Abstract

Sementara itu pelaksanaan praktikum sendiri rata-rata 2 kali dalam satu hari, hal ini mengacu pada jadwal penggunaan laboratorium yang tidak setiap hari digunakan melainkan mengikuti jadwal yang ditetapkan oleh pihak sekolah. Dari hasil observasi yang penulis lakukan, masa penggunaan komputer dalam satu kali praktikum adalah 2 x 45 menit dengan rata-rata penggunaan optimal adalah 30 menit untuk akses internet dan akses situs yang dominan diakses oleh para siswa adalah kaskus.co.id kemudian google.com sebagai search engine (mesin pencari) data ini didapat dengan melihat browser history pada tiap-tiap komputer. Penggunaan komputer secara bersamaan pada jam- jam tertentu mendorong penulis untuk mencaritau kinerja jaringan local dan internet service provider (ISP) yang ada disekolah, untuk memantau kinerja jaringan ada banyak cara diantaranya adalah dengan metode analisa Round Trip Time (RTT). Sendiri adalah sebuah laporan yang dihasilkan dari proses pengiriman paket data Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) dengan cara melakukan Perintah Ping ke Server atau ke Host. Untuk mendapatkan laporan trafik jaringan juga dibantu dengan perangkat Iphost Network Monitor dapat dilihat bagaimana trafik tersebut bejalan.

Abstract

UMKM in Indonesia are a top priority in efforts to strengthen the national economy. The Natar UMKM Community, which consists of MSME entrepreneurs in Natar District, is the target of community service activities. Currently, the Natar UMKM Community faces various challenges in managing UMKM digital content where there is a lack of knowledge, understanding and technical skills in utilizing digital technology and AI to create interesting and relevant content for the target market. The aim activities is to increase the understanding and skills of members of the Natar UMKM community in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology to optimize product content. The methods used include socialization, training and mentoring for participants so that they can develop more effective and efficient marketing strategies, and increase the competitiveness of their products in the market. Benefits of the program include increasing the technical capabilities of UMKM members in the use of AI. The results of the activity showed a 52% increase in participants' understanding of the concept of AI and its application in content creation

Abstract

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. These are rare representing approximately 0.1-3% of all GI. The management of GIST is carried out using a multidisciplinary approach. Standard treatment of localized GIST is complete surgical resection associated (or not) with adjuvant Imatinib therapy. We reported 4 cases of GISTs with different management. We performed the surgical excision in three female patients with a median age of 44.7 years and 1 male patient get neoadjuvant imatinib due to unresectable mass. In our series, clinical manifestations are variable among patients, abdominal discomfort is the most primary symptoms. All of our patients received one year of Imatinib 400 mg daily therapy after the surgery and follow up based on Algorithm Treatment For GISTs.

Abstract

Introduction: Choledocholithiasis, the presence of stones in the common bile duct (CBD), is a challenge in the field of digestive surgery due to the wide range of cases with varying levels of difficulty. Until now, the options for diagnostic and therapeutic modalities have been increasingly evolving, ranging from non-invasive to invasive procedures. Therefore, the Indonesian Society of Digestive Surgeons provides recommendations for the management of CBD stone cases in Indonesia.Method: The consensus was developed using the Delphi survey method involving digestive surgery experts from various cities in Indonesia. Several issues related to the diagnosis and management of CBD stones were formulated and answered based on current research, while also considering the opinions of the experts.Result: This consensus consists of two parts: 15 recommendations related to the selection of diagnostic modalities and 10 recommendations related to management options. Recommendations regarding diagnosis include the use of ultrasonography, abdominal CT-scan, and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). In addition to standard therapeutic procedures, this consensus also provides recommendations regarding contemporary procedures such as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE), and open common bile duct exploration (OCBDE).Conclusion: These recommendations are aimed to assist digestive surgery experts in providing the best management for CBD stone cases.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat telah mempermudah akses data dan informasi secara online. Teknologi informasi berbasis web kini dimanfaatkan di berbagai bidang, Toko Percetakan Sindoro, sebuah perusahaan di Pringsewu, Lampung, masih menggunakan metode manual dalam pengolahan data karyawan dan perhitungan gaji, yang menyebabkan proses menjadi lambat dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi penggajian karyawan berbasis web yang efisien dan akurat, meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan transparansi informasi penggajian, serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya manusia. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka, sementara metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Extreme Programming (XP). Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu memudahkan dalam perhitungan gaji di Toko Percetakan Sindoro dengan  mempermudah proses penggajian, mempercepat pembuatan laporan, dan meningkatkan transparansi serta kepercayaan antara pengelola dan karyawan.

