Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy of JP ASTOR products in PT. Jasaraharja Putera. This research is qualitative and quantitative research. The sample in this study is an internal sample, that is from employees of PT. Jasaraharja Putera and external samples are from customers of PT. Jasaraharja Putera. The analytical method used is the EFAS analysis method (External Factor Analysis Summary) and IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) then included in the matrix Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats, or SWOT. Based on the results of the research,it is found that PT. Jasaraharja Putera gained score of 9.17 on internal factors and score of 3.51 on external factors. Thus scores make the company is in quadrant 1 in the SWOT analysis diagram (Supporting Aggressive strategies) which means that the company uses the power possessed by the company itself in marketing JP. ASTOR products.

Abstract

Dakwah moderasi beragama dalam tulisan ini diartikan sebagai sebuah ajakan pada sikap dan bertindak secara moderat yakni menempatkan sesuatu sesuai pada porsinya, mengedepankan toleransi dan penghargaan dalam beragama. Secara spesifik artikel ini membahas tentang dakwah moderasi beragama dikalangan tokoh Nahdlatul Ulama Ranting Klatakan, Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif diskriptif, mengambil setting di desa Klatakan, Jember. Desa tersebut memiliki ragam etnis di masyarakat yaitu Madura, Jawa dan Sunda. Adapun hasil temuannya adalah ada beberapa tokoh yang beda etnis dominan dikalangan Nahdlatul Ulama dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai dakwah moderasi terhadap masyarakat di desa Klatakan. Tokoh-tokoh tersebut sebagai da’i yang memiliki peran sentral dalam dakwah moderasi beragama. Hasil temuannya terdapat dua hal penting dalam menjalankan aktivitas dakwah moderasinya para tokoh NU desa Klatakan adalah 1) Membentuk dan memperkuat pemahaman konsep tentang dakwah moderasi beragama pada masyarakat, yaitu yang menekankan Islam sebagai rahmah untuk semua manusia, penyejuk, perdamaian, toleran, sehingga konsep hidup berdampingan dalam bermasyarakat dapat berlangsung. 2) Dakwah bil hal dalam moderasi beragama yaitu memperkuat tindakan ukhuwah Islamiyah dan silaturahmi baik inter dan antar pemeluk agama dengan berkolaborasi dengan semua unsur stakeholder, menjadikan para tokoh dalam hal ini da’i sebagai tauladan yang penuh cinta damai, merangkul semua elemen kemasyarakatan baik unsur tokoh agama, tokoh budaya, tokoh birokrasi, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The blending of two or more languages or linguistic subtypes in speech is known as code mixing. Code mixing widely used either in written or spoken language. Social media nowadays mostly use spoken form especially YouTube. The purposes of the research are to investigate the use of code mixing in Nessie Judge’s videos and try to describe the type of code mixing used by the youtuber. Descriptive qualitative method used to gain the data analysis. The code mixing then, analyzed into two types: intra sentential and intra lexical code mixing. Type of intra sentential then classified into three kinds: interrogative, declarative, and imperative. The intra sentential and intra lexical then classified into five levels: word, phrase, clause, idiom and baster. The result shows that there are 24 types of intra sentential and 1 type of intra lexical. From the sub type of sentential found 23 types of declarative, 1 interrogative, and no imperative type. While the level of code mixing found 12 words level, 5 phrases level, no idiom level, 8 clauses level, and 2 basters level.
