Abstract

This research aims to find out: Analysis of the Procedure for Service of Indigent Certificates at the Lasitae Village Office, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This type of research is quantitative, which is intended to provide a clear picture of the problems being studied, interpreting and explaining the data systematically. Data sources were obtained through questionnaires and observations. The results of this research indicate that the analysis of the procedures for providing disability certificates at the Lasitae Village Office, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency is in accordance with good service procedures by looking at the results of the hypothesis test output, a sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) ? ? (0.05) i.e. 0.000 ? 0.05. Employee resources still need to be adjusted to skills and experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of village officials in minimizing poverty through food and animal security work programs in Tompo Village, Barru District, Barru Regency, as well as to identify factors that affect the performance of village officials in minimizing poverty through the program. Data sources are obtained through surveys, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the performance of village officials in minimizing poverty in Tompo Village is good. This research is based on four indicators, namely facilities and infrastructure, methods, human resource capabilities, and work morale. The factors that hinder the performance of village officials in minimizing poverty in Tompo Village are limited budget, the ability of the community to manage cattle, and difficulties in obtaining cow broodstock.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the cooperation between the village consultative body and the village government in the formation and implementation of village regulations in Mattirowalie Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency and to find out the factors that support it in Mattirowalie Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. The type of research used is qualitative. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that the cooperation between the village consultative body and the village government in the formation and implementation of village regulations in Mattirowalie Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency, has been going well. This conclusion is based on the fulfillment of research indicators, namely partnership, consultation, and coordination. Meanwhile, the factors that support it are financing resources, apparatus resources, environmental resources, and clarity of target groups.

Abstract

Penerapan psikologi organisasi dalam manajemen lembaga pendidikan merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas lingkungan belajar. Dengan memahami perilaku dan motivasi individu serta dinamika kelompok, lembaga pendidikan dapat mengatasi berbagai tantangan manajerial dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Psikologi organisasi adalah cabang ilmu yang mempelajari perilaku manusia dalam konteks organisasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi. Fokusnya adalah pada interaksi individu dan kelompok, yang penting untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara kepuasan karyawan dan tujuan organisasi. Penerapan psikologi organisasi membantu mengidentifikasi dan mengelola faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Studi kasus di SD Alfa Centauri menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik melalui program pelatihan, penghargaan berbasis kinerja, dan program kesejahteraan. Pendekatan ini sejalan dengan berbagai teori psikologi organisasi yang menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara kesejahteraan individu dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penerapan psikologi organisasi, oleh karena itu, dapat dijadikan model strategi bagi institusi pendidikan lain untuk mencapai keberhasilan manajemen yang lebih baik dan pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan memotivasi diri siswa dalam mengembangkan karakter kepribadian sesuai akhlak Rasulullah, sebagai upaya pencegahan perilaku seks bebas di kalangan remaja. Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang maksimalnya akhlak sebagian besar generasi Z dan kesulitan mereka dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan sasaran penelitian siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 01 Indralaya Utara. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, menerapkan strategi dan metode pembelajaran akhlak Rasulullah yang disesuaikan dengan konteks zaman sekarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran akhlak Rasulullah dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dan meningkatkan upaya pencegahan seks bebas di kalangan siswa SMA Negeri 01 Indralaya Utara.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance local food security through the construction and utilization of a greenhouse in Tellumpanua Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency, as an adaptation measure to the impacts of climate change. The greenhouse serves as a horticultural production facility capable of controlling temperature, humidity, and light intensity, enabling crops to grow optimally throughout the year. The activities were carried out through several stages, including planning, facility construction, management training for farmer groups, and assistance during the cultivation process. The results indicate that the use of greenhouses can increase productivity and crop quality while reducing the risk of crop failure due to extreme weather. Collaboration among universities, farmers, and the village government was identified as a key factor contributing to the program’s success. The application of greenhouse technology is expected to be replicated in other areas as a sustainable agricultural adaptation strategy to climate change.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reconstruction of the pesantren education system in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum as part of the transformation of Islamic education in Indonesia. Pesantren as the oldest Islamic educational institution has a strong tradition of learning the yellowclassical books through classical methods such as sorogan and bandongan. However, the dynamics of changes in the national education system require pesantren to adapt to the Merdeka Curriculum which emphasizes strengthening 21st century competencies, learning flexibility, and learner-oriented. This research uses the library research method by analyzing various relevant literature, scientific journals, books, and official documents. The results showed that the reconstruction process of the pesantren education system in adopting the Merdeka Curriculum was carried out selectively and contextually without eliminating the identity and characteristics of the pesantren. The pesantren adjusts the curriculum, learning methods, and evaluation system by integrating Islamic values and modern digital-based competencies and strengthening 21st century literacy. The role of kyai as a cultural broker is a key factor in maintaining the balance between maintaining tradition and opening space for educational innovation. However, pesantren face challenges such as limited human resources, infrastructure, and tensions between the autonomy of the pesantren curriculum and national curriculum standards. For this reason, strategies are needed to strengthen institutional capacity, improve teacher competence, and develop hybrid learning models that combine traditional and modern methods. This study concludes that the reconstruction of the pesantren education system in the Merdeka Curriculum is a strategic step to strengthen the role of pesantren as Islamic educational institutions that are adaptive, innovative, and remain rooted in Islamic values in facing the challenges of globalization and digitalization of education

Abstract

This study aims to improve early reading skills of first-grade students in elementary school through the use of the Smart Wheel media. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart spiral model, consisting of planning (plan), implementation (act), observation (observe), and reflection (reflect) stages, conducted over two cycles with two actions per cycle. The study involved 30 students as subjects. Data were collected through observation and tests. The success indicator was reaching a minimum mastery criterion (KKM) of 80%. The results showed that the average pre-cycle test score was 67, categorized as low. In the first cycle, the average increased to 75, categorized as sufficient. In the second cycle, the highest score reached 85, categorized as good. The study was stopped as 85% of students (25 students) achieved mastery while 17% (5 students) had not yet met the criterion. It can be concluded that the implementation of Smart Wheel media effectively enhances students’ early reading skills.
