Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI NW 02 Kembang Kerang serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI NW 02 Kembang Kerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan untuk mengungkapkan berbagai gejala yang muncul dari berbagai pola kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MI NW 02 Kembang Kerang. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data antara lain; metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif dengan proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI NW 02 Kembang Kerang, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI NW 02 Kembang Kerang telah melakukan beberapa upaya, antara lain; a. menanamkan sikap disiplin, b. pembinaan dan supervisi, c. meningkatkan sumber daya dan profesionalisme guru, d. memberikan motivasi, dan e. menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai bagi guru. 2) Faktor pendukung kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI NW 02 Kembang Kerang, meliputi; a. hubungan yang harmonis antara kepal madrasah dan guru, b. adanya motivasi yang kuat dari guru, dan c. tingkat pendidikan yang memadai. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat bagi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI NW 02 Kembang Kerang meliputi; a. kurangnya sarana dan prasarana belajar, dan b. tempat tinggal guru dan siswa yang jauh dari madrasah

Abstract

In the campus nowdays there is no special subject for anticorruption. Wereas anticorruption subject is much needed by students due to with it students can play a role actively for campaign anticorruption. The thing can be done and enable appropriate with those conditions is to integrate civics educations subject to anticorruption. During the Covid-19, the trend using technology on all aspect of life increase. Therefore, so that students have integrity character so needed civics education textbook based anticorruption education integrated ICT (information, communication, dan technology). This research aim to describe validity and practicality civics education textbook based anticorruption integrated ICT. The kind of research is needed RnD (Research and Development) with 4D Model approach (define, design, develop, and disseminate). Reserch respondent use teacher candidate student consist of 5 majors. Data collection technique use expert validation, interview, and students responses. Data are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The result of validation showed that textbook declared valid with contents 8 chapters and integrated to anticorruption comprehensive. Book material is wrotten structured accurated and deep. Language is used also easy understood with diction varied and interactive. Content of textbook equipped with pictures, chart, and illustration wich could facilitate several of students learning style. The result of testing also showed that textbook practical used in the learning. Students can easy to understand and think in line to essensial material in the textbook. Moreover, textbook also easy brougth, read, and saved.

Abstract

Introduction: The problem of the implementation of the clinical pathway at Benyamin Guluh hospital is the lack of compliance of health workers in carrying out services in accordance with the clinical pathway format. This study aims to analyze factors related to compliance in the implementation of clinical pathways by health workers in the treatment room of Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency. Method: Quantitative research with a cross sectional study approach. The population of this study is 151 people, with a sample of 110 people. Sample withdrawal uses cluster random sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires and data from agencies related to the research. Data analysis using chi square test. Result: The results of the study obtained the variable of work commitment (X2count = 12,332 > X2table = 3,841 and Phi (j) = 0,335), communication (X2count = 12,463 > X2table = 3,841 and Phi (j) = 0,337), knowledge (X2count = 10,876 > X2table = 3,841 and Phi (j) = 0,314), and attitude (X2count = 8,759 > X2table = 3,841 and Phi (j) = 0,282). Conclusion: There is a moderate relationship between work commitment, communication, knowledge, and attitude and compliance in the implementation of clinical pathways by health workers in the treatment room of Benjamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi relevansi penggunaan metode ceramah dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah dasar era kurikulum merdeka. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk menangani variasi kebutuhan, minat, dan kemampuan dari masing-masing peserta didik. Di sisi lain terdapat metode ceramah yang dicap sebagai metode "tradisional". Meskipun demikian, metode ceramah masih efektif bagi peserta didik yang cepat memahami materi. Selain itu, perlu ditelaah apakah metode ini sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran berdiferensiasi mengingat gaya belajar peserta didik yang sangat beragam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan wawancara dan tinjauan pustaka untuk mengkaji praktik-praktik pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ceramah masih relevan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi jika dikombinasikan dengan metode lain. Namun, secara mandiri, metode ceramah kurang efektif karena peserta didik memiliki variasi gaya belajar (kinestetik, auditori, visual). Oleh karena itu, penggabungan metode ceramah dengan teknik lain seperti diskusi kelompok, proyek, dan interaksi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas dan partisipasi peserta didik. Sebagai kesimpulan, penggabungan metode ceramah dengan strategi diferensiasi lainnya dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan memenuhi kebutuhan masing-masing peserta didik. Penting bagi guru untuk memilih kombinasi metode yang tepat berdasarkan kemampuan belajar peserta didik mereka.
