Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The development of Islam in North Africa began during the reign of Caliph Umar bin Khattab (634–644 AD), who sent Amru bin Ash to conquer Egypt. This effort was then systematically continued by the ruling dynasties that followed. The spread of Islam by Muslim rulers not only made Arabic the official language spoken by Muslim communities in various regions, especially North Africa, but also had a great influence on civilization as a whole. History records various advances in North Africa, both in the fields of government administration, science, architecture, and historical buildings. The pattern of the relationship between the ruler and the community also shows how Islam is a blessing for all nature (rahmatan lil 'alamin). The splendor of buildings with high architecture is proof that only an advanced, stable, and prosperous government is able to achieve it.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of virtual teachers and teaching robots as transformative innovations in learning systems in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). With the development of AI technology, this research focuses on how these two technologies can increase learning effectiveness, personalize education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in their implementation. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of character education system curricula in Indonesia and Finland. The focus of the research is to identify differences and similarities in the approach, implementation and effectiveness of character education in the two education systems. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through reviewing curriculum documents, education policies, and scientific articles related to character education in Indonesia and Finland. The research results show that Finland integrates character education holistically in all aspects of learning, while Indonesia still tends to separate character education as a separate subject. Apart from that, Finland emphasizes the formation of values of independence, responsibility and collaboration through a student-centered approach, while Indonesia places more emphasis on religious values and nationalism. The implication of this research is the need to reorient the character education curriculum in Indonesia to better integrate character values in the entire learning process, as well as adopting best practices from Finland which have been proven effective in shaping students' character.
