Abstract

The reasearch is about formation of a coordinator for an education unit is not known, which causes the performance of physical education teachers to be poor and affects the P.E. learning in elementary schools . This study aims to assess the performance of Civil Servant and Non Civil Servant Physical Education teachers who carry out additional duties n Gajahmungkur District, Semarang City. This study is a qualitative research which employs ethnographic approach. The research subjects were Physical Education Teachers in the Gajahmungkur District area of work for the 2019-2020 academic year, School Principals, and Coleagues of Physical Education Teachers in Gajahmungkur District. The Secondary data sources are in the form of identities and the number of teachers, obtained from documents in the Gajahmungkur sub-district, Semarang City. Data collection instruments used in this study are in the form of observation and interview guidelines, as well as documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the performance of P.E. teachers who do not have additional duties is quite good. The performance of P.E. teachers who have additional duties are somewhat good, other additional duties greatly affect the performance of P.E teachers. Therefore, it can be said that the additional duties very burdensome for educators. The suggestions of this study are that the teacher can take the role of a real teacher. Without any obstacles from other duties that are very burdensome for the performance of P.E teachers. The authorities can make this suggestion into an evaluation to provide a reasonable additional duties for a teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether the use of social media TikTok is effective in increasing the learning outcomes of class VI students in subject matter of Islamic Religious Education at the Public Elementary School of 36 Lubuk Pasing, Bayang, Pesisir Selatan. Quantitative research and experimental methods are used in this study. Pre-test and post-test, as well as observation with a sample of 18 students, were used as data collection methods. After that, students were divided into two groups, with half of each group representing the experimental group and the other half representing the control group. Analytic prerequisite tests, such as normality tests and homogeneity tests, are used in data analysis techniques. The T-test or paired sample T-test is then used to test the hypothesis. The results of the research in the experimental group and the control group for the 2022/2023 academic year show that the experimental group obtained the highest score from the research analysis. This is evidenced in the 85–90 range, where there were 4 students, or 44.4%, with an average post-test of 80.56, while the control group got an average of 48.89. The consequences of the examination in the trial group after being given the treatment and the post-test were carried out to get a typical value of 80.56, which is classified as very high. A Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.05 was obtained after calculating the hypothesis test with the help of SPSS version 22 and paired sample t-tests. Therefore, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes increase and are different when using TikTok compared to students who don't. Therefore, the more various media used for learning Islamic religious education, the more likely it is to improve student learning outcomes, and students are increasingly motivated to study in order to achieve high learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi dan adaptasi masyarakat terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan di Desa Wirolegi Kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data dan dapat mengumpulkan informasi secara lengkap, praktek pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan perspektif dan adaptasi masyarakat terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan di Desa Wirolegi Kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Desa Wirolegi Kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah ketua RT di Desa Wirolegi Kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sangat mengetahui kejadian alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan. Masyarakat berharap, meskipun ada pembangunan perumahan, setidaknya masyarakat dibantu dengan pembangunan jalan sehingga sama-sama menguntungkan. Mayoritas masyarakat bekerja sebagai buruh tani, setelah terjadinya alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan, masyarakat tetap menjadi buruh tani, tetapi di desa lain.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang sudah cukup lama beroprasi. Tetapi pada bagian absensi dan keuangan, dalam mengolah data gaji karyawan baik menghitung atau membuat laporan gaji masih menggunakan Ms. Excel serta belum terintegrasi antara absensi dan penggajian sehingga kurang maksimal dalam pengolahan data. Hal ini menyebabkan dalam proses evaluasi karyawan sangat rentan terjadi kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang mendukung proses absensi dan penggajian. Untuk dapat merancang sistem diperlukan sebuah model arsitektur enterprise sistem absensi dan penggajian agar dapat meminimalisir kegagalan sekaligus dapat menerapkan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan Zachman Framework karena mampu memberikan aspek dan sudut pandang yang mampu membantu proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Kata Kunci: Absensi, Penggajian, Arsitektur Enterprise.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelian ini adalah untuk melihat proses pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak dipanti asuhan Al Ghasiyah, apa program yang telah dilaksanakan dan melhat apa yang menjadi faktor penghambat dan pendukung pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak anak pada panti Al ghasiyyah. Model penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berfokus pada menympulkan proses anlisis deduktif dan induktif. Dengan hadirnya panti asuhan Al Ghasiyah sebagi alternatif pembinaan akhlak anak bisa di katakan berhasil, karena sebagian dari pembina sudah melaksanakan tugas nya dengan baik, dan di lihat juga dari Metode yang dilakukan oleh pembina panti asuhan Al-Ghasiyah seperti pemberian contoh teladan yang baik, menampilkan dan mengajarkan perilaku sesuai nilai yang berlaku. Menjadi catatan sekaligus perbaikan yakni dari segi pembelajaran agar lebih kreatif dan inovatif untuk membuat rancangan yang khusus mengenai pembinaan akhlak anak. Kata kunci: Panti Asuhan, Pembinaan Akhlak, Anak AbstractThe aim of this research is to look at the process of implementing moral development at the Al Ghasiyah orphanage, what programs have been implemented and to see what factors inhibit and support the implementation of moral development for children at the Al Ghasiyyah orphanage. The research model uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Focuses on concluding the deductive and inductive analysis process. With the presence of the Al Ghasiyah orphanage as an alternative for developing children's morals, it can be said to be successful, because some of the coaches have carried out their duties well, and it can also be seen from the methods used by the Al-Ghasiyah orphanage coaches, such as providing good role models, showing and teach behavior according to applicable values. It is a note as well as an improvement, namely in terms of learning, to be more creative and innovative in making special plans regarding the development of children's morals. Keywords: Orphanage, Moral Development, Children

