Abstract

The dynamics of the real business economy in Indonesia shows a very rapid growth so that it will trigger the development of the lifestyle and spending patterns of the people (consumers) who have higher expectations, more needs, and a better and more consistent quality of life. The problem faced is that high income customers show patterns of expenditure and fluctuations, often miss the financial planning that has been made. This study aims to prove the effect of shopping life style and fashion involment on Behevior's impulse buying behavior in the Makassar High Income community. This study uses a sample who lives in urban communities, has their own income, has an expenditure of approximately 2,500,000, has shopped at M-Tos, Mall Panakukang, MTC, GTC, and Karebosi Link. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, which will make it easier to see the effect of shopping life style and fashion involment on Behevior's impulse buying behavior in the Makassar High Income community who will be tested. The resulting output scientific journals.

Abstract

Data shows that many MSMEs in Indonesia are managed by women, which creates economic opportunities and improves families' living standards.  The digital era is a business opportunity for entrepreneurs to take advantage of.  One of the goals of this service activity is to strengthen the role of women in the economy by providing the tools and knowledge needed to be successful in the business world.  The method used is in the form of Participation Action Research (PAR), with a participatory approach, then implemented into an action, education, presentation model and discussion/question and answer.  The results of the service activities show that there are already 2 cadres who have succeeded in starting a business and this has become a motivation for the others Post test and pre test results data on interest in entrepreneurship showed a significant increase in interest from 22.7% to 81.8% and post test and pre test results on knowledge also increased from 45.5% to 77.3%.  Conclusion: digital-based management education for MSMEs managed by women is very important and needs attention because the community, especially women, especially posyandu cadres in Parang Tambung  Village, are very interested in entrepreneurship but still lack skills in using digital technology or social media as a platform for marketing and promoting products.   Therefore, the cadres remain enthusiastic to help and motivate their members so they can take business opportunities to improve family welfare.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sebagian besar wanita usia subur di desa ini tidak bekerja dan hanya menjadi ibu rumah tangga. Sayangnya, pelayanan posyandu yang seharusnya berlangsung sebulan sekali hanya dapat terlaksana dua bulan sekali karena kurangnya informasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi, pelayanan kesehatan serta fasilitas yang tidak optimal. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kemandirian kesehatan reproduksi kepada ibu hamil, meningkatkan pengetahuan, praktik perawatan kesehatan. Metode Ceramah, Interaksi tanya jawab serta demontrasi. Peserta 22 orang yaitu 15 orang ibu hamil dan 7 orang bidan dan kader. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan 20 pertanyaan yang melalui pretest dan posttest sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Pada hasil Kegiatan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mitra akan kesehatan reproduksi dan pengelolaan tabulin dengan hasil pretest sebesar 17,5% dan postest sebesar 86,7%. Kegiatan ini memberikan harapan baru bagi kesehatan ibu dan anak, mendorong partisipasi aktif ibu hamil dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi, persiapan pemeliharaan tabungan ibu hamil, dan diharapkan dapat memperkuat ikatan antara bidan, kader, dan ibu hamil dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan berkelanjutan.Abstract: Most women of childbearing age in this village do not work and are only housewives. Unfortunately, posyandu services which should take place once a month can only be carried out once every two months due to a lack of information regarding reproductive health, health services and facilities that are not optimal. The aim of this service is to provide reproductive health education and independence training to pregnant women, increase knowledge and health care practices. Lecture method, question and answer interaction and demonstration. There were 22 participants, namely 15 pregnant women and 7 midwives and cadres. Evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire with 20 questions through pretest and posttest before and after counseling. In the results of the activity, there was an increase in partners' knowledge of reproductive health and tabulin management with pretest results of 17.5% and posttest of 86.7%. This activity provides new hope for maternal and child health, encourages active participation of pregnant women in maintaining reproductive health, preparation for maintaining savings for pregnant women, and is expected to strengthen ties between midwives, cadres and pregnant women in providing sustainable health services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan potensi kelapa sawit dan nilai ekonominya yang akan terkena dampak perluasan pembangunan Kota Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah, dan menganalisis prospek pengembangan wilayah bagi pengembangan kota Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi yaitu melakukan kunjungan lapangan untuk melihat secara langsung kondisi kawasan perkebunan kelapa sawit dan kondisi Kota Mamuju Tengah serta menelusuri lokasi perkebunan kelapa sawit di jalan utama pintu gerbang Kecamatan Budong-Budong. sejauh 40 km menuju pintu keluar Kecamatan Topoyo Kota Mamuju. Tengah. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer yang berkaitan dengan data kelapa sawit dan tanaman lainnya dalam rencana pembangunan kota. Kemudian dilakukan wawancara terhadap 35 keluarga petani plasma dan pengelola kelapa sawit yaitu PT. Grup Astra, PT. Triniti, dan PT. WKSM dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi kelapa sawit yang terdapat pada rencana lokasi pengembangan Kota Mamuju Tengah sebanyak 147.145 pohon dengan potensi nilai ekonomi sebesar Rp 2.629.793.097,- dan prospek pengembangan Kota Mamuju Tengah baik secara fisik lahan. pembiayaan sosial budaya masyarakat dan pembangunan.

Abstract

In the digital era, digital literacy is a very important skill for students, especially in supporting entrepreneurial activities. The spirit of independence is also important which encourages students to take risks and start their own business. This study explores how digital literacy skills and a self-reliant mindset affect students drive to become entrepreneurs.  This quantitative study uses a survey and multiple regression analysis to examine how two independent variables influence the dependent variable. The results of the study based on multiple regression analysis table significance value of digital literacy (X1) of 0.026 <0.05 and the significance value of the spirit of independence (X2) of 0.037 <0.05. The conclusion that digital literacy and the spirit of independence significantly affect student entrepreneurship motivation. The implications of the study indicate the importance of developing digital literacy and the spirit of independence in educational programs to increase entrepreneurial motivation.
