganya semakin mahal. Kata Kunci:  Bokashi, Eceng Gondok, Batang Pisang, Desa Sei Kamah 2.

Abstract

From March to May 2021, this study was carried out in the Asahan University research facility. This study's goal was to ascertain how administering natural ZPT green bean sprout extract and planting media affected the growth of lemon plant cuttings ( Citrus limon L.). It was a randomized block design that was used (RBD). The first of the two components in the factorial treatment design is the administration of ZPT natural green bean sprout extract (Z) at four levels: Z 0 = no immersion, Z 1 = one hour of immersion, Z 2 = two hours of immersion, and Z 3 = three hours of immersion. The second factor is how growing media (M) are treated, with M 0 being moss and topsoil and M 1 being cocopeat and topsoil, and M 2 being chaff charcoal and topsoil, at three different levels. The proportion of live cuttings (%), the number of days before shoots appeared (days), the shoot height (cm), the number of leaves (strands), and the length of the roots were the parameters measured (cm). Almost all of the observed parameters, with the exception of the age at which shoots developed from cuttings, did not respond significantly to the administration of natural PGR extract of mung bean sprouts, according to the data. While this was going on, the treatment of the planting medium had a very big impact on the parameters of root length and leaf count that had been measured. In the meantime, the treatment of the planting medium had a very substantial impact on the parameters of root length, number of leaves, and shoot height that were measured. The percentage of live cuttings and the age at which shoots first developed, however, did not appear to have any discernible effects. Citrus limon L. cutting growth was not significantly affected by the interaction between the response of administering natural PGR extract of green bean sprouts and planting media, according to all measured parameters.

Abstract

This Public speaking and Communication Ethics Soft Skill Training provides an understanding of the concept of communicating. Given the importance of communication in the world of education from the explanation above, it feels like this experience needs to be applied to prospective students. One of the efforts to gain experience is of course by equipping students through training, so that what they get at school can be synchronized with practice in society and when they become students later. Abstract

