Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji upaya perlindungan dan pemajuan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di tingkat nasional dan internasional. Fokus utama adalah pada instrumen hukum dan lembaga yang berperan dalam perlindungan HAM, peran pemerintah Indonesia, serta tantangan dan strategi dalam mewujudkan pemenuhan HAM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya perlindungan HAM dilakukan melalui regulasi, pembentukan lembaga khusus, edukasi, dan penegakan hukum. Instrumen hukum seperti UUD 1945, UU HAM, dan instrumen internasional menjadi landasan penting, sementara lembaga seperti Komnas HAM dan Pengadilan HAM menjadi pengawas pelaksanaannya. Pemerintah Indonesia telah meratifikasi instrumen HAM internasional dan mengimplementasikannya dalam hukum nasional. Namun, tantangan seperti pelanggaran HAM, kemiskinan, konflik, dan degradasi lingkungan masih harus diatasi melalui strategi yang komprehensif, melibatkan kerjasama berbagai pihak secara global. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya koordinasi antara lembaga pemerintah dan non-pemerintah, ketersediaan sumber daya, dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan perlindungan HAM yang efektif.

Abstract

Kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam operasi sebuah pesawat terbang tanpa awak (drone) merupakan elemen yang sangat penting dalam sistem penerbangannya. Untuk mencapai kondisi ini, diperlukan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai beberapa parameter, seperti nilai batas maksimum beban, stress, Strain, Displacement dan Safety factor pada material yang digunakan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kekuatan material plastik dan alumunium yang sesuai untuk drone quadcopter dan menganalisis ketangguhan material rangka drone quapcopter menggunakan Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Tahapan analisis dimulai dengan persiapan simulasi menggunakan FEA. Model rangka drone 2D dan 3D dibuat dengan software Solidworks, diikuti oleh pemilihan material (Aluminium Alloy 2018 dan Plastik PA tipe 6) yang melibatkan karakteristik dari rangka drone. Proses pre-processing mencakup pemodelan geometri, pemilihan material, pemilihan elemen, dan pembuatan mesh. Proses processing FEA mencakup penentuan kondisi batas, penyelesaian persamaan, dan analisis hasil. Jenis kekuatan frame yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah model fixed geometri. langkah selanjutnya dilakukan analisa tegangan von mises, stress, Strain, displacement dan Safety factor pada 2 variasi beban yaitu 1 kg, dan 3 kg. Hasil penelitian ini pada material Alloy 2018 tegangan maksimum pada pembebanan 1 kg adalah 1.294,695 N/m2 , sedangkan pada pembebanan 3 kg adalah 1.690.748 N/m2. Material Plastic PA-type 6 tegangan maksimum pada pembebanan 1 kg adalah 1.294.027 N/m2, sedangkan pada pembebanan 3 kg adalah 3.882.082 N/m2. Tegangan minimum untuk kedua material adalah 0 N/m2 pada semua pembebanan. Displacement (Perpindahan) material Alloy 2018: Perpindahan maksimum pada pembebanan 1 kg adalah 0.019 0.025 mm, sedangkan pada pembebanan 3 kg adalah mm. Material Plastic PA-type 6 Perpindahan maksimum pada pembebanan 1 kg adalah 0.532 mm, sedangkan pada pembebanan 3 kg adalah 1.595mm. Perpindahan minimum untuk kedua material adalah 0.000 mm pada semua pembebanan. Strain material Alloy 2018 Strain maksimum pada pembebanan 1 kg adalah 0.000011, sedangkan pada pembebanan 3 kg adalah 0.000014. Material Plastic PA-type 6 Strain maksimum pada pembebanan 1 kg adalah 0.000303, sedangkan pada pembebanan 3 kg adalah max 0.000908. Strain minimum untuk kedua material adalah 0.000000 untuk semua pembebanan. Safety factor (Faktor Keamanan) material alumunium alloy 2018 memiliki nilai Safety factor 6.797.097 N/m2 pada pembebanan 1kg dan 8.876,430 N/m2 pada pembebanan 3kg. Untuk material plastik PA-type 6 memiliki nilai Safety factor 6.793,641 N/m2 pada pembebanan 1kg dan 20.380.983 N/m2 untuk pembabanan 3kg. Abstract

This study examines how Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMP Pesantren Pembangunan Muhammadiyah Tana Toraja improve students' congregational prayer discipline. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with PAI teachers and students in grades VII-IX, and analysis of school religious activity documents. The research findings identified several effective strategies. First, a consistent persuasive approach in providing advice, emphasizing the importance of congregational prayer as a main pillar of Islam and building students' spiritual awareness. Advice is delivered wisely, considering the age and understanding of students. Second, the routine integration of religious activities, such as tadarus Al-Qur'an and congregational prayer, into the school schedule. This creates an environment that supports and encourages active participation in congregational prayer. Third, the role model of PAI teachers in carrying out worship, including congregational prayer, is a key factor in shaping student behavior. This role model has a significant positive influence. Fourth, structured supervision, through recording attendance and direct monitoring, is not only for sanctions, but as a corrective and coaching effort. An educative and dialogical approach is applied, so that students feel appreciated and guided. In conclusion, the combination of strategies has proven effective in improving students' congregational prayer discipline, as seen from the increase in their motivation, behavior, and spiritual awareness. This study recommends the implementation of this strategy in other schools as a best practice.

