Abstract

Pada dasarnya kepuasan kerja merupakan hal yang bersifat individual. Setiap karyawan akan memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan sistem dan nilai-nilai yang berlaku bagi karyawan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui tidak ada pengaruh positifyang signifikan secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa, hal ini berdasarkan jawaban responden berkaitan dengan cahaya dari pantulan sinar matahari membuat responden tidak puas melakukan pekerjaan serta suara bising yang terdapat PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa dilingkungan kerja membuat responden tidak fokus dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan pada PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa, hal ini dijelaskan juga berdasarkan jawaban responden berkaitan dengan karyawan memiliki insiatif yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, berani mengambil tindakan yang berisiko, berusaha mengembangkan kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam bekerja untuk memajukan perusahaan, atasan selalu mengkomunikasikan kepada bawahan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan usaha pencapaian tugas, kesempatan mendapatkan kenaikkan jabatan diberikan secara adil kepada karyawan yang bekerja dengan baik dan bagus pada PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa.

Abstract

The use of social media as an effective marketing strategy for all businesses, from food, snacks, clothing, banking and other services. The use of social media is based on the rapid growth of the millennial generation where its use is very common for anyone. Marketing strategies through social media such as Instagram are very familiar to the millennial generation. Instagram is a real example of making marketing more interesting, better and more practical. Banana chip products also don't want to be left behind in utilizing Instagram social media. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategies carried out by shops in Bandar Lampung. The research method used was qualitative research using a marketing mix. The results of the study showed positive results in the use of Instagram for marketing their products. It can be concluded that the use of marketing strategies using Instagram is more beneficial than using other conventional methods.

Abstract

UMKM in Indonesia are a top priority in efforts to strengthen the national economy. The Natar UMKM Community, which consists of MSME entrepreneurs in Natar District, is the target of community service activities. Currently, the Natar UMKM Community faces various challenges in managing UMKM digital content where there is a lack of knowledge, understanding and technical skills in utilizing digital technology and AI to create interesting and relevant content for the target market. The aim activities is to increase the understanding and skills of members of the Natar UMKM community in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology to optimize product content. The methods used include socialization, training and mentoring for participants so that they can develop more effective and efficient marketing strategies, and increase the competitiveness of their products in the market. Benefits of the program include increasing the technical capabilities of UMKM members in the use of AI. The results of the activity showed a 52% increase in participants' understanding of the concept of AI and its application in content creation

Abstract

Egg production of laying hens is influenced by various factors, including temperature, humidity, and the quality of the cage environment. The main problem in this study is the fluctuation of production due to changes in environmental conditions that are not optimal. This study aims to develop and implement a smart farming system based on the internet of things (IoT) that is able to optimize egg production of laying hens through automatic monitoring of cage temperature and humidity. The methods used include needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The results showed that the accuracy of the system reached 80% which could maintain the cage environmental conditions within the optimal range, so that egg production increased from an average of 383.67 eggs per month to 390.33 eggs per month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is effectiveness of E-learning on student loyalty through student satisfaction at STMIK Pringsewu. The research method used in this research is associative research. In this study the number of respondents taken as many as 120 respondents, with a sampling technique using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique in this study will use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) while data processing uses smartPLS software. The research shows that the effectiveness of e-learning has a significant impact on student satisfaction, student satisfaction has a significant impact on student loyalty. The effectiveness of e-learning directly does not have a significant impact on loyalty, but the effectiveness of e-learning indirectly has a significant impact on student loyalty through student satisfaction at STMIK Pringsewu Keywords : Effectiveness of e-learning, Student Satisfaction, Student Loyalty, Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect of compensation, motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT. Intek Lampung. The research method used is associative research, while the sampling uses Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling method involving 87 respondents in the production department. The data analysis method uses the average method, scale range, multiple linear regression, F and T statistical tests. The results of the study show that: Compensation, motivation, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance and partially compensation, motivation, and work environment. work environment has a significant effect on employee performance Keywords : Compensation, Motivation, Work Environment and Performance

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is a top priority in efforts to strengthen the national economy. The UMKM Natar Community serves as a platform for MSME actors in Natar District, South Lampung Regency, consisting of 113 members engaged in sectors such as culinary, crafts, fashion, agriculture, and health. Despite its great potential, this community still faces several challenges, including the suboptimal use of digital media for marketing, conventional business management practices, and limited human resource skills. To address these issues, digital transformation is believed to be an effective solution to support MSME growth. This community service activity aims to provide outreach, training, and mentoring to UMKM Natar members regarding digital transformation and skills enhancement in product marketing management. Through methods involving education, technology application, and training in digital marketing, business management, and human resource development, this activity successfully improved participants' understanding and ability to use technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to support the online management and marketing of their businesses.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role as the main pillar of the Indonesian economy, considering their significant contribution in supporting national economic stability and their ability to absorb most of the workforce in the country. Currently, Kurnia Jaya Farm, an MSME that focuses on chicken farming, faces various challenges such as low production capacity, management, marketing and inadequate cultivation skills. The purpose of PKM is to improve the ability of partners in the productivity of laying hens and market products well. The method used involves a series of systematic stages, including socialization activities, training, technology implementation, and providing ongoing assistance. The application of smart farming technology in livestock farming that allows automatic control and monitoring of livestock using sensors and machines, thereby increasing the effectiveness of livestock activities. While the business platform, to form a digital marketing ecosystem in increasing the marketing of livestock products. The results of this activity increase the knowledge and ability of partners in using smart farming and business platforms so as to minimize the obstacles faced by farmers and improve marketing.
