Abstract

Disability is a condition where a person has limitations in carrying out daily activities due to physical, mental, intellectual or sensory barriers which give rise to negative stigma from society, such as the opinion that people with disabilities are not worthy of receiving a normal education, let alone working like people in general. Society considers that people with disabilities are the same as sick people who need special treatment and must be cared for with full attention. The aim of this training is an effort to support independent literacy aimed at people with disabilities in Tegal Bahari. The method for implementing this community service program is carried out by providing training and entrepreneurial assistance through several programs such as: training in making shibori batik, hydroponics, spinach sticks, making vlogs and bazaar activities. The results of this entrepreneurship training program include developing skills, increasing creativity, increasing self-confidence in social relationships, developing an entrepreneurial spirit and independence in people with maritime disabilities. The conclusion from this community service is that entrepreneurship training can be an effort to develop independence literacy for maritime disabilities.

Abstract

The wholesale rice trade in Indonesia encounters various challenges in forecasting prices. These challenges are influenced by factors such as weather, government policies, global market conditions, and other economic variables. Accurate price predictions are crucial for informing government policy in a timely manner. This research introduces a new approach that utilizes the Quantum Perceptron algorithm to forecast rice prices. The algorithm, an innovative method in quantum computing, is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of price predictions. Although the research is still in the analytical stage, the use of Quantum Perceptron shows promise in dynamically addressing the complexity of market data and the variability of factors affecting rice prices. The method focuses on developing models that can leverage quantum computing to process information more effectively than classical methods. By harnessing the unique properties of quantum mechanics, such as superposition and entanglement, Quantum Perceptron can identify complex patterns and optimize predictions of future rice prices. The research describes the implementation of quantum algorithms in the context of the Indonesian rice wholesale market, including the technical challenges encountered and future development prospects. The research utilizes quantum computing along with the perceptron algorithm. The researchers focused on analyzing the quantum perceptron algorithm because of the limited availability of quantum computing devices. The findings of this research are confined to analysis. In order to advance this research, the author recommends that future studies employ quantum devices to achieve more accurate predictions

Abstract

This research aims to develop appropriate teaching materials for the Vocational Fundamentals subject in Class X using the Learning Management System (LMS), with the primary goal of enhancing students' learning independence. Additionally, the effectiveness of using LMS-based teaching materials in promoting learning independence within the Computer Network and Telecommunications Engineering (TJKT) competency program is examined. The research follows a Research and Development (R&D) approach, utilizing the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. These stages provide a systematic and effective framework for developing LMS-based teaching materials. The participants in this study include teachers and students from SMKN 1, SMKN 3, and SMKN 6 in Bengkulu City. Data collection methods include expert assessments, learner independence questionnaires, and tests. The collected data will be analyzed using statistical techniques such as mean and t-tests, while expert validation will employ a Likert scale. The research findings indicate that the teaching materials developed in this study are suitable for students, and the utilization of LMS-based teaching materials has proven to enhance learner independence.

Abstract

Penggunaan Gadget di kalangan siswa telah menjadi fenomena umum seiring berkembangnya teknologi digital. Namun, penggunaan Gadget yang berlebihan dan tidak terkontrol justru dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa. Penurunan konsentrasi, motivasi belajar, dan keterampilan sosial menjadi persoalan yang perlu ditinjau secara serius dalam dunia pendidikan. Mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Gadget terhadap penurunan kemampuan belajar siswa melalui analisis berbagai penelitian ilmiah terkini. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelusuri artikel ilmiah melalui basis data Google Scholar, DOAJ, dan Semantic Scholar. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada telaah terhadap delapan artikel terpilih yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025, yang terdiri dari enam jurnal nasional dan dua jurnal internasional. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas penelitian menemukan adanya hubungan negatif antara intensitas penggunaan Gadget dengan hasil belajar siswa. Gadget berdampak pada penurunan fokus, disiplin, interaksi sosial, serta prestasi akademik. Penggunaan Gadget secara pasif dan tanpa arahan terbukti mengganggu proses belajar yang efektif. Penggunaan Gadget yang tidak terarah merupakan faktor yang signifikan dalam menurunnya kemampuan belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengawasan dan regulasi penggunaan Gadget yang melibatkan peran aktif guru dan orang tua.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the result of the response to the needs of development of Learning Management System for students. This research is a descriptive research part of R&D research using the ADDIE model. The instruments used are observation sheets, interview sheets, and questionnaire sheets. The subjects consisted of physics teachers and class X students with 96 students and 2 teachers. The instruments used in this study are Likert scale, students and teachers in 3 vocational high schools in Bengkulu City strongly agree and need of LMS-based teaching materials is proven to increase students' independence and learning achievement.
