Abstract

Study done with aim for know: (1) Application principal management finance village in stages cycle management finance village; (2) How to upgrade transparency and accountability management finance village (3) Top audit perspective principal management finance village in the District Awangpone Bone County. Implementation study in the process using primary data, namely the data obtained live from Government Bone District on Service Empowerment Public and Village; Government Subdistrict Awangpone, Government The village in question, Chief and member Body deliberative Village, community the village concerned, Office of the Community Development Empowerment Program Village (P3MD) Bone Regency, and Public the village concerned. While the secondary data, namely the data/information obtained through reference or literatures as well as related documents with tree discussion research. Obtained data then analyzed with technique analysis frame. Results research that has done by writer show that: (1) Application principle management finance village in stages cycle management finance village still need level; (2) How to upgrade transparency and accountability management finance village is Upgrade participation active Public village in stages cycle management finance village; and (3) Necessary will together from various related parties (community, BPD, Head village, and Local Government) for involve Public in a manner active in stages cycle management finance village.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction in several public secondary schools in Jayapura City, Papua Province. The research was conducted by sampling 145 civil servant teachers out of 331 civil servant teachers in 6 public high schools, using a deliberation/criteria technique. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires, with a participation rate of 120 questionnaires (83%) returned, which were referred to as respondents. The analysis was performed using path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the analysis indicated that: 1) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; 2) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction; 3) job satisfaction had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; and 4) job satisfaction mediated the positive and significant relationship between teacher competence and teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan, Kompetensi Guru, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA GABUNGAN Jayapura Papua. Jumlah data sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 49 responden atau sebesar 100% dari total populasi yaitu 49 tenaga pendidik dengan menggunakan total sampling atau sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil Uji parsial dan uji simultan variabel kualitas layanan pendidikan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA GABUNGAN Jayapura Papua. Sedangkan variabel kompetensi guru memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA GABUNGAN Jayapura Papua. Perolehan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,670, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase kontribusi variabel kualitas layanan pendidikan (X1), kompetensi guru (X2) dan budaya organisasi (X3) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) di SMA GABUNGAN Jayapura Papua sebesar 67% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian. Dari hasil analisis penelitian, kompetensi guru merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Meskipun pengaruhnya negatif, variabel kompetensi guru adalah yang paling dominan secara statistik karena nilai absolut dari koefisien regresinya paling besar. Dengan pencapaian Standardized Coefficients Beta sebesar -0,380 dan t tabel sebesar -6,218 lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan variabel lain dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000.