Abstract

Globalisasi menuntut siswa sekolah dasar memiliki perspektif global sejak dini tanpa kehilangan identitas budaya lokal. Pembelajaran kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning/CTL) menjadi pendekatan yang relevan karena menghubungkan materi pembelajaran dengan pengalaman nyata murid. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan implementasi pembelajaran kontekstual dalam menumbuhkan pemahaman siswa terhadap isu-isu global di sekolah dasar. Metode yang dipakai ialah kualitatif deskriptif lewat kajian pustaka. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwasanya pembelajaran kontekstual mampu membantu siswa memahami isu global melalui keterhubungan konteks lokal dan global, penghargaan terhadap keberagaman budaya, serta penanaman nilai etika sosial dan kemanusiaan. Pembelajaran ini dilaksanakan melalui integrasi lintas mata pelajaran, penggunaan media kontekstual, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan penilaian autentik. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran kontekstual berperan penting dalam membentuk siswa yang berwawasan global dan berkarakter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of expository learning strategies in improving the ability of maharah al-istima' (Arabic listening skills) of grade VII.10 students at MTsN 2 Makassar and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation. The research used the Kemmis and McTaggart model Class Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles with 36 students. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and learning outcome tests. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' listening skills. The average value increased from 42.80% in the pre-cycle to 65.75% in the first cycle and reached 84.25% in the second cycle. The percentage of learning completeness also increased from 22.22% to 86.11%. Qualitatively, students show more active participation, increased confidence, and better understanding of oral texts. The application of expository strategies is considered to be able to create an interactive learning atmosphere and facilitate the understanding of vocabulary and sentence structure. Based on these results, expository learning strategies have proven to be effective in improving students' maharah al-istima' and can be used as an alternative method of learning Arabic at the madrasah level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school culture in shaping the character of fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Moncongloe, Gowa Regency, and to identify the obstacles in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that school culture plays an important role in character building through the habituation of positive values, teacher role modeling, and the consistent implementation of school norms and traditions. The character values developed include religiosity, discipline, responsibility, nationalism, and social awareness. However, several obstacles were identified, such as inconsistent implementation of school culture, differences in teachers’ understanding, limited time management, diverse student backgrounds, and limited parental involvement. Overall, school culture is an effective strategy for supporting character development when implemented consistently and supported by all members of the school community and families.

Abstract

The history of Islamic culture has a function, namely to enrich knowledge so that it can be useful for the continuation of education that will be undertaken by students, to make Muslims better individuals, and to support the development of Islam. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the research procedure approach of cycle I and cycle II. The key instruments of this research are SKI teachers and students of class XI IPS at MAS Gewayantana, East Solor Sub-district, East Flores Regency by using observation, interview, test, and documentation guidelines. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that; (1) The learning process in class XI IPS MAS Gewayantana East Solor District, East Flores Regency in the subject of Islamic Cultural History using the Cooperative Script learning model with group method learning strategies and student presentation schemes explaining to classmates has improved, both in terms of learning and learning outcomes. Thus, this learning activity ended in cycle II. (2) Pre-cycle in this study, the learning outcomes of students were classified as not reaching the average learning completeness (KKM) determined by the subject teacher, namely there were only 25.81% who reached the completeness of the scores of 31 students. In cycle I conducted by researchers, student learning outcomes increased to 48.38%. This was achieved in the implementation of cycle II carried out by researchers and achieved a very good increase, namely reaching 87.10% of students had achieved an increase in learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the project method in learning Arts and Culture, especially fine arts material, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation for fourth-grade students of MIS Tarbiyah Samasoge, East Flores Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the project method plays a positive role in improving student learning outcomes. This is indicated by increased activeness, creativity, cooperation, responsibility, and the ability to complete project assignments. Students also find it easier to understand the material because they are directly involved in practical activities. In addition, the project method is able to increase interest and motivation in learning as seen from student enthusiasm during learning. Supporting factors include the active role of teachers, the availability of learning media, and student cooperation. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited time, facilities and infrastructure, and differences in student abilities. Thus, the project method makes a positive contribution to learning outcomes in Arts and Culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies of Akidah Akhlak teachers in developing students' religious character and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by teachers at MI Al-Ikhlas Buntu Podong, Enrekang Regency. The researchers used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis techniques including word reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that teacher strategies are implemented through habituation of religious activities, role models, advice, and direct guidance. These strategies are able to increase students' awareness of worship, politeness, and discipline. Supporting factors include the active role of teachers, student motivation, and a conducive environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited infrastructure, particularly ablution facilities, and differences in student character. Thus, teacher strategies play a crucial role in shaping students' religious character and need to be supported by adequate facilities and an environment.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine narrative writing skills before and after using the mind mapping method, and to determine the method's effect on the writing skills of fifth-grade students at Makassar National Elementary School. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest. The sample size was 20 students. Data collection used writing tests before (pretest) and after (posttest) the implementation of the mind mapping method. The results showed that narrative writing skills before using the mind mapping method were in the less skilled category with an average score of 51. After using the mind mapping method, writing skills improved to the skilled category with average scores of 80 and 85. The results of the hypothesis test from the results of the pre-test and post-test data analysis using the T-Test with an Asymp.Sig (2 tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of the use of the mind mapping method on students' narrative text writing skills.
