Abstract

The Mutiara farmer group's Guseta products are flagship products in the Jorong Talaweh, Nagari Labuah Gunuang, Lareh Sago Halaban Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota District. Guseta products include fresh sap, round-shaped palm sugar, block-shaped palm sugar, liquid palm sugar, and ant sugar. However, in the current era of digitization, Guseta products have not yet utilized digital marketing as an effective and efficient marketing channel through online stores as a marketplace. Therefore, the Payakumbuh State Polytechnic assists in creating a digital marketing system, providing guidance on the implementation of digital marketing for Guseta shop, content creation, routine guidance on digital marketing implementation to make the community more familiar with the products and benefits of Guseta palm sugar. Additionally, assistance is provided in creating more attractive packaging label designs. Through the Guseta shop's digital marketing system, it is hoped to enhance the marketing of Mutiara farmer group's palm sugar industry in Labuah Gunuang, Lima Puluh Kota District.ABSTRAKProduk guseta kelompok tani mutiara adalah produk unggulan di Jorong Talaweh Nagari Labuah Gunuang Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Produk guseta terdiri dari nira fresh, gula aren cetak bulat, gula aren cetak balok, gula aren cair, dan gula semut. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha khususnya Kelompok Tani Mutiara adalah belum efektif dan efisien dalam pemanfaatan pemasaran secara digital melalui toko online sebagai market place. Oleh karena itu, Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh membantu pembuatan sistem digital marketing, pendampingan penerapan digital marketing guseta shop dan pembuatan konten. Selain itu melakukan pendampingan rutin penerapan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan brand awareness guseta kepada masyarakat luas serta pendampingan pembuatan desain label kemasan yang lebih menarik. Melalui kegiatan ini kelompok tani Mutiara sudah memiliki sistem digital marketing berupa toko online dan platform digital marketing yang dapat digunakan sebagai tempat untuk mempromosikan produk guseta sehingga memperluas cakupan wilayah promosi dan membantu meningkatkan penjualan produk.

Abstract

The study aims examine the effec of Job training and employee development on work productivity, with motivation as an intervening variable, using primary data obtained by disseminating questionnaires to 60 employees as respondents at PT. United Tractors Tbk Cabang Padang. In this study, we used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool using Partial Least Squares (PLS).The results of the research show that, There is a positive and significant influence between Job Training on Motivation at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and non-significant influence between Employee Development at Motivation at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and significant influence between Job Training at Employee Productivity at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and significant influence between Employee Development at Work Productivity at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and non-significant influence between Motivation on Work Productivity at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and non-significant effect of Job Training on Work Productivity through Motivation at PT. United Tractor and There is a positive and non-significant influence between Employee Development on Work Productivity through Motivation at United Tractors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of production factors on coffee farm outputs in Pantai Cermin District, Solok Regency. The analytical method employed is a multiple linear regression approach. The independent variables analyzed include labor, land area, and fertilizer usage. The results show that labor has an elasticity of 0.606, indicating that a 1% increase in labor will increase production by 0.606%. Land area has an elasticity of 0.79, meaning a 1% increase in land area will result in approximately a 0.79% increase in production. Meanwhile, fertilizer has a very low elasticity of 0.013, suggesting that changes in fertilizer usage have an insignificant effect on coffee yield. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.85 indicates that 85% of the variation in coffee production can be explained jointly by these three variables. These findings suggest that increasing coffee production can be more effectively achieved by optimizing labor utilization and expanding cultivated land. This study provides valuable insights for farmers and stakeholders in formulating strategies to enhance the productivity and efficiency of coffee farming.

Abstract

Cocoa is one of the many plantation crops cultivated by people in the Subarang Air. Previously, this commodity was quite a trend to be planted by the community. However, it seems that this commodity is not being managed more seriously, so that many smallholder cocoa plantations and plants are no longer producing optimally. Devotion is necessary to provide enlightenment and understanding to women farmer groups in Subarang Air through increasing the capacity of farming communities in managing smallholder plantations. This activity aims to increase the capacity of farmers so that they can increase their insight and knowledge and environmentally friendly agricultural systems for the community so that their land productivity remains high and can be used continuously without causing damage to the land. The methods used in this activity are training and practice. The results obtained from this activity are that farmers are able to participate in every activity carried out and are able to apply knowledge. Keywords: cocoa, Kelompok Tani Wanita, development

