Abstract

This research discusses about the power-knowledge mechanism in intervening in community behavior in order to reduce stunting rates in the coastal communities of Kuranji, West Lombok. The Kuranji coastal area of West Lombok has fish resources that can be accessed easily. However, there are still people who experience stunting. The purpose of this study is to analyze knowledge power intervention on the risk of stunting in the community of Kuranji community of West Lombok. The analysis uses the theoretical concepts put forward by Michel Foucault about the power of knowledge. This research uses qualitative research method, case study approach. While data collection data collection focuses on in-depth interviews, observation. The data obtained was analyzed through the stages of condensation, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate the existence of a knowledge power intervention knowledge power intervention on stunting cases in the community on the Kuranji coastline which is divided into into two, namely: sensitive interventions and specific interventions carried out from upstream to downstream from upstream to downstream. The form of the mechanism is implementation based on government regulations carried out starting from the grassroots, namely cadres cadres: i) conducting routine posyandu on pregnant women, infants, toddlers, postpartum mothers; ii) accompanying the postpartum mothers; ii) assisting adolescent and elderly posyandu, iii) providing voluntary counseling to adolescents, elderly counseling voluntarily to adolescents, the elderly, pregnant women, postpartum women; iv) providing supplementary food and modeling in providing.

Abstract

This study examined short-term anthropometric changes associated with locally based supplementary feeding among stunted children aged 6–59 months at Meninting Health Center, West Lombok. The feeding package consisted of mung bean porridge (100 g), egg biscuits (50 g), and sweet potato bars (50 g), providing approximately 350–450 kcal and 12–16 g protein per child per day. Using a one-group pretest-posttest design, 50 stunted children underwent anthropometric assessment at baseline, week 4, and week 8, with weekly monitoring of body weight and body height. Primary outcomes were weight, height, weight-for-age z-score (WAZ), height-for-age z-score (HAZ), and weight-for-height z-score (WHZ). Adherence was high, with 90.0% of participants consuming at least 80% of the planned feeding days. Body weight increased significantly at week 4 (mean difference = 0.15 kg, 95% CI [0.10, 0.20], p < .001) and week 8 (mean difference = 0.48 kg, 95% CI [0.39, 0.56], p < .001). WHZ improved significantly at week 4 (mean difference = 0.08, 95% CI [0.01, 0.15], p = .022) and week 8 (mean difference = 0.29, 95% CI [0.18, 0.40], p < .001), whereas WAZ improved significantly only at week 8 (mean difference = 0.23, 95% CI [0.16, 0.31], p < .001). HAZ did not show a statistically significant change during follow-up. These findings suggest that locally based supplementary feeding was associated with short-term improvement in weight-related anthropometric outcomes, while improvement in linear growth was limited during the observation period. The high adherence observed in this study also supports the feasibility of delivering locally based supplementary feeding through routine community health services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the acceleration of digital healthcare transformation and the mandatory implementation of Electronic Medical Records (ERM). However, ERM compliance at the NTB Provincial Hospital has not yet reached the target. An internal evaluation in 2024 showed a 75% compliance rate of 24 hours. This lack of perfection has implications for the completeness and strictness of time documentation and has led to delays in claim verification due to incomplete data, which can reduce revenue and the provision of service facilities in various outpatient units. This study aims to analyze the influence of seven factors: individual, organizational, technological, performance expectations, ease of use expectations, social environment, and facility conditions on ERM compliance in the outpatient unit. The method used was a quantitative cross-sectional design in 2025, involving 145 respondents from a population of 227 ERM users. Data were collected through a HOT-FIT and UTAUT indicator-based questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. Data were then analyzed using univariate, bivariate (Chi-Square), and multivariate logistic regression (α0.05). Univariate results showed that the majority of respondents were consistently compliant (56.6%), with individual factors categorized as high at 51.0% and facility conditions as sufficiently available/available at 76.6%. Bivariate analysis revealed that all variables were significantly associated with compliance (p0.001). However, multivariate analysis revealed that only individual factors (p=0.006) and facility conditions (p0.001) had a partial effect, with facility conditions being the most dominant determinant. Keywords: Compliance, Electronic Medical Records, Outpatient Facilities.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh percepatan transformasi digital layanan kesehatan dan kewajiban penerapan Elektronik Rekam Medis (ERM), namun kepatuhan pengisian ERM di RSUD Provinsi NTB belum mencapai target. Evaluasi internal tahun 2024 menunjukkan kepatuhan pengisian 24 jam sebesar 75%.
