Abstract

The aim of this study is to apply Sharaf learning to students after using the Inquiry model with Tashrif Snowball method. The study was conducted at Department of Arabic Education in UIN Malang. This study used quantitative and qualitative methods with the Classroom Action Research / PTK approach. The data collection process used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument used the observation sheet of accomplishment. The results of this study the feasibility of seeing from the processes in cycles 1 and 2 and the results are; 45.5% to 81.8% understand the material, then from 36.4% to 13.6% do not understand the material yet and 18.1% to 4.6% do not understand the material. In conclusion, the implication of the Inquiry method is students' results have improved and have become accustomed to thinking critically about the sub- material of sharaf learning. In addition. It can be concluded that the inquiry learning model with the Snowball Tashrif method is good to be applied in Sharaf learning.

Abstract

Dalam paper di bawah ini dengan judul sebagai berikut : Staffing dan Kepegawaian dalam Lembaga Pendidikan Islam. Staffing merupakan kegiatan merekrut, memilih, mempromosikan, memindahkan dan pengunduran diri dari para anggota manajemen. Bagian unit terpenting karena staffing disini yang berperan adalah sumber daya kategori manusia. Yang dimana Allah SWT menganugrahkan akal pikiran sedemikian rupa guna kelak memiliki potensi serta potensi tersebut akan ditasarufkan memalui wadah organisasi untuk menempati ruang yang memang selayaknya harus mereka tempati (Staffing). Kepemimpinan adalah perilaku dari seorang individu yang memimpin aktivitas-aktivitas suatu kelompok ke suatu tujuan yang ingin dicapai Bersama. Dimana sifat kepemimpinan akan dimiliki jika tampak dari seseorang tersebut melakukannya dengan baik dan tampaklah hasil akhirnya. Artinya, manajemen kepemimpinan yang di bawahi oleh seorang tersebut sukses dan menempatkan seorang lain pada posisi (staffing) yang memang pada takarannya

Abstract

The abstract includes research objectives, methods and research results. This research aims to investigate the implementation and effectiveness of Knowledge Integration regarding Technological, Pedagogical, Content, Knowledge (TPACK) in the context of Maharah Qiro'ah learning. Qualitative research methods were used with a literature study approach. Maharah Qiro'ah material is delivered actively through the sam'iyyah-shafahiyah method using power point media. The research participants consisted of Arabic teachers who had implemented TPACK in teaching Maharah Qiro'ah at an educational institution. Data was collected through literature reviews, interviews with Arabic teachers involved in the learning process, and analysis of the learning materials used. Research findings show that implementing TPACK in Maharah Qiro'ah learning can improve the quality of teaching and learning. Teachers who have a good understanding of TPACK can integrate technology effectively in Maharah Qiro'ah teaching, thereby enriching students' learning experiences. However, challenges faced in implementing TPACK include lack of access to technology, lack of technology skills among teachers, and limited time for training. This study provides valuable insight into the importance of TPACK in the learning context of Maharah Qiro'ah and provides recommendations to support teachers in developing their TPACK skills.

Abstract

The study aims to describe TGT (Team Games Tournament) cooperative learning model as an alternative learning strategy to increase student motivation and creativity in various aspects of language skills, including Arabic. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative research. The subjects in this study were students majoring in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education at STAI Al-HIKAM Malang. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument used the implementation observation sheet. The results of this study are: a) Based on the presence and recap of the student learning outcomes score sheet. b) Based on the structured interview sheet the implementation of the students after using the TGT (Team Games Tournament) cooperative learning model for Arabic language learning. The study results indicate that learning using the TGT (Team Games Tournament) learning model can improve Arabic learning abilities by making students more active and enthusiastic in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research, namely the researcher acts as a direct teacher in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Istinqoiyyah method in learning Arabic by not seeing any differences in the ability to master Arabic. The problem formulation in this study is "whether the use of the Istinqoiyyah method effective in learning Arabic".This research starts from designing the learning steps, implementation, observation and then testing. The research subjects were Tarbiyatunnasyiin madrasah students. The instruments used to collect data in this study consisted of observations and tests. From the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that in teaching using the istinqoiyyah method there is an increase in student learning outcomes. in other words the istinqoiyyah method is effective in teaching Arabic at the Tarbiyyatun Nasyiin Madrasah Jombang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen, yaitu peneliti berperan langsung sebagai guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan metode istiqroiyah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab  dengan tidak melihat  adanya perbedaan didalam kemampuan penguasaan bahasa Arab. Rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Penggunaan Metode Istinqoiyyah Efektif  Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab”. Penelitian ini dimulai dari merancang langkah-langkah pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, observasi, kemudian tes. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Tarbiyyatunnasyiin. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi dan tes. Dari analisis data yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pengajran yang menggunakan metode istinqoiyyah tedapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan kata lain Penggunaan Metode Istiqroiyah efektif dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab diMadrasah Ibtidaiyyah Tarbiyyatunnasyiin Jombang.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan Sosial emosional anak usia dini merupakan proses yang sangat amat penting bagi kehidupan anak karena pada masa inilah terbentuk karakter anak yang menentukan kesuksesan jalan hidup mereka di masa depan,memilih antara mengikuti pola hidup yang positif maupun sebaliknya yakni negative. Pada dasarnya anak usia dini adalah anak yang masih membutuhkan arahan dan perintah dari orang yang lebih tua dikarenakan dia belum mampu untuk memutuskan suatu perkara sendiri dan cenderung mudah mengikuti kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang dilihat,di dengar,dan di perhatikannya setiap hari.Sehingga,sudah selayaknya kita orang yang lebih tua meberikan contoh,arahan,perintah yang baik dan membangun sehingga anak –anak dapat mencontoh perilaku baik dari orang –orang sekitarnya. Artikel ini menawarkan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pendidik,orang tua, dan peneliti sebagai bahan pembelajaran dalam mengajar perihal sosial emosional pada anak usia dini,sehingga di harapkan dapat membantu dalam pembentukan karakter anak-anak usia dini yang berakhlak mulia dan berpikiran terbuka. Abstract

