Abstract

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) continues to show significant development and make a huge impact in various fields, from industry to daily life. However, these technological advancements also come with ethical and security challenges that cannot be ignored. This article explores crucial issues related to data privacy, bias in AI systems, and potential security threats that can arise from the use of AI and ML. From an advanced computing perspective, a comprehensive and collaborative approach between developers, users, and regulators is needed to ensure that the benefits of AI and ML can be optimised without compromising ethical and security standards. This research underscores the importance of developing robust security policies and technologies, as well as implementing methods to reduce bias and protect data privacy to support fair, responsible and safe use of AI.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the evolution and contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Indonesian education system. This research aims to understand how AI technology has developed and been applied in various aspects of education, from administration, personalized learning, to evaluating learning outcomes. The research methods used are literature studies and secondary data analysis from various sources, including academic journals, government reports, and case studies of AI implementation in a number of educational institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that AI has made a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency, facilitating more adaptive learning, and providing in-depth data analysis for educational decision making. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right policy support and investment in infrastructure and training, AI has great potential to transform Indonesian education in a more inclusive and quality direction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan dalam dunia usaha di Indonesia saat ini yang semakin cepat dan pesat berakibat juga pada perubahan budaya. Sehingga organisasi dituntut untuk mempunyai budaya yang membedakan dengan organisasi lain yang sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi karyawan Bank Swasta diKota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Bank Swasta Kota Bandung. Jumlah responden 80 karyawan, Budaya Organisasi menghasilkan tingkat upaya dan Komitmen Organisasi bawahan melampaui apa yang akan terjadi, bila dilihat dari bobot rata-rata Budaya Organisasi sebesar 199,6 artinya Budaya Organisasi karyawan Bank Swasta Kota Bandung tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi di Bank Swasta Kota Bandung sudah baik dan mendukung meningkatnya Komitmen Organisasi karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan bobot Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi. Dengan demikian apabila Budaya Organisasi baik maka Komitmen Organisasi pun akan ikut baik. Adapun rekomendasi yang perlu dilakukan yakni sebaiknya Komitmen Organisasi ditingkatkan lagi dengan melibatkan seluruh pegawai Bank agar memperhatikan hal yang berkaitan dengan Komitmen Organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of the love curriculum in Islamic education as a form of transformative education that can change the perspectives and attitudes of students. The love curriculum is seen as an educational approach that integrates the values of compassion, rahmatan lil 'alamin, and humanism into the learning process. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach, examining scientific literature related to the theoretical basis and practical application of the love curriculum in Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study show that, theoretically, the love curriculum functions as a philosophical and pedagogical foundation that unites the spiritual, moral, and social dimensions of Islamic education. In practical terms, this curriculum produces significant changes in the attitudes and perspectives of students, such as increased social empathy, inclusive attitudes, and cooperative behaviour. The love curriculum also contributes to creating a conducive learning climate and minimising negative behaviour. The findings of this study emphasise the urgency of developing the love curriculum as a transformative Islamic education innovation and recommend strengthening teacher training and support systems for its implementation.
