This study discusses the practice of selling 3 kg subsidized LPG gas at Bu Rita Nengsih's gas depot, which does not comply with government regulations or Islamic law, as the selling price exceeds the highest retail price (HET). The reason for this is the additional fee of Rp1,000 per cylinder requested by the gas couriers. The community continues to purchase the gas because it is a basic necessity. The research problems addressed in this study include the determination of prices above HET in the sale of subsidized LPG gas at the gas depot and a fiqih muamalah review of this price determination. This research uses a field research method with a qualitative approach, which is descriptive and analytical in nature. The results of the study show that the sale of 3 kg subsidized LPG gas above HET contradicts government regulations and does not comply with Islamic law. The service industry is a critical driver of the global economy, contributing significantly to job creation and quality of life improvement. To remain competitive in an increasingly challenging market, service companies must adopt effective strategies to meet customer expectations. SWOT analysis is a strategic tool that helps businesses identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, making it a valuable approach in this context. This study focuses on applying SWOT analysis to business management in ijarah contracts, a leasing arrangement aligned with sharia principles. The research utilized a qualitative approach, engaging 20 business practitioners in the service industry located in West Java, Indonesia. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews and a comprehensive literature review on ijarah contracts and their application within the service sector. The findings highlight the strengths of ijarah contracts, particularly their compliance with sharia principles and substantial market potential. However, notable weaknesses include limited public understanding of ijarah contracts and the burden of high operational costs. Opportunities such as digitalization and the expanding sharia economy offer significant growth prospects, while threats from conventional financial systems and global economic instability present challenges that require strategic management. The study underscores the importance of addressing operational inefficiencies and enhancing market awareness of ijarah contracts. Furthermore, leveraging digital technology and capitalizing on the growth of the sharia economy can strengthen the position of ijarah-based businesses.

From a social aspect, the use of granted land for religious purposes is very effective, but does not have a positive impact on the community's economy. So, if the Land Grant is not carried out productively, it will not be realized optimally. Grants can be used as a potential economic institution to be developed as long as they can be managed optimally. Therefore, the use of land grants needs serious study and must be reviewed from the aspect of Sharia Economic Law. The type of research used in this research based on the data obtained is qualitative research. The conclusion of this research is that based on a review of Sharia Economic Law regarding the use of granted land carried out by Mrs. Nenok in her village, from a legal perspective it fulfills the requirements and pillars of the grant both for the goods donated and the recipient of the grant. Also, the utilization practice complies with Sharia Economic Law because it does not there is an element of usury in it. Keywords: Grants; Economic Improvement; Sharia Economic Law;