Abstract: Odot grass will be good if planted on land that contains sufficient nutrients/nutrients that are continuously available. Factors that affect the quantity and sustainability of odot grass include soil conditions, climate and human treatment such as fertilizer application. Fertilization is carried out to provide the nutrients needed by plants at each growth period. The study was conducted in the experimental at Tenggiri street, Bunut Barat Village, Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency from January until April 2025. The study aims to the find out the effect of using NPS fertilizer and bioremediation nutrients (NBR) on the growth and yield of odot grass. This study used randomized complete block design with two factors: (1) NPS Fertilizer (N) with 4 levels: N0 = 0 ml/liter, N1 = 20 ml/liter, N2 = 40 ml/liter, N3 = 60 ml/liter, (2) bioremediation nutrients (NBR) (B) with 4 levels: B0 = 0 ml/liter, B1 = 20 ml/liter, B2 = 40 ml/liter, B3 = 60 ml/liter. Observation parameters were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, wet weight per sample, wet weight per plot, dry weight per sample, dry weight per plot. The result showed that the NPS fertilizer showed that any significant effect on plant height at 3,4,5 and 6 weeks post-planting, but, number of leaves, number of tillers, wet weight per sample, wet weight per plot, dry weight per sample, dry weight per plot did not give significant effect, the best treatment is N2 = 40 ml/liter. Application bioremediation nutrients showed any significant affect on plant height at 4,5 and 6 weeks post-planting, the best treatment is B3 = 60 ml/liter. Interaction of the application of NPS fertilizer with NBR did not show any significant effect on all observation parameters. Keywords: Odot Grass, NPS, Bioremediation Nutrient Abstrak: Rumput odot akan baik jika ditanam pada lahan yang cukup mengandung unsur hara/hara yang tersedia terus menerus. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kuantitas dan kelangsungan rumput odot antara lain kondisi tanah, iklim dan perlakuan manusia seperti pemberian pupuk. Pemupukan dilakukan untuk menyediakan unsur hara yang dibutuhkan tanaman pada setiap masa pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan di Jalan Tenggiri, Kelurahan Bunut Barat, Kecamatan Kisaran Barat, Kabupaten Asahan pada bulan Januari hingga bulan April 2025. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk NPS dan nutrisi bioremediasi (NBR) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman rumput odot. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor yaitu: (1) Dosis pupuk NPS (N) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf: N0 = 0 ml/liter air, N1 = 20 ml/liter air, N2 = 40 ml/liter air, N3 = 60 ml/liter air. (2) Dosis NBR (B) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf: B0 = 0 ml/liter air, B1 = 20 ml/liter air, B2 = 40 ml/liter air, B3 = 60 ml/liter air. Parameter pengamatan yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, berat basah, per sampel, berat basah per plot, berat kering per sampel, berat kering per plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk NPS memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 3, 4, 5 dan 6 mst, tetapi pada pengamatan jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, berat basah per sampel, berat basah per plot, berat kering per sampel, berat kering per plot memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada N2 yaitu 40 ml/liter air. Pemberian pupuk NBR berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 4, 5 dan 6 mst, tetapi pada pengamatan jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, berat basah per sampel, berat basah per plot, berat kering per sampel, berat kering per plot memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada B3 yaitu 60 ml/liter air. Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was conducted in Ujung Padang Village, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province with a hot climate zone type, with an altitude of 25 m above sea level. The study was conducted in January - March 2025. The method applied in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with a factorial system that combines two main variables. The first factor is the irradiation time consisting of 3 levels, namely: Wo  = 0 days, W1  = 15 days, W2  = 30 days. The second factor is the duration of irradiation consisting of 3 levels, namely: L0  = 0 hours, L1 = 6 hours, L2 = 12 hours. The observation variables of this study include the number of flower buds, number of flowers, number of fruits, fruit weight (kg).The results of this study indicate that the effect of time and duration of irradiation significantly affect the number of 2 week old dragon fruit flower buds, the number of dragon fruit flower buds per plot with the best treatment is at a duration of 15 days 6 hours (W1L1) with a total of 8.67 flower buds. The effect of time  and  duration  of  irradiation  significantly  affect  the  number  of  4-week-old dragon fruit flowers, the number of dragon fruit flowers per plot with the best treatment is at a duration of 15 days 6 hours (W1L1) with a total of 14.67 flowers. The effect of time and  duration of irradiation  does not significantly affect the number of 6-week-old dragon fruit, the number of dragon fruit flowers per plot with the best treatment is at a duration of 15 days 6 hours (W1L1) with a total of14.67 fruits. The effect of time and duration of irradiation does not significantly affect the weight of 8-week-old dragon fruit, the weight of dragon fruit per plot with the best treatment is at a duration of 0 days 12 hours (W0L2) with a total of 5.87.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Percepatan Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit  dengan adanya Perlakuan Perendaman dan ZPT. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok non Faktorial dengan 4 ulangan sebagai berikut Z0 = Perendaman 24 jam dengan air (kontrol), Z1 =      Perendaman 24 jam dengan ZPT auksin 250 ml/500 ml air, Z2 = Perendaman 24 jam dengan ZPT sitokinin 250 ml/500 ml air, Z3 = Perendaman 24 jam dengan  Root Up 10 g/500 ml air, Z4 = Perendaman 24 jam dengan biourin sapi 250 ml/500 ml air, Z5 = Perendaman 24 jam dengan ekstrak bawang merah 250 ml/500 ml air. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan perlakuan perendaman 24 jam dengan Root Up (Z3) merupakan perlakuan terbaik, dengan daya berkecambah 100%, panjang radikula sebanyak 57,50 mm, panjang plumula sebanyak 38,66 mm dan luas daun sebanyak 12,55 cm2. Perlakuan perendaman 24 jam dengan biourin sapi (Z4) menunjukkan daya berkecambah 100%, panjang radikula sebanyak 55,16 mm, panjang plumula sebanyak 36,00 mm dan luas daun sebanyak 11,08 cm2. Perlakuan perendaman 24 jam dengan ektrak bawang merah (Z5) menunjukkan daya berkecambah 97,22%, panjang radikula sebanyak  53,41 mm, panjang plumula sebanyak 32,66 mm mm dan luas daun sebanyak 8,89 cm2. Perlakuan perendaman 24 jam dengan ZPT auksin (Z1) menunjukkan daya berkecambah 100%, panjang radikula sebanyak 47,75 mm, panjang plumula sebanyak 29,66 mm dan luas daun sebanyak 6,66 cm2

