Abstract

Wild motor racing is an activity that is negative and full of danger both to themselves and others. Illegal racing activities occur because of negative associations among teenagers and a lack of attention from parents, families and their environmental communities. To overcome the possibility of unwanted things getting worse, socialization and direction is needed to teenagers or young children, through various means or can use various kinds of information media, one of which is public service announcements. The purpose of designing public service announcements about the dangers of illegal racing is to increase public awareness of orderly driving on the highway, educate the people of Mataram City and create a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Public Service Announcements to be designed using the analysis method 5W + 1H. The public service advertisement that the writer designed was aimed at the city of Mataram, especially on Udayana Street with the main priority target audience being the youth and the general public. The design is themed about the dangers of wild racing using print media in the form of billboards. It is expected that the existence of Public Service Advertisements through billboards can give awareness to illegal racers not to carry out illegal racing activities, provide references to similar studies to make designs that can really hit the hearts of the target audience and the government is expected to be able to take more real action in dealing with the dangers of wild motor racing.

Abstract

One of the consequences of teachers as functional positions is that teachers are required to carry out continuous professional development (CPD) so that teachers can carry out their duties and functions professionally. For this reason, teachers are required to have competency in researching and writing scientific papers in the form of books, modules and scientific articles. Writing scientific papers for teachers can serve as a reference / reference to increase insight or disseminate knowledge. This community service aims to equip teachers with scientific writing material, especially on scientific articles as well as provide assistance and consultation in writing scientific papers so that teachers are able to make scientific papers properly and correctly. The target of this service is partner schools from fellow institutes in West Lombok district, where the teachers who serve the school are expected to be able to produce a publication in a scientific paper.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Tanjung adalah sekolah unggulan di Lombok Utara karena beberapa prestasi yang pernah diraih, diantaranya memperoleh akreditasi A dan dipercaya sebagai sekolah rujukan berdasarkan surat keputusan direktur pembinaan SMA No. 1805/div/tu/2016 tentang penetapan SMA rujukan tahun 2016. Hal tersebut membuat para siswa dari Sekolah Menengah Pertama atau dari Madratsah Tsanawiyah di Lombok Utara ingin masuk di sekolah ini. Meningkatnya jumlah pendaftar di setiap tahunnya sehingga proses penerimaan siswa baru di SMAN 1 Tanjung mengalami beberapa kendala, diantaranya calon siswa baru harus melakukan antrean untuk mengisi formulir pendaftaran, proses pendaftaran dan seleksi membutuhkan waktu lama karena masih menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Office, proses pengelolaan data dan rekapan laporan penerimaan siswa baru terkadang tidak akurat dan beberapa data hilang karena pihak sekolah tidak mempunyai penyimpanan database secara khusus. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan cara membuat sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode pengembangan waterfall dari tahap perencanaan, tahap analisis sistem dan tahap desain sistem. Desain sistem terdiri dari use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan design interface. Desain sistem diharapkan dapat sampai ke tahap implementasi, sehingga dapat mengefisienkan waktu dan biaya dalam melakukan penerimaan siswa baruKata kunci: desain, sistem, informasi, penerimaan, siswaABSTRACTSenior High School (SMAN) 1 Tanjung is a superior sakolah in North Lombok because of some achievements that have been achieved, including obtaining an A accreditation and is believed to be a referral school based on the director's decision letter of the senior high school No. 1805/div/tu/2016/ regarding the establishment of referral high school. This makes students from junior high schools or from Madratsah Tsanawiyah in North Lombok want to enter this school. The increasing number of registrants in each year so that the process of admission of new students at SMAN 1 Tanjung has several problems, including the prospective new students must queue to fill out the registration form, the registration and selection process takes a long time because they still use the help of Microsoft Office applications, data management processes and new student admission reports are sometimes inaccurate and some data is lost because the school does not have aspecial database storage. These problems can be solved by creating a web-based new student admission information system. The method used in the research is the waterfall development method from the planning stage, system analysis stage and system design stage. System design consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and interface designs. System design is expected to get to the implementation stage, so that it can streamline the time and costs of the school in accepting new students.Keywords: design, system, information, students, admission

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia adalah salah satu negara yang rawan terhadap bencana gempa bumi.Beberapa daerah yang mengalami bencana gempa pada tahun 2018 adalah Lombok dan Palu.Gempa tersebut mengakibatkan banyak korban jiwa.Jumlah korban jiwa dari data Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana adalah untuk korban meninggal dunia di Lombok mencapai 481 orang dan di Palu mencapai 2.113 orang.Selain menelan korban jiwa gempa juga berdampak terhadap kerusakan struktur sosial masyarakat dan menimbulkan lonjakan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat yang menjadi korban bencana. Kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana gempa dapat menimbulkan kepanikan yang pada gilirannya akan menyulitkan penanggulangan dan upaya mereduksi risiko bencana. Penanganan bencana bukan saja menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah tetapi harus menjadi tanggung jawab masyarakat setempat yang terkena dampak bencana.Tanggung jawab masyarakat setempat dapat berupa kesiapan dan kecerdasan masyarakat dalam menyikapi sebuah bencana. Solusi dari pemasalahan tersebut adalah membuat aplikasi siaga menghadapi bencana gempa berbasis mobile.Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur untuk melihat informasi gempa terkini, penentuan lokasi untuk evakuasi terdekat dan media edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran terhadap resiko bencana. Hal ini bermanfaat dalam mendukung program Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) untuk menciptakan masyarakat tangguh bencana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan model prototype yaitu dari pengumpulan kebutuhan dan membuat rancangan prototype.Kata kunci: rancangan, prototype, aplikasi, siaga, gempaABSTRACTIndonesia is one of the countries prone to earthquake disasters. Some of the regions that experienced earthquake disasters in 2018 were Lombok and Palu. The earthquake caused many casualties. The number of fatalities from the National Disaster Management Agency data is for the death toll in Lombok reaching 481 people and in Palu reaching 2,113 people. In addition to the loss of life the earthquake also affected the social structure of the community and caused a surge in the basic needs of people who were victims of the disaster. The lack of information and knowledge of the community about preparedness in the face of earthquake disasters can cause panic which in turn will make it difficult to overcome and reduce disaster risk. Disaster management is not only the responsibility of the government but must be the responsibility of the local community affected by the disaster. The responsibility of the local community can be in the form of community readiness and intelligence in responding to a disaster. The solution to this problem is to create a mobile alert-based disaster alert application. This application has features to view the latest earthquake information, determine the location for the closest evacuation and educational media to increase understanding and awareness of disaster risk. This is useful in supporting the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) program to create a resilient community of disasters. The research method used is to use a prototype model that is from gathering needs and designing a prototype.Keywords: design, prototype, application, standby, earthquake
