Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan fleksibilitas terhadap tinggi tendangan Dollyo Chagi. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pretest dan posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Atlet Taekwondo Dojang STC (Spensaker Taekwondo Club) sebanyak 20 atlet. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu dan yang memenuhi syarat sebanyak 15 atlet Dojang STC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan fleksibilitas (split) terhadap tinggi tendangan Dollyo Chagi, dapat dilihat dari hasil peningkatan rata-rata pretest maupun posttest. Rata-rata pretest adalah 6,27, kemudian setelah diberikan perlakuan selama 16 pertemuan dengan latihan fleksibilitas (split) terjadi peningkatan yaitu menjadi 7,6 dan hasil uji t-Test menunjukkan nilai Thitung Ttabel atau 10,583 2,144. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan fleksibilitas (split) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tinggi tendangan Dollyo Chagi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk tambahan wawasan dan referensi bagi pelatih maupun atlet dalam mempertimbangkan salah satu faktor keberhasilan dalam melakukan teknik tendangan Dollyo Chagi yang tinggi yaitu dengan latihan fleksibilitas (split) dan latihan ini dapat dimasukkan dalam program latihan di Dojang STC.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the physical condition level of students in the Physical Education Study Program at Hamzanwadi University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The population of this study consists of all students from the 2022 cohort of the Physical Education Study Program, totaling 106 individuals. The sample was determined using simple random sampling, taking a random sample of 15%, which amounts to 16 individuals. The data collection instruments used were flexibility tests (Sit and Reach Test), balance tests (Standing Stork Test), abdominal muscle strength tests (Sit Up and Push Up), strength tests (Standing Long Jump), speed tests (30 m Sprint), agility tests (T-Test), and VO2max endurance tests (Bleep test). Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with percentages. From the research results, it can be concluded that the physical condition of the students in the Physical Education Study Program at Hamzanwadi University can be categorized as "good." The highest percentage of the physical condition level of students from each test item is in the “Very Good” category, which includes the Leg Muscle Explosiveness Test at 100%, the “Good” category for the Agility Test at 62.5%, the “Moderate” category for the Speed Test at 50%, the “Poor” category for the Endurance/Vo2max Test at 62.5%, and the “Very Poor” category for the Static Balance Test at 18.8%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of interactive methods in increasing student activeness in physical education learning. The research method used is descriptive method in the form of written or spoken words from the person observed. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Asy-Syafi'iyah Bendung, the subjects of this research were sports teachers and students of class XI IPA Ma Asy-Syafi'iyah Bendung. There are two sources of data used, namely primary data sources are data directly collected by researchers from statements submitted to sources, namely sports teachers and also students of class XI IPA Ma Asy-Syafi'iyah Bendung in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Secondary data sources are data directly collected by researchers through articles and journals. The results of the research obtained by the researcher that the interactive method is able to make students become more active in the learning process, seen from before and after the provision of game-based interactive methods students become more excited and do not feel bored in the learning process. It can be concluded that student learning outcomes in PE subjects taught using game-based interactive methods can increase student activeness in the PE learning process.
