Abstract

Connecting rod merupakan komponen berupa batang penghubung antara piston dan crankshaft. Connecting rod memiliki fungsi untuk meneruskan daya dari piston ke crankshaft dengan mengubah gerak naik turun (translasi) pada piston menjadi gerak rotasi pada crankshaft. Connecting  rod mendorong piston pada sistem pembakaran  yang terdapat di ruang silinder karena terkompresinya bahan bakar dan udara. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu connecting rod harus mampu menahan beban tekan, tarik dan tegangan lentur yang diakibat oleh gaya dorong maksimum pada piston. Sehingga perlu adanya perancangan desain connecting rod menekankan pada hasil pengujian dengan tekanan yang telah di tentukan mulai dari tekanan 300 N, 500 N dan 1000 N. Subjek yang di analisis hasil pengujian yaitu displacement,stress,dan strain. Bahan material yang digunakan titanium alloy karena material ini memiliki kekuatan yang baik, dan memiliki ketahanan korosi yang bagus. Dengan kata lain dasain connecting rod motor yang baik, harus memiliki kekuatan yang baik, aman dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan maka pemilihan material sangatlah berpengaruh pada kinerja connecting rod ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Elemen Hingga (MEH) dengan software solidworks 2014. Analisis dilakukan pada desain connecting rod motor dengan berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan MEH, dinyatakan bahwa connecting rod dengan bahan material titanium alloy dengan working pressure maksimal 1000 N, kuat dan aman untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Masterweb is a concept where multiple web services are integrated into a centralized platform, offering seamless access and management of various online tools and resources. Research discusses the effectiveness of masterweb in optimizing digital-based learning and education management. Research method uses a mix method approach with an exploratory design. Paper also highlights the importance of transforming learning media in the digital era and how digitalization can improve the quality of vocational education. Research results show that the application of Masterweb allows the adoption of blended learning methods that combine conventional approaches with digital elements. Collaboration with expert companies in developing e-learning and multimedia systems also ensures the availability of ICT infrastructure that supports the smooth learning process. With Masterweb, teachers and school management can be more effective in recording teaching and learning activities, monitoring student attendance, and increasing the effectiveness of monitoring and developing student skills. This research provides important insights into the importance of technology integration in education to increase efficiency, effectiveness, management and the attractiveness of learning in the digital era

Abstract

Bullying in elementary schools is a serious issue that negatively impacts children’s physical, psychological, social, and academic development. This community service program aims to provide anti-bullying socialization to students of SDN Jambesari 01 to increase their understanding of the forms, impacts, and prevention strategies of bullying. The program applied a participatory approach through counseling, interactive discussions, and case simulations. The results showed an increase in students’ knowledge of bullying types, greater empathy for victims, and a collective commitment to creating a safe and comfortable learning environment. Challenges such as students’ limited initial understanding and low parental attention were addressed through communicative strategies and collaboration with teachers. Thus, anti-bullying socialization is effective as a preventive step in reducing violence in elementary schools.