Abstract

Cocoa is a plantation crop that is widely cultivated by the community in the Tarantang district, Harau District, both in the form of "parak/fields" and as a plant planted in the shells of residents' homes. However, lately it seems that this commodity is not being managed more seriously, so that many smallholder cocoa plantations and plants are no longer producing optimally. This is due to the general public's lack of knowledge on how to properly cultivate cocoa so that production and quality can be increased. This community service activity aims to motivate and increase the capacity of farmers (farmer groups) so that they can increase their insight and knowledge so that in the future they can help increase the productivity of their farming businesses through the application of good and sustainable crop cultivation techniques while maintaining local wisdom, and returning enthusiasm farmers so that they are interested again in managing their cocoa plants seriously and making cocoa plants a promising crop to increase the economy and people's income through counseling and demonstration activities on cocoa cultivation. The activities carried out included lectures and discussions, handing over superior cocoa seedlings, practicing how to transfer or planting cocoa seedlings to the field, and practicing how to care for cocoa plants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran, farmer’s share, dan efisiensi pemasaran komoditas kopi di Kecamatan Pantai Cermin, Kabupaten Solok. Metode penelitian melibatkan 30 responden yang dipilih secara acak sederhana dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung serta data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran pemasaran kopi di Kecamatan Pantai Cermin masih sederhana, melibatkan petani, pedagang pengumpul, dan pedagang besar. Margin pemasaran tercatat sebesar Rp 12.000/kg dengan farmer’s share hanya 32%, menunjukkan ketimpangan distribusi keuntungan dalam rantai pasokan. Efisiensi pemasaran yang rendah (32%) mengindikasikan masih tingginya biaya tambahan dalam proses distribusi. Rendahnya efisiensi dipengaruhi oleh panjangnya rantai distribusi, rendahnya mutu kopi, dan posisi tawar petani yang lemah. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran dan kesejahteraan petani, disarankan penggunaan teknologi digital, perbaikan kualitas kopi, serta pengembangan kebijakan pemasaran yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perbaikan sistem pemasaran untuk menciptakan pembagian keuntungan yang lebih adil bagi petani kopi di wilayah ini.

Abstract

Abstract: Robusta coffee is a leading commodity in Lima Puluh Kota Regency and is highly sought after by the public. However, farmers still sell more cherry coffee than green beans. The purpose of this study was to describe the problems faced by coffee farmers in Situjuah Limo Nagari District, who sell more cherry coffee than green beans, and to design a marketing strategy for green beans in Situjuah Limo Nagari District. This research was conducted from July to October 2025 in Situjuah Limo Nagari District. The location was chosen because there are farmers selling green beans or cherry coffee in Situjuah Limo Nagari District. The research sample was purposive, selecting coffee farmers selling green beans or cherry coffee. The analysis used descriptive qualitative methods involving robusta coffee farmers and the local government. The results of the study indicate a marketing strategy for developing robusta green beans, starting from the upstream stage (good cultivation practices), coffee processing machines, the need for local government support for expanding the marketing of robusta green beans, and digital marketing through social media and online stores.Keyword: robusta coffee; marketing; green beans.Abstrak: kopi robusta menjadi komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dan banyak diminati masyarakat. Akan tetapi, petani masih banyak menjual kopi ceri dibandingkan kopi green bean. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan permasalahan petani kopi Kecamatan Situjuah Limo Nagari yang lebih banyak menjual kopi ceri dibandingkan kopi green bean dan merancang pengembangan pemasaran kopi green bean di Kecamatan Situjuah Limo Nagari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Juli-Oktober 2025 di Kecamatan Situjuah Limo Nagari. Penentuan lokasi karena Kecamatan Situjuah Limo Nagari ada petani yang menjual kopi green bean atau ceri. Penentuan sampel penelitian dengan purposive yaitu petani kopi yang menjual kopi green bean atau ceri. Analisis yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif melibatkan petani kopi robusta dan pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perancangan pengembangan pemasaran kopi robusta green bean dengan yang dimulai dari hulu (cara budidaya yang baik), mesin pengolah kopi, perlunya dukungan pemerintah daerah untuk perluasan pemasaran kopi robusta green bean hingga pemasaran secara digital melalui media sosial dan toko online.Kata kunci: kopi robusta; pemasaran; green bean.
