Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of school management in improving school quality, and to examine the planning and implementation of school programs in an effort to improve school quality. The research method is a descriptive method. This research was conducted at MI Nurussyifa Timbanuh, East Lombok. The data sources for this study were the principal and teachers. Data collection techniques in descriptive research are documents, archive recordings, interviews, direct observation, participant observation, and physical devices. The data analysis technique used in formulating the problem analysis is an interactive technique. The results of the research that has been conducted are as follows: school management has been carried out by the school by carrying out a management process based on the scope of curriculum management, financial management, personnel management, and management of facilities and infrastructure. The results of the study indicate that school management has been carried out well, but has not used the right method to obtain maximum results, so that improvements can be made. Evaluation has also not been carried out optimally. There needs to be an evaluation of the learning process and synchronization in an effort to improve school quality. An evaluation of human resources needs to be carried out at least twice a year or at the end of each semester. Evaluation of student learning outcomes also needs to be carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation process of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum at MTs N I Lombok Timur, through the P5 Program based on local wisdom of the Sasak tribe which focuses on culture and traditional food. The study was conducted by describing the implementation of MBKM with a focus on school readiness for MBKM, the role of stakeholders in the implementation of MBKM, and the Pancasila student profile strengthening program (P5). This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, the research was conducted at MTs N I Lombok Timur, using Grade 8 Students as Subjects. Data collection techniques in this study used several techniques, namely interviews, observations and supported by documentation. This school has implemented the MBKM curriculum based on local wisdom through the P5 program in accordance with the provisions of the MBKM curriculum. Several things that support the implementation of this MBKM curriculum have also been attempted by the school through the school's readiness for the MBKM curriculum implementation process, and also maximizing the role of stakeholders very well. The P5 program has also been implemented well, and also collaborated with the community who helped teachers in running the P5 program based on local wisdom of the Sasak tribe, namely traditional food. The traditional food made is tembrodok. After being made with the right direction, this traditional cake was sold by students in the school environment. Based on the results of the description that has been presented, and seen from the readiness of the school and stakeholders who play a role according to their fields and duties, it can be concluded that the school has succeeded in implementing the MBKM curriculum according to the rules and objectives of the MBKM curriculum.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan anak sekolah dasar melalui pelatihan mewarnai sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan kreatif mereka. Kreativitas anak pada usia sekolah dasar merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan kognitif, emosional, dan sosial, sehingga membutuhkan dukungan berupa kegiatan yang menyenangkan sekaligus edukatif. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses belajar mewarnai, mulai dari pengenalan teknik dasar, pemilihan warna, hingga praktik langsung dengan media yang bervariasi. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mewarnai mampu meningkatkan minat anak dalam berkarya, memperkaya keterampilan motorik halus, serta memunculkan ide-ide kreatif yang orisinal. Selain itu, anak menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam mengekspresikan diri melalui karya seni sederhana. Pengabdian ini juga menegaskan pentingnya dukungan berkelanjutan dari sekolah dan guru dalam menyediakan ruang kreatif bagi siswa. Dengan demikian, pelatihan mewarnai terbukti efektif sebagai media pemberdayaan anak di sekolah dasar guna mendukung pengembangan potensi kreatif sejak dini.

Abstract

PKM ini diharapkan guru beserta siswa yang mengikuti program ini dapat memanfaatkannnya dalam proses pembelajaran di tengah pandemi yang dilakukan di SMP Dhiaul Fikri Sukarara Kecamatan Sakra Barat Kabupaten Lombok Timur Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jumlah peserta yang dilibatkan dalam PKM ini sejumlah 16 orang guru dan 12 orng siswa, kami hanya meminta guru untuk memelih 12 orang siswa terbaik untuk mengikuti pelatihan ini agar nantinya pelatih dan yang di latih dapat dengan fokus menjalankan pelatihan jika pesertanya tidak terlalu membeludak, dan nantinya para guru dan siswa yang telah di latih tersebut dapat mengajarkan siswa yang lain untuk menggunakan media online yang telah mereka pelajari nantinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada mitra dengan memanfaatkan masing-masing perangkat komunikasi yang dimiliki. Teknis pelatihan dilakukan secara bergantian dalam menjalankan aplikasi Zoom dan google classroom ini baik sebagai admin atau operator maupun sebagai partisipan dengan panduan langsung. Saat dilaksanakan pengabdian ini, sebelumnya sebagian besar peserta hanya mampu menjalankan aplikasi dengan bertindak sebagai partisipan yang tingkat kemampuan pengoperasian aplikasi sangat sederhana dan hanya 10% yang mampu mengoperasikan sebagai operator, namun setelah berlangsungnya pengabdian ini para guru telah mampu untuk menjalankan aplikasi dengan bertindak sebagai operator dengan tingkat kesulitan yang lebih tinggi sebesar 75%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru sudah mampu untuk menyelenggarakan pembelajaran jarak jauh (daring) yang berbasis video conference. Maka dengan PKM ini para guru dan siswa akan lebih mampu menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dan google classroom dengan peralihan peran yang dulunya hanya mampu sebagai partisipan setelah mengikuti program PKM ini mereka sudah mampu menjadi operator.

