This study aims to determine the target of the meeting with knowledge, previous assessments, husband’s support, and affordability of services with an increase in injecting family planning acceptors. Method : This type of research is analytic research using cross sectional, participation in this study was 152 acceptors, taking samples using purposive sampling obtained 111 samples of acceptors. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately. Results: Univariate analysis, injecting family planning acceptors with 100 injections (90.09%), and non-injection injections 11 (9.91), knowledge, both 55 people (49.55%), less than 56 people (50.45%), findings Previously, contraception, AMK 54 (57.66%), AP / AK 47 people (42.34%), husband’s support, supporters79 (71.17%), did not support 31 (28.83%), involvement of assistance outreach, easily obtained 43 (38.74%), practical / easy 68 people (61.26%). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge, experience, husband’s support, and service affordability with contraceptive selection where the p value <0.05. Conclusion: there is a relationship of knowledge, experience, husband’s support, and affordability of services in the working area of the district health center of Kabawo, Laimpi district, district of Mawata district, Muna district in 2019.

Abstract

Background: Population is one of the most important indicators in a country. Classical economists, pioneered by Adam Smith, even considered that population was a potential input that could be used as a factor of production to increase the output of a corporate household. The more people there are, the more labor that can be used. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Know The Relationship Of Knowledge And Access To Information With To Know The Relationship Of KB Programs In Suppressing Population Growth Rate In Maginti Village Of Maginti District Of West Muna Regency In 2023 Methods: This study used a descriptive survey research design correlated with the Cross Sectional approach, a sample of 45 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling Results: Based on table 5.4 above, it was obtained that out of 45 respondents, there were 8 (17.8%) respondents who stated that the birth control program was beneficial but the population growth rate was rapid, and there were 25 (55.6%) respondents who stated that the birth control program was beneficial along with evidence that the population growth rate was lagging. While the respondents who stated that the KB program was not beneficial, there were 8 (17.8%) accompanied by a rapid population growth rate, and there were 4 (8.9%) respondents who stated that the KB program was not beneficial, but the population growth rate was delayed. Based on the results of Chi-Square statistical test, it was obtained that the ρ value of 0.009 means that there is a Relationship of KB Programs In Suppressing Population Growth Rate In Maginti Village Of Maginti District Of West Muna Regency In 2023 Conclusion : there is a Relationship between the KB Program in Suppressing the Population Growth Rate In Maginti Village of Maginti District of West Muna Regency in 2023

Abstract

Abstract

Wound healing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) presents a major clinical challenge, particularly due to alterations in body composition such as reduced muscle mass and increased fat mass. This systematic review aimed to synthesize current evidence regarding the impact of body composition on wound healing effectiveness in T2DM patients. Literature was retrieved from PubMed, ProQuest, Wiley Online Library, and Google Scholar, targeting observational and experimental studies published between 2015 and 2025. Keywords included "type 2 diabetes mellitus", "wound healing", "body composition", "sarcopenia", and "obesity". Articles were selected based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Methodological quality was assessed using the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) checklist. A total of seven eligible studies were included and analyzed narratively. The findings from the 4 articles analyzed showed that low muscle mass (sarcopenia) and high fat mass (obesity) were associated with delayed wound healing in T2DM patients. Some studies indicate that patients with better body composition balance, such as higher muscle mass index, experience faster wound healing. Heterogeneity in measurement methods and study populations limits the strength of these conclusions. This review supports the hypothesis that body composition significantly influences wound healing outcomes in T2DM. Muscle mass reduction may impair tissue repair by limiting perfusion and immune responses, while increased fat mass may contribute to chronic inflammation that hinders tissue regeneration. Further longitudinal research with standardized assessments is needed. Interventions that promote muscle mass gain and fat mass control may be essential components in wound management strategies for diabetic patients.

Abstract

Comprehensive sexual education can equip individuals with knowledge about condom use, hygiene of sexual equipment, and other risk reduction strategies. Additionally, understanding the importance of HIV testing and counseling can encourage routine testing behavior, allowing individuals to manage risks and engage in safer sexual practices. Video-based health information outreach activities related to HIV-AIDS prevention were held at SMA Negeri 4 Pangkajene and Islands, using several methods, namely the first stage method of distributing brochures to teenagers about HIV/AIDS education, the second stage, health education related to preventing HIV disease. The third stage is filling out questionnaires to teenagers regarding HIV-AIDS prevention. The results of measuring the knowledge of students at SMA Negeri 4 Pangkep showed that the average level of knowledge before the counseling was carried out was 65.00% good knowledge and 35.00% poor knowledge. Meanwhile, the average level of knowledge after counseling was found to be good knowledge of 98.00%, and poor knowledge of 2.00%. Health education media about HIV/AIDS can increase students' knowledge regarding preventing HIV/AIDS. It is important to increase knowledge about HIV-AIDS and the role of the media in the form of leaflets, videos, television, newspapers and the internet in disseminating information about HIV-AIDS to teenagers, so that stigma and discrimination against PLWHA can be minimized