Abstract

Pantai Padas termasuk potensi Desa Padang Pulau Kecamatan Bandar Pulau Kabupaten Asahan. Pantai Padas merupakan objek wisata yang  merupakan bekas pertambangan batu padas. Bekas galian  padas  itu  membentuk  undakan  air  terjun  dan  jatuh  dari  ketinggian  sekitar  5  meter. Undakan air terjun bekas pecahan padas tersebut menjadi daya tarik lokasi wisata ini. Objek  wisata ini  dikelola oleh  Perorangan  dan    masyarakat  sekitar,  namun  pengelolaan  yang dilakukan masyarakat masih jauh dari profesional. Selain itu, pengelolaan wisatanya belum menerapkan konsep manajemen modern, sehingga objek wisata Pantai Padas ini belum banyak dikunjungi bahkan diketahui oleh masyarakat luas. Upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kekurangan tersebut yaitu dengan menggerakkan serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan potensi wisata di daerahnya, meningkatkan kemampuan kesadaran warga dalam mengelola destinasi wisata sekitar, serta meningkatkan akses informasi data wisata di Desa Padang Pulau dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi modern saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi peninjauan dan pemetaan lokasi dengan cara Demonstrasi Lansung. Dalam demonstrai dijelaskan secara singkat tentang penyampaian informasi wisata dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi, seperti media online serta pemahaman tentang ilmu komunikasi bisnis dalam pengelolaan wisata. Kegiatan akan dilakukan di Pantai Padas Desa Padang Pulau dengan sasaran khususnya warga sekitar objek wisata, kemudian dari mereka akan disebarkan kepada masyarakat luar objek wisata dan pengunjung. Hasil akhir yang dari kegiatan PKM ini daerah objek wisata, minimnya pemberitahuan dalam bentuk media komunikasi langsung ataupun tidak langsung. Salah satu informasi yang minim yaitu pesan layanan masyarakat seperti papan informasi di lokasi ataupun daerah menuju lokasi wisata. Sehingga daerah wisata ini tidak begitu dikenal masyarakat luar desa.

Abstract

Agriculture is an important part of Indonesian culture. Agricultural culture tends to be abandoned by the current generation with the rapid development of the times. Ethnomathematics serves as a means of exchanging knowledge between culture and education. Learning methods that support a lot of media use. The purpose of this study was to find out how hydropinic material is taught at SMK Negeri SPP Asahan. Agricultural activities help students learn mathematics and get to know and preserve their culture. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach using observation and tests. This study investigated students' knowledge of hydroponics. Information about the history and development of hydroponics to help students understand the process.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Asahan University, from March 2022 to April 2023. The aim of this study was to determine the growth and yield of several microgreens of the order Ceryophyllales on different planting media. The design used was a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 1 treatment factor: the first factor was: Growing Media (M) (M) consisted of M1 = rockwool, M2 = cocopeat, M3 = vermiculite. The observed variables consisted of: percentage of live seeds, number of seed germinations, plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight.The results showed that the treatment of several microgreens of the order (O) caryophyllales where the red spinach (O2) treatment gave the highest percentage of survival could have a real effect on the percentage of live seeds 0.82%, the number of seed germinations 13.89%, plant height 1.48% , number of leaves 1.51%, and the treatment of basil plants was not significantly different at 0.56% fresh weight. The treatment of different planting media (M) where the treatment of vermiculite growing media gave the highest percentage of survival could have a significant effect on the percentage of live seeds 0.79%, the number of seed germinations 11.22%, plant height 1.44%, number of leaves 1.45% , and the treatment of cocopeat plant media was not significantly different at 0.52% fresh weight. The interaction of several microgreens of the order Caryophyllales and different growing media had no significant effect on the percentage of live seeds, the number of seed germinations, plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight.

Abstract

Pendidikan berbasis masyarakat bergerak yaitu asumsi bahwa masyarakat yang ada, apakah masyarakat desa atau kota, mempunyai potensi untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang dimiliki, dengan memobilitasi tindakan masyarakat untuk mengatasi masalah kemiskinan. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat memberikan solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat Desa Teladan Kecamatan Tinggi Raja Kabupaten Asahan, progam pemberdayaan melalui pemanfaatan sarana prasarana yang ada di desa, menjadi tempat serba guna dalam pengembangan kreatifitas pendidikan. Berdirinya program pemberdayaan melalui perpustakaan desa menciptakan masyarakat desa Teladan menjadi desa pintar yaitu dalam terwujudnya masyarakat desa mampu menguasai bahasa asing, membuka usaha dalam bidang literasi pendidikan yang selalu aktif, dituntut untuk mampu mengelola, menguasai, mengetahui dan berpengalaman untuk memacu kreatifitas.
