Abstract

Desa Cipancar menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan kesehatan, dengan tingkat kesejahteraan ekonomi yang rendah dan prevalensi stunting yang tinggi pada anak-anak. Stunting, akibat malnutrisi kronis, memengaruhi perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak, yang pada akhirnya menghambat pertumbuhan sumber daya manusia dalam jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan pemberdayaan ekonomi dan pendidikan kesehatan diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Pengembangan kewirausahaan lokal merupakan solusi yang menjanjikan, karena dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis masyarakat berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan penduduk desa dan menciptakan stabilitas ekonomi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan tinjauan pustaka. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pejabat desa, wirausahawan lokal, tenaga kesehatan, dan anggota masyarakat terdampak, untuk memahami tantangan dan peluang dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan lokal dan efektivitas program pendidikan stunting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan lokal memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekaligus berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesadaran gizi seimbang dalam rumah tangga. Selain itu, dukungan pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan sangat penting dalam melaksanakan program penanggulangan stunting yang berkelanjutan. Kebijakan, pendanaan, dan dukungan infrastruktur memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan inisiatif ini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan terpadu yang melibatkan pembangunan ekonomi dan pendidikan kesehatan dapat secara efektif mengurangi angka stunting dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Abstrack Cipancar Village faces economic and health challenges, with low economic welfare levels and a high prevalence of stunting among children. Stunting, as a result of chronic malnutrition, affects children's physical and cognitive development, ultimately hindering human resource growth in the long term. Therefore, a holistic approach that integrates economic empowerment and health education is necessary to address this issue. Local entrepreneurship development is a promising solution, as it can create jobs and improve the overall welfare of the community. Community-based economic empowerment significantly impacts increasing village residents' income and creating better economic stability. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, involving interviews, observations, and literature reviews. Data were collected from various stakeholders, including village officials, local entrepreneurs, health workers, and affected community members, to understand the challenges and opportunities in local entrepreneurship development and the effectiveness of stunting education programs. The results indicate that local entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in enhancing community welfare while contributing to greater awareness of balanced nutrition within households. Moreover, government and stakeholder support is essential in implementing sustainable stunting reduction programs. Policies, funding, and infrastructure support play vital roles in the success of this initiative. The study concludes that an integrated approach involving economic development and health education can effectively reduce stunting rates and improve overall community well-being.

Abstract

Study This aiming for describe training and development of human resources human resources at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Main Branch Office Sumedang. This study uses qualitative research methods through in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Main Branch Office Sumedang has implemented human resource training in accordance with the training stages. The methods used in human resource training are on the job training, in class training, e-learning, and out bound. While human resource development is used to develop an employee's career through panel techniques.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of labor maintenance at PT Bank Sinarmas Sumedang Branch, focusing on the methods of welfare, incentives, and work environment. Welfare methods include BPJS programs, self-insurance, annual bonuses, and allowances for gasoline and vehicle servicing. In addition, incentives in the form of money and promotions are given to employees who achieve good performance. A positive and efficient work environment is also a concern, with adequate facilities, work stress management, good communication, and annual outings. This research highlights the importance of implementing workforce maintenance methods in improving employee welfare and motivation, which in turn can improve productivity and work quality.

Abstract

Work communication is the main door for the flow of all ideas, ideas, problems and can even lead to innovation in work efficiency. Then work discipline is an important element in the world of work to maintain stability or a conducive work atmosphere. These two variables certainly have a role in maintaining employee performance in the company. This research method uses quantitative survey research with variables of work communication, work discipline and employee performance. The research location is at PT Asahi Denso Indonesia. Data analysis uses regression testing on variables. The results of research on work communication and work discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work communication has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline actually has a big effect on employee performance.

Abstract

A significant contributor to the expansion of the national economy is the building industry. As a construction business, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk must have good financial management. The EVA technique of financial performance analysis is required to determine if the business can generate economic added value and draw in investors despite the current economic difficulties. By using the EVA technique, this research seeks to ascertain PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk's financial performance over the 2019–2023 timeframe. Utilizing a qualitative approach and secondary data gathered from the company's yearly financial records, this research examines how PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk's financial success is measured using the EVA. NOPAT, IC, WACC, CC, and EVA are the analytical techniques used in this research. The 2019–2023 period saw changes, according to the findings of the Economic Value Added method study. In 2019, the firm created an EVA value > 0, in 2020–2022, it produced an EVA value < 0, and in 2023, it produced an EVA value