Abstract

Artikel ini berisi tentng kegiatan Bakti Sosial dalam neningkatkan Gerakan Literasi Pada Masyarakat di Desa Tebaban, Kecamatan Suralaga, Kabupaten Lombok Tmur. Kegata ini dilakukan dalam rangka menghadapi minimnya budaya literasi pada masyarakat, khususnya pelajar. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah, meningkatkan budaya literasi, agar masyarakat dapat menumbuhkan budi pekerti melalui gerakan literasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa masyarakat sanga antusias enga kegaitan ini. Hal ini ditunjukan dari minat dan atensi warga, dan juga harapan masyarakat kepada lembaga LPPM Institut Pendidikan Nusantara Global, untuk lebih sering menyapa masyarakat melalui kegiatan serupa. Kegiatan yang dilkukan dalam Program Gerkan literasi diantaraya Lomba menggambar Kemudian Bercerita, peltihan menulis puisi, dan pelatihan menulis cerpen.

Abstract

Artikel ini berisi tentng kegiatan Pelatihan Menulis Esai Berbasis Kearifan Lokal pada Siswa Kelas XI di SMA Islam Plus Musthofa Kamal, Montong Baik, Kecamatan Montong Gading, Kabupaten Lombok Tmur. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik tentang menuli dan pelestarian warisan kebudayaan nusantara. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah, meningkatkan budaya menulis dan pengetahuan tentang kearifan lokal, agar peserta didik dapat menumbuhkan budaya menulis dan mempertahankan kekayaan Indonesia. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa peserta didik sanga antusias dengan kegaitan ini. Hal ini ditunjukan dari minat dan atensi mereka, dan juga harapan guru kepada lembaga LPPM Institut Pendidikan Nusantara Global, untuk lebih sering melaksanakan kegiatan serupa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah, untuk mengembangkan, dan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA). Artikel ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif eksploratif yang dilakukan di Desa Tebaban. Program ini dilakukan oleh Kelompok KKN Mahasiswa di Desa Tebaban pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2024 dan dilaksanakan selama 3 hari. Pemberian materi menggunakan media ceramah, diskusi, dan Tanya jawab. Pree test dan post test dilakukan pada awal penelitin, yang diikuti oleh 32 responden. Hasil dari program TOGA ini adalah, kembalinya semangat masyarakat untuk mengembangkan kembali obat-obatan herbal. Pemahaman tentang manfaat dan keuntungan yang didapat dari TOGA. Kesejahteraan meningkat yang disebabkan oleh tersedianya TOGA sebgai obat herbal dan rimpang yang membantu masyrakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hri. Peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap pengurangn obat-obatan kimia, dan beralih pada herbal melalui TOGA

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Imtaq education in MTs Negeri I East Lombok in terms of context, input, process, and product. The second objective is to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing Imtaq education. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method through a qualitative approach. Data validity is done by using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and tests. The results showed that: 1) context showed a legal foundation, stakeholder influence, and a high level of juvenile delinquency so that the implementation of Imtaq needed to be implemented in MTs Negeri I East Lombok schools. 2) inputs from the implementation of Imtaq are curriculum, human resources, funding, study facilities, organization, and administration. 3} Imtaq implementation process is carried out in the KBM, assessment, incidental activities and structured activities. 4) the product of the implementation of Imtaq is the result of graduates having faith, piety, and morality. 5) the inhibiting factor of the implementation of Imtaq is the poor motivation of students, the lack of supporting books for Imtaq activities. 6) internal supporting factors in the Imtaq implementation process are, the availability of funds, competent human resources in guiding and implementing Imtaq activities, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure that supports Imtaq activities. The external supporting factor is the involvement of stakeholders who help the implementation process of Imtaq education.

Abstract

This research is about the Customer Satisfaction Level of Class VIII Junior High School 4 Selong Students Against School Administration Services during the Pandemic Period, 2020-2021 Academic Year. The problem studied in this study is about the level of customer satisfaction during online learning. The level of customer satisfaction is measured through customer satisfaction indicators. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of customer satisfaction in the online learning system used. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is SMP N 4 Selong. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study are, when viewed from the predetermined indicators, customer satisfaction has been achieved. Some of the superior aspects including the availability of wifi, consistency of teacher attendance and assignments accompanied by mentoring are things that make customer satisfaction achieved.
