Abstract

Laboratorium geografi sangat dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Keberadaan laboratorium geografi rill dan alami mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran geografi pada materi litosfer menjadi aktif, efektif, serta menyenangkan. Pengadaan laboratorium geografi di SMA memiliki kendala terkait biaya, peningkatan kompetensi profesional pendidik dalam memanajemen laboratorium, serta kurangnya partisipasi dari berbagai pihak. Kendala  tersebut dapat diminimalisir dengan mengembangkan geography virtual laboratory yang berguna untuk mengatasi keterbatasan dalam penyediaan laboratorium geografi rill dan alam. Kajian ini membahas pentingnya pengembangan geography virtual laboratory (GEO V-LAB) yang bermanfaat sebagai media pembelajaran materi litosfer yang praktis, efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konstekstual  siswa, menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Memenuhi  hal tersebut maka pengembangannya diharapkan menjadi solusi alternatif pihak Sekolah.AbstractGeography laboratory is needed in the learning activities at Senior High School (SMA). The existence of a laboratory of natural and natural geography able to support the process of geography learning on lithosphere material to be active, effective, and fun. The procurement of geography laboratories in SMA has cost related constraints, increased professional competence of educators in laboratory management, and lack of participation from various parties. These constraints can be minimized by developing a virtual laboratory geography that is useful to overcome the limitations in the provision of laboratory geography of nature and nature. This study discusses the importance of the development of virtual laboratory geography (GEO V-LAB) which is useful as a learning media of practical lithosphere materials, effectively improving students' contextual understanding, instilling character education values, saving time and cost, Fulfilling it is expected to be the solution school alternative.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Selama masa pandemi COVID-19, menggunakan masker menjadi suatu kewajiban bagi masyarakat. Penggunaan masker masker yang berulang dapat menimbulkan masalah pada kulit wajah. Masalah yang sering muncul pada kulit wajah jerawat dan kemerahan pada kulit wajah.Tujuan: Memberikan edukasi kepada remaja tentang pentingnya merawat kulit wajah.Metode: Metode yang digunakan dengan cara seminar secara online. Peserta dari kegiatan adalah remaja.Hasil: Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian peserta menjadi lebih memahami cara merawat kulit wajah di masa pandemi, mengetahui penggunaan produk skincare dan makeup yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi kulit.Simpulan: Kesimpulan dari kegiatan peserta menjadi memahami bahwa merawat kulit wajah penting khususnya di masa pandemi yang wajib menggunakan masker saat beraktifitas di luar rumah.

Abstract

The development of technology in the field of education saw several advancements. One of these advancements was marked by the massive use of artificial intelligence technology, including in the evaluation of Arabic language learning. In response to this development, technological advancements had to be balanced with human competencies so that learning did not rely entirely on technology but was integrated with human thinking abilities. This research aimed to design an evaluation of Arabic reading skills based on the integration of Qalam AI and language teacher competencies. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, which was then practiced in learning through field experiments involving 150 respondents. Data collection methods include interviews, documentation, literature studies, and reading skill tests. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, as it focused solely on the evaluation design based on the integration of Qalam AI and language teacher competencies. Access to Qalam AI technology could be found at the website: https://qalam.ai/.  The results of the study indicated that the design of the evaluation for Arabic reading skills based on the integration of Qalam AI and language competencies could be simulated in six stages: 1) Arabic language learning based on Qalam AI, 2) Arabic reading skill tests, 3) Utilization of Qalam AI, 4) Application of language teacher competencies, 5) Diagnosis and placement, 6) Evaluation.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara kecerdasan buatan (AI), khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning), dan perspektif epistemologi. Seiring dengan berkembangnya AI yang berbasis data dan ateoretis, pendekatan ini menantang paradigma epistemologi tradisional yang berfokus pada teori dan justifikasi pengetahuan universal. AI, dengan kemampuannya untuk memberikan personalisasi berdasarkan data yang kontekstual, membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap cara kita memahami dan menghasilkan pengetahuan. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana AI menggeser fokus epistemologi dari pencarian kebenaran universal menuju pengetahuan yang lebih dinamis dan terfokus pada kebutuhan individu, serta implikasi filsafat ilmu dalam mengevaluasi konsep-konsep dasar seperti kebenaran, justifikasi, dan teori pengetahuan. Penelitian ini mengajak pembaca untuk merenungkan peran AI sebagai agen epistemik yang tidak hanya memengaruhi teknologi, tetapi juga pemahaman kita tentang pengetahuan di era modern. Abstract

Thesis is a scientific paper that must be made by undergraduate stratum 1 academics at the UNHASY information technology faculty. One of the problems with writing a thesis at the Faculty of Information Technology, UNHASY, is that the process of checking the similarity of titles and abstracts is still manual so it takes a long time to check. From the existing problems, the research was carried out with the aim of providing a system for measuring the level of similarity of titles and abstracts of web-based thesis using the Winnowing and Dice Similarity Algorithm. The algorithm used in this research is the winnowing algorithm which is used as document fingerprinting. The title and abstract of the submitted thesis will be processed through several stages, namely Whitespace insensitive, forming an n-gram sequence, rolling hash, splitting the hash value into several windows and then taking the smallest fingerprint from each window. In the final stage, the similarity value is sought by using the dice coefficient. The results of this study are a sub-system that can check the similarity of titles and abstracts using the winnowing algorithm. This algorithm does not have specific provisions regarding how many gram, window, and prime values that must be applied so that the author tests using 10 test data to determine the effect of these values so that the smallest value is obtained from the input value gram = 5, window = 4 and prime = 3, which is 10.82%, while the largest result, which is 38.16%, is obtained from the input value of gram = 4, window = 3 and prime = 3.

Abstract

Plagiarisme dalam tugas akademik merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak negatif pada integritas pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja tiga algoritma string matching, yaitu Levenshtein, SequenceMatcher, dan Rabin-Karp, dalam mendeteksi plagiarisme pada teks akademik pendek. Dataset yang digunakan adalah Short Answer Plagiarism Corpus dengan 100 pasang dokumen. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Python 3.13.5 dengan threshold 0.8 untuk Levenshtein dan SequenceMatcher, serta 0.7 untuk Rabin-Karp. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Levenshtein dan SequenceMatcher memiliki presisi sempurna (1.00), namun menghasilkan nilai recall yang rendah (0.23 dan 0.05). sedangkan Rabin-Karp memiliki recall tertinggi (1.00) tetapi menunjukan nilai presisi yang rendah (0.6). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode string matching efektif untuk mendeteksi plagiarisme literal (plagiarisme dari sumber salinan teks langsung) namun kurang optimal terhadap variasi parafrase (penulisan ulang atau rewording). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi metode string matching dengan analisis semantik atau pembelajaran mesin untuk deteksi plagiarisme yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

The rapid and innovative development of technology presents its own challenges, especially when applied in the field of education, specifically the use of TalkPal AI in Arabic debate learning. TalkPal AI offers an innovative approach that can help students develop debating skills and Arabic fluency through real-time feedback. The purpose of this research is to describe the use of TalkPal AI in learning Arabic debate to enhance students' Arabic debating skills. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research population consists of 28 third-semester students from the Arabic Language Education (PBA) program, with a sample of 12 students from class B. The results of the study show that 83% of respondents felt aided by the use of TalkPal AI, significantly improving their debating skills and language proficiency. Despite some technical challenges related to internet connectivity, TalkPal AI provides a more flexible, effective, and interactive learning experience. This research concludes that TalkPal AI is an effective innovation in supporting Arabic debate learning among students.