This research aims to develop gamified learning as a solution to overcome demotivation and enhance higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) among students in learning Ilmu Shorof, one of the branches of linguistics that is often considered difficult and boring. Gamification introduces game elements that can boost students' motivation, engagement, and critical thinking skills. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ASSURE model, which includes six steps: learner analysis, objective formulation, method and media selection, media utilization, learner participation, and evaluation and revision. The developed product was validated by subject matter, media, and language experts. The trial subjects consisted of 50 Arabic Language Education (PBA) students from Hasyim Asy'ari University, with a questionnaire used to measure students' perceptions of the product, particularly in terms of increasing motivation and HOTS. The study resulted in a web-based software called "????? ??????" (Easy Learning of Ilmu Shorof). The product evaluation was based on three main aspects: content, media, and language, with an average score of 93.2, meeting the criteria of "excellent." The questionnaire validity test showed that all items had an r-value greater than the r-table (0.284), indicating they were valid. The reliability test revealed Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.8, indicating "high reliability." The final results confirm that this application significantly improves motivation, HOTS, and ease of use, in line with the development objectives.

Abstract

Games are one way to improve students academic abilities and achievements in arabic language teaching, especially in understanding mufrodat, because games in education are fun, and create a happy atmosphere or renew the spirit in education. The game "guess the picture" is one of the alternative methods for Arabic. The purpose of this study is to increase the level of Arabic language teaching related to the application of educational methods "Guess the Picture" for arabic language teaching at MA Darul Hikmah Bandung Diwek Jombang. This study uses graphic media in the form of images of messages from the source to the recipients of the message. A special message is the subject of teaching Arabic. Pour the message you want to convey on the visible bananas. The results of the research in this research is the influence of picture guessing game on memorization of mufrodat for class X MA Darul Hikmah Bandung Diwek Jombang.

Abstract

This article examines the learning of the letters jer and isim ma'rifat using the amtsilati book at the Nurul Ilmi Wal Fikri Tebuireng Jombang Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to find out how the learning process, problems and solutions to problems when learning the letters jer and isim ma'rifat using the amtsilati book at the nurul ilmi wal fikri Islamic boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of his research were the learning of the letters jer and isim marifat using the book of amtsilati, namely using the methods of discussion, dictation and question and answer. The teacher also reads out and explains the key points then the students imitate what the teacher reads. The learning process includes preamble, presentation of material and closing. The problem is that the Teacher does not motivate students in memorizing khulashoh amtsilati, different levels of understanding of students and improper timing. The solution to the problem is that students must learn as much as possible to make it easier in the learning process. Teacher  gave motivation and direction to be diligent in depositing the memorization of the nadhoman khulashoh. The holding of tiered classes. Changing the right learning hours and students must be able to maximize the existing time.

Abstract

This study discusses learning listening skills using the Mind Maping method for 3rd semester Arabic Language Education students at UIN Malang at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This study aims to determine the application and effectiveness of the application of concept maps in learning listening skills for students of Arabic Language Education Study Program UIN Malang semester 3. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques namely questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The analytical technique used is a Likert scale. The results showed that learning listening skills using the concept map method was good in both classes, namely 58.3% and 41.6% of the 4 Likert scale standards used.
