Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi saat ini, Industri Kimia, terutama produksi resin, telah berkembang menjadi salah satu industri yang sangat penting dan berkembang pesat. Pemilihan rute distribusi yang efisien dan efektif dapat memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi perusahaan dalam meminimalkan biaya transportasi. Penelitian ini di harapkan dapat membantu dalam memecahkan masalah pengiriman di PT XYZ sehingga dapat di ketahui rute atau jalur pengiriman yang efisien dan optimal dengan memaksimalkan kapasitas kendaraan untuk miminimalkan biaya pengiriman. Saving matrix adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan jarak, rute, waktu, atau biaya pengiriman barang dari suatu perusahaan ke pelanggan. Dengan menggunakan metode Saving matrix di harapkan dapat membantu dalam memecahkan masalah pengiriman di PT XYZ sehingga dapat di ketahui rute yang efisien dengan memaksimalkan kendaraan untuk meminimalkan biaya distribusi. Dengan menggunakan metode saving matrix PT XYZ dapat menghemat jarak distribusi sebesar 190,9 km atau 30 % dari rute awal perusahaan dan biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 6.090.452 atau 12,80 % dari biaya distribusi awal perusahaan. Abstract

Pertumbuhan bisnis retail yang semakin pesat menyebabkan persaingan semakin ketat, yang secara tidak langsung mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mengubah strategi serta pola bisnisnya ke arah yang lebih efisien. Balanced Scorecard ialah sistem manajemen kinerja yang membantu organisasi menerjemahkan visi serta strategi mereka ke dalam tindakan konkret dengan mempergunakan berbagai indikator, baik finansial ataupun non-finansial, melalui hubungan sebab-akibat. Ini berfungsi sebagai alat manajemen yang menjaga keseimbangan dalam berbagai aspek, seperti keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran serta pertumbuhan. Dalam konteks studi kinerja PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk, dijalankan evaluasi sejauh mana visi serta misi perusahaan tercermin dalam kinerja unit bisnis retail. Evaluasi ini mempergunakan pendekatan yang menilai keberhasilan yang dicapai melalui strategi yang sudah diimplementasikan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan sudah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik, seperti yang tercermin dari empat perspektif utama dalam Balanced Scorecard, yakni keuangan, pelanggan, bisnis internal, serta pertumbuhan serta perkembangan karyawan. Kata kunci: Balanced Score, Perusahaan Retail ABSTRACT The rapid growth of the retail business causes competition to become increasingly fierce, which indirectly requires companies to change their strategies and business patterns in a more efficient direction. The Balanced Scorecard functions as a performance management framework designed to facilitate the execution of organizational vision and strategy. It achieves this by employing various financial and non-financial metrics interconnected through cause-and-effect relationships. Consequently, the Balanced Scorecard serves as a managerial instrument essential for achieving equilibrium. Its components encompass the Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective, and Learning and Growth Perspective. Therefore, performance measurement is carried out to evaluate the extent to which the company's vision and mission are realized in the performance of the retail business unit, using a method that evaluates the success results achieved through the implementation of predetermined strategies. The findings of this study indicate that PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk has effectively executed its corporate performance evaluation across four dimensions of the balanced scorecard: financial performance, customer satisfaction, internal business processes, and employee growth and development. Abstract

Air Handling Unit (AHU) plays an important role in maintaining air quality in pharmaceutical production areas. At PT. X, recurring AHU failures cause significant downtime and disrupt productivity. This study aims to optimize preventive maintenance scheduling by applying the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. Analysis of critical components is carried out using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to determine the Risk Priority Number (RPN), and time-to-failure (TTF) data is processed using Minitab 21 software. Identified critical components include condenser, blower, compressor, and evaporator. The results show that the lognormal distribution is the most suitable for most components, except for the compressor which follows a Weibull distribution. The optimal preventive maintenance interval is calculated based on MTBF values. Implementing this schedule is expected to reduce downtime and improve AHU reliability. Abstract

The manufacturing industry requires a consistent supply of raw materials to maintain a smooth production process, but inventory control is often a major problem faced by companies. This research focuses on forecasting coal needs at PT X using the time series method as well as proposals for safety stock planning, reorder points, and the application of the optimal Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This study aims to determine the comparison of company calculations with EOQ calculations, determine the results of forecasting the amount of coal usage in the next period using time series, and determine the results of calculating the optimal amount of coal orders using the EOQ method. The most optimal EOQ results are 784 tons per order with a more efficient ordering frequency of up to 12 times. The appropriate ARIMA forecasting model is the ARIMA (1,0,1) model with a total coal usage of 6204 tons. From the forecasting of coal usage, the application of the EOQ method is carried out which results in an order quantity of 452 tons of orders at a frequency of 14 times.

Abstract

Advances in knowledge and technology today have had a significant impact on global competition. So that the problem is formulated, namely how the influence of the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Indonesian Ice Tea franchise industry in Surabaya City and the aim is to find out how the dimensions of service quality taken from the ServQual model affect customer satisfaction. Problem solving uses multiple regression analysis methods to determine some of the effects of service quality dimensions. Data collection uses 70 questionnaires as research data which will be processed using SPSS 27 software. The results obtained after testing show that the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have an effect on customer satisfaction while the tangibles variable has no effect.

Abstract

Nowadays, agricultural development and appropriate agricultural techniques are becoming more and more diverse. Agricultural development can only be achieved through education, and this development must be recognized as an agricultural innovation. The wick hydroponic system, which can be done by anyone, is an agricultural innovation to be introduced. Fourth and fifth grade students attended the activities at SDN Tambakrejo 2. Exposure, practice, and questions used. Students were asked to plant and care for hydroponic plants such as pakcoy, green salad, caisim, and green salads. Questions and answers show the interest and enthusiasm of students in agriculture.
