Abstract

In a world increasingly concerned with environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility, the relationshiop between water disclosure, social entrepreneursip, and the cultivation of the entrepreneurship ecosystem emerges as a critical nexus. Water is the essensial need for human life and business life. Entrepreneurial concern for these issues also influences access to financing and market. These problems have received much attention from researcher, but there has been no attempt to synthesize the results. This research aim to explores and synthesize the literature related water disclosure and social entrepreneurship in the entrepreurship ecosystem. The analysis was based on Scopus database in the last decade and PRISMA protocol and VOSViewer was used. This study performs co-occurrence and co-authorship analysis. Social entrepreneurship, sustainability, innovation, water disclosure, and strategy are some of the frequently emerging variables. The results of network analysis show that social entrepreneurship and water disclosure are linked by variable stakeholder, economic and social effect, and sustainable development. It highlights that water disclosure and social entrepreneurship is a mandate of the stakeholders and its implication is that the entrepreneurial ecosystem has moved towards sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial behavior as components of financial literacy in influencing the improvement of financial well-being of economics education students. Through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale, this study collected data from 342 economics education students as a research sample determined based on proportional random sampling at three state universities in Central Java. The results of descriptive analysis show that financial knowledge, financial behavior, and financial attitudes are classified in the good category, while financial well-being is in the moderate category. Structural Equaition Modeling (SEM) analysis shows 26% Financial well-being is influenced by financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior. The results of hypothesis testing of the three variables have a significant positive effect on financial well-being.

Abstract

Stock market financing access plays an important role in sustainable business resilience and financial performance. In the Covid-19 pandemic, the banking sector has the potential to bear high equity costs commensurate with the risk. Impression management as a corporate communication strategy can maintain shareholder perception of corporate risk. The study aims to examine the effect of impression management in moderating the relationship between financial performance and cost of equity. The study consists of 228 bank-year observations on the Southeast Asian stock exchanges for 2020-2022. Data was obtained from the Annual Report, Integrated Report, and Form 56-1 One Report. This study examines separate companies that use one-tier and two-tier board systems. The findings indicate that improvements in financial performance had a negative impact on equity costs in Indonesia but a positive impact in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. ROA and ROE only had a beneficial influence on Indonesia. The independent Board’s relationship to the cost of equity was not demonstrated. This study supports the idea that impression management improves the relationship between pandemic-related changes in financial performance and the cost of equity. The practical implications are that companies with negative changes in performance that also have proper impression management can attract investors with lower equity costs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran gizi dan hidrasi dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet futsal di SMAN 1 Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap 10 atlet futsal, pelatih, dan guru penjas. Data dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar atlet belum memiliki pola gizi dan hidrasi yang optimal. Sebanyak 70% atlet masih mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji dan makanan tinggi karbohidrat sederhana, sementara hanya 30% yang menerapkan pola makan gizi seimbang. Dari segi hidrasi, sebagian besar atlet hanya minum ketika merasa haus dengan rata-rata asupan 500–800 ml per sesi latihan, di bawah anjuran 1,5–2 liter. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan kelelahan dini, penurunan fokus, dan risiko cedera. Atlet yang menerapkan pola gizi dan hidrasi yang baik menunjukkan performa yang lebih stabil, daya tahan tubuh yang lebih baik, dan pemulihan yang lebih cepat. Oleh karena itu, manajemen nutrisi dan hidrasi yang tepat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan performa dan kebugaran atlet futsal. Pendidikan nutrisi dan hidrasi perlu diterapkan dalam pengembangan atlet di tingkat sekolah.

Abstract

Aktivitas fisik yang teratur berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kebugaran tubuh dan menjaga kesehatan kardiovaskular, terutama bagi mahasiswa ilmu olahraga yang dituntut untuk menjaga kondisi fisik yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas fisik teratur terhadap peningkatan kebugaran dan kesehatan kardiovaskular mahasiswa ilmu olahraga tahun 2025 menggunakan parameter Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI), khususnya item lari 60 meter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa ilmu olahraga putra yang mengikuti program aktivitas fisik teratur selama periode tertentu. Data diperoleh melalui pengukuran lari 60 meter, serta mengamati perubahan detak jantung istirahat sebagai indikator kesehatan kardiovaskular. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecepatan lari 60 meter yang signifikan dan penurunan denyut jantung istirahat setelah penerapan program aktivitas fisik teratur. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan fisik yang konsisten dapat meningkatkan kapasitas jantung dan paru-paru, meningkatkan efisiensi otot, dan memperkuat sistem kardiovaskular secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, aktivitas fisik teratur terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kebugaran tubuh dan kesehatan kardiovaskular pelajar.

Abstract

Physical fitness and body composition are important indicators in determining a person's physical condition, especially Sports Science students who are required to have optimal performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical fitness level as measured through VO₂Max and Body Mass Index (BMI) of students of the Sports Science Study Program, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. The research method uses a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of 60 active students of the 2021–2023 class selected through purposive sampling. VO₂Max data is collected through the 12-minute Cooper Test, while BMI is calculated based on the formula of body weight (kg) divided by height squared (m²). The results showed a significant negative relationship between VO₂Max and BMI (r = –0.613; p < 0.05), which means that the higher the BMI, the lower the level of physical fitness. These findings reinforce the theory that body composition has an effect on a person's aerobic capacity. In conclusion, college students with a normal BMI tend to have a better VO₂Max than those who are overweight. This study recommends that students maintain an active lifestyle and balanced nutrition to support optimal physical fitness.

Abstract

Sports injuries are a common problem experienced by athletes due to a lack of proper warm-up and cool-down practices before and after exercise. Warming up increases body temperature, muscle flexibility, and nervous system readiness, while cooling down helps gradually lower heart rate and reduce lactic acid buildup. Both play a crucial role in maintaining physical fitness and preventing injury during sports activities. Based on this background, this study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of proper warm-up and cool-down practices in preventing sports injuries in BA Pakuan Karawang athletes. This study used a qualitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 20 female volleyball athletes as a sample. Data were obtained through questionnaires administered before and after the four-week training program. Descriptive analysis was conducted to examine changes in behavior and injury complaints before and after the intervention. The results showed a 19.8% increase in positive athlete behavior and a 42.8% decrease in injury complaints after the implementation of a structured warm-up and cool-down. These findings indicate that both training stages significantly influence injury prevention and increase athletes' physical fitness. These results align with previous research confirming that consistent warm-up and cool-down practices can improve neuromuscular performance and accelerate recovery after exercise. Thus, coaches and sports institutions are advised to make warm-ups and cool-downs a routine part of every training session to minimize the risk of injury and support optimal athlete performance.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) is an essential part of the education system, focusing not only on students' physical growth but also on shaping their character values. Students gain hands-on experience that fosters positive attitudes such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, honesty, and sportsmanship through various games, sports, and physical activities. PJOK learning enables students to interact socially, appreciate differences, and learn to persevere when faced with difficulties. Furthermore, PJOK enhances emotional skills such as self-control and respect for rules. This includes enhancing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor self-confidence. PJOK also helps build emotional skills such as self-control, respect for rules, and self-confidence. Therefore, PJOK not only helps improve motor skills and physical fitness but also helps build a balanced character across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. This aligns with the national education goal of creating a healthy, competitive generation with noble qualities that benefit society, the nation, and the state.