Abstract

Hipertensi masih menjadi ancaman kesehatan masyarakat karena dapat menyebabkan komplikasi seperti penyakit jantung koroner, gagal ginjal, dan stroke. Hipertensi ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan sistolik ≥140 mmHg dan tekanan diastolik ≥90 mmHg. Hipertensi sering terjadi pada usia dewasa dan lanjut usia. Saat ini, hipertensi masih menjadi masalah karena prevalensi hipertensi terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Salah satu faktor risiko dari hipertensi itu sendiri adalah peningkatan asam urat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik hipertensi dan peningkatan kadar asam urat di Puskesmas Medan Amplas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden yang merupakan populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi di puskesmas Medan Amplas pada periode Maret 2023 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian mayoritas responden memiliki jenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 38 orang, mayoritas responden berusia lansia akhir yaitu 22 orang, mayoritas responden mengalami hipertensi tingkat I yaitu 31 orang dan mayoritas responden memiliki kadar asam urat yang tinggi yaitu 40 orang di Puskesmas Medan Amplas.

Abstract

This study aims to design and manufacture a displacer piston for a Gamma-type Stirling engine using steam pipe material due to its heat-resistant properties. The manufacturing process involved cutting, turning with a conventional lathe, and TIG welding. The final product dimensions were 65.75 mm in diameter, 60.20 mm in height, and 321.20 mm. Measurement results showed that the dimensional tolerances were within the design limits, and no leakage was found in the joints after visual inspection and basic functional testing. The study demonstrates that a simple process can produce a piston suitable for laboratory-scale applications.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and determine the influence of customer experience and price on purchase intention at the Ayam Goreng Nelongso restaurant in Jombang. The study employed a quantitative associative method with a causal approach. This causal associative quantitative research aims to assess the extent of the cause-and-effect relationship between customer experience and price on purchase intention. The population targeted in this study includes all customers of the Ayam Goreng Nelongso restaurant, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collected via questionnaires were analyzed using statistical tests processed with SPSS version 22. The results of the T-test conducted on both the customer experience and price variables indicate that each significantly influences customers' purchase intention toward the offerings at Ayam Goreng Nelongso. These findings highlight the importance for the restaurant not only to compete on pricing but also to deliver positive sensory and emotional experiences to maintain customer loyalty. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results demonstrate a significant combined effect of customer experience and price on purchase intention, with the F-test showing that the calculated F-value 39.524 > 3.09. Using a significance level of 0.05, the test yielded a p-value of 0.000 > 0.05. The findings confirm that a positive customer experience and fair price perception significantly enhance consumers' intention to purchase.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong banyak bisnis beralih ke platform berbasis web, termasuk industri penjualan sepatu. Desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) yang baik menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kepuasan pelanggan saat berbelanja secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan desain UI/UX pada toko penjualan sepatu berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Metode ini terdiri dari lima tahap: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test, yang digunakan untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna, merancang solusi yang optimal, serta menguji efektivitas desain yang dikembangkan. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan Design Thinking dalam pengembangan UI/UX dapat memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang lebih intuitif dan efisien, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dalam bisnis penjualan sepatu berbasis web.

Abstract

This Community Empowerment Practicum PPM activity aims to be an alternative business opportunity for PKK mothers. Bouquet training is useful to increase creativity, later bouquet making can increase family income. The implementation method used in community service using seminar methods, discussion methods and training methods at the beginning of the activity was carried out with seminar methods with material on creativity, business opportunities and how to start entrepreneurship, followed by making buckets. The training participants were 30 PKK mothers in Blaran Village, Barat District, Magetan Regency. Analysis of program achievement is carried out with a structured interview model of training participants. The results obtained from this community service activity, there was an increase in knowledge and training in this case PKK mothers on how to make a bouquet as an alternative business opportunity to increase family income. Abstrak: Kegiatan PPM Praktikum Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini bertujuan  sebagai salah satu alternatif peluang usaha  kepada ibu-ibu PKK. Pelatihan buket bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kreativitas nantinya pembuatan buket dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode seminar, metode diskusi dan metode pelatihan pada kegiatan awal dilakukan dengan metode seminar dengan materi kreativitas peluang usaha dan cara memulai berwirausaha dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan bucket. Peserta pelatihan adalah ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Blaran, Kecamatan Barat, Kabupaten Magetan sebanyak 30 orang. Analisis ketercapaian program dilakukan dengan model wawancara terstruktur terhadap peserta pelatihan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan serta pelatihan dalam hal ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK tentang cara membuat buket sebagai alternatif peluang usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.