Abstract

Egg production of laying hens is influenced by various factors, including temperature, humidity, and the quality of the cage environment. The main problem in this study is the fluctuation of production due to changes in environmental conditions that are not optimal. This study aims to develop and implement a smart farming system based on the internet of things (IoT) that is able to optimize egg production of laying hens through automatic monitoring of cage temperature and humidity. The methods used include needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The results showed that the accuracy of the system reached 80% which could maintain the cage environmental conditions within the optimal range, so that egg production increased from an average of 383.67 eggs per month to 390.33 eggs per month.

Abstract

Sistem pertanian di Desa Sukoanyar, Pakis, Malang, adalah sektor pencaharian utama, dimana terdapat dua kelompok tani utama yaitu HIPPA (Himpunan Petani Pemakai Air) Dewi Ratih I dan HIPPA Dewi Ratih II. Permasalahan kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Sukoanyar adalah pembagian air pada system pintu irigasi air yang belum merata dan efisien, sehingga banyak pengiriman air ke lahan pertanian yang tidak sesuai kebutuhan, mulai ada yang kekurangan sampai kelebihan air. Hal ini akan mempengaruhi kualitas dan kuantitas produksi hasil pertanian. Oleh karena itu, tim PkM mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada kelompok tani HIPPA I dan II. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dimulai dari koordinasi dengan kelompok tani dan aparat desa Sukoanyar, persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan workshop, serta kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi. Kelompok tani baik HIPPA I dan II sangat proaktif selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung. Indikator keberhasilan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada kelompok tani HIPPA Dewi Ratih I dan II adalah terbentuknya 2 kader perwakilan setiap kelompok tani yaitu Bapak Syukur dan Bapak Suroto, terdapat 2 alat sistem pintu irigasi air berbasis IOT yang sudah terpasang di sistem irigasi air, terlaksananya pelatihan dan workshop dan peningkatan pemahaman kelompok tani HIPPA tentang system IOT. Semua anggota kelompok tani sepakat 100% bahwa penerapan teknologi internet dapat meningkatkan produksi hasil pertanian.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship, social capital, and innovation on the performance of micro-enterprises run by students of STIE-TN Dumai in the digital economy era. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 95 student respondents who own micro-enterprises. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS version 20.0. The results show that entrepreneurship and social capital have a positive and significant effect on business performance. Surprisingly, innovation has a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect micro-business performance, explaining 39.4% of the variance. This finding implies that while entrepreneurship and social capital strengthen student-led businesses, innovation may negatively impact performance if not aligned with market needs or lacking in managerial readiness. Future research is expected to explore other influencing factors, such as digital literacy, access to capital, and institutional support, to strengthen the sustainability of student micro-enterprises in the digital era

Abstract

Model teachers are one way to improve school quality. All components in the learning process in schools, the development of the learning process without the support of the presence of professional teachers, schools will not improve. Determination of an exemplary teacher must be done in every school, especially in SMK Grafika Gadingrejo. The problem is how to determine an exemplary teacher with a variety of factors with which to and diverse criteria. To simplify the assessment process, a decision support system is needed to determine the exemplary teacher with a decision support system with the TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. TOPSIS method is a method with a simple concept that is easy to understand, and can solve multi-criteria problems by calculating the values of existing criteria. Based on the results of these case examples show that the results of jewelry use the same system with manual calculations. The calculation of the Topsis Method will produce an output in the form of ranking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of product quality and customer-perceived value on customer satisfaction at Seroja Pineapple Chips MSMEs in Dumai City. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. A sample of 103 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique from a population of 446 students of STIE Tuah Negeri Dumai with a 10% error rate. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 24. The results showed that product quality and customer perceived value partially and simultaneously have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This finding indicates that increasing product quality and consumer-perceived value can increase customer satisfaction with Seroja pineapple chips
