Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah paradigma tindakan dan pemikiran organisasi, bisnis, dan pemerintahan. Fokus pada sumber daya manusia sebagai aset penting organisasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan suatu instansi. Manajemen sumber daya manusia harus mampu mengelola pegawai secara efektif untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penilaian kinerja karyawan menjadi langkah penting dalam mengoptimalkan kontribusi pegawai. Pada konteks BPBD Karawang, penilaian kinerja menjadi kritikal mengingat adanya jabatan kosong yang harus diisi segera untuk kelancaran operasional. Sulitnya menentukan kandidat yang sesuai untuk mengisi jabatan menjadi tantangan utama karena memerlukan evaluasi kinerja pegawai. Tujaun penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai BPBD kabuapten Karawang dengan menggunakan metode WASPAS. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menciptakan penilaian kinerja yang holistik serta memberikan gambaran yang lebih mendalam, terutama dalam konteks penilaian kinerja pegawai di BPBD Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode perhitungan Metode WASPAS yang terdiri dari normalisasi matriks dalam pengambilan Keputusan, Menghitung nilai normalisasi matriks dan bobot WASPAS dalam pengambilan Keputusan. Hasil penelitian menujukan Berdasarkan perangkingan tersebut alternatif C3 merupakan alternatif tertimggi dengan nilai 4.88889 merupakan peringkat tertinggi menggunakan rangking 1, sehingga dapat dinyatakan alternatif terbaikPenelitian ini menjadi langkah konkrit untuk mengatasi permasalahan penilaian kinerja pegawai, khususnya dalam konteks instansi pelayanan publik seperti BPBD Karawang.

Abstract

The technology of the metaverse has been a topic of discussion in the tech sector recently, and the implementation of the metaverse in the future is one of the most anticipated things for internet users around the world, allowing users to become the avatar they want in the virtual universe. To see how someone approaches metaverse technology, we can analyze it by looking at various opinions that emerge from the sentiment of internet users, one of which is from the social media Twitter. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Twitter users' opinions, which is one of the most popular internet social media platforms. The researcher collects tweet data using the snscrape library in the Python programming language, a tool for mass data collection from Twitter. Then, the analysis of the sentiment of Twitter user opinions is carried out using the Lexicon Based method, which is a method that uses a dictionary of words to categorize the sentiment of a text. The results of this study show that the Lexicon Based method can classify the sentiment of Twitter user opinions related to metaverse technology with an accuracy value of 84%. This shows that the results of sentiment analysis using the Lexicon Based method have a good level of accuracy in performance in analyzing the sentiment of Twitter user opinions related to metaverse technology.

Abstract

Managing drug supplies is very important because it minimizes drug losses in institutions such as health centers, pharmacies and hospitals, so that drugs of any type are in accordance with the quantity needed. The research aims at grouped drug data, where this case study was carried out at the Curug Health Center UPTD which will be used as a guide in submitting a drug import plan at this health center. The data processed in this research is the 2022 annual report, drug needs plan and proposed drug needs (RKO 2023) at the Curug Health Center UPTD. The data in this research was processed by the K-Means algorithm with the rapidminer tool, where this technique data is grouped by collecting data into clusters. The results obtained were that Cluster 0 was a very low cluster which contained 14 drug items, then Cluster 1 with 12 drug items was a low cluster, Cluster 3 with 2 drug items was a high cluster and Cluster 2 was the highest cluster with 2 items drug.

Abstract

The assessment document at the time of study program accreditation shows performance achievements that will have an impact on the development of the study program in the future. The description in the assessment document contains unstructured data, making it difficult to identify target indicators. Apart from that, the number of Indonesian-based assessment documents is quite large, and there has been no research on these assessment documents. Therefore, this research aims to classify and predict target indicator categories into 4 categories: deficient, enough, good, and very. Learning testing of the Indonesian language assessment sentence classification model using recurrent neural networks-long short-term memory (RNN-LSTM) using 5 layers and 3 parameters produces performance with an accuracy value of 94.24% and a loss of 10%. In the evaluation with the Adamax optimizer, it had a high level of accuracy, namely 79%, followed by stochastic gradient descent (SGD) of 78%. For the Adam optimizer, Adadelta, and root mean squared propagation (RMSProp) have an accuracy rate of 77%.

Abstract

Indonesian people have a great opportunity to become MSMEs. One of the MSME players is utilizing digital technology as an innovative product. One of the phenomena slowly transferring to a society or society that was using paper has now changed into digital invitations. Invitations are digital or electronic and can be accessed via a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Digital invitations canbe in images, videos, or text messages created using graphic design or special digital invitation applications. Typically, Digital Invitations include information about the event, such as date, time, place, and theme. Digital Invitations can also be decorated with images, icons, or illustrations related to the event. The advantages of using Digital invitations include a practical and easy-to-disseminate, cost-effective, and more friendly environment that can be accessed anytime. In contrast to conventional invitations, they are susceptible to damage, require additional costs, limit design options, take time to print and ship, and generate waste. Method The research used was descriptive with a qualitative approach through interviews exploring several printed invitation and wedding organizer service providers in Karawang. Research results on digital invitation applications can help MSMEs expand market reach, increase time and cost efficiency, and deliver a more interactive and personalized customer experience.

Abstract

This research discusses designing the UI/UX appearance of an online ticket-purchasing application called Discovery Event to solve problems such as the absence of a group chat feature, late withdrawals of funds, and location points in the application. In implementing UI/UX Design Thinking in online ticket purchasing applications, several stages must be carried out: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The Design Thinking method is used to create solutions to solve problems felt by users. The research results show that Discovery Event can solve problems by improving the group chat feature, efficient fund withdrawals, and adding location point features. Tests involved 20 respondents, which showed user satisfaction with the application interface design. Discovery Event offers an attractive and user-friendly interface and provides a foundation for better application development in the future. Abstract

Tomsufood is one of the online food ordering applications. To provide the best experience in ordering food, Tomsufood designed a new application product. An approach called Design Thinking was used in this study. The Design Thinking method is a software product design approach that is based on innovation and relies on problem-solving techniques. After identifying and understanding the problem obtained through the process of identifying the problem, describing the solution, empathizing with the user, and prototyping and testing. So that the Tomsufood application is able to solve problems that occur in society. The results of the study showed that the application of the Design Thinking method was able to produce a UI/UX design that was more intuitive and responsive to user needs. Users reported increased satisfaction in using the application, which included ease of navigation, clarity of information, and efficiency in the food ordering process. Abstract

Fafiras Kitchen is a family business that focuses on food catering services. This business involves three main operational stages, namely the ordering process, procurement of raw materials, and delivery of products to customers. From the results of observations and interviews, several problems were identified such as the absence of good records in the ordering process resulting in errors in order fulfillment and loss of customer data, dependence on one raw material supplier increases the risk of delays and disruptions in the supply chain and inefficient delivery management caused by human error and no real time tracking, so this has an impact on customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze and model the current business process and provide recommendations for improvement. Modeling is done using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) with a qualitative approach to investigate existing business processes. The results of this research can identify areas of improvement to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of MSMEs operations so that MSMEs can better understand, manage, and optimize their business processes. In addition, this research also conducted simulations using the Bizagi Modeler application to test the validity of the business process modeling that has been made. The simulation results show an increase in time in the implementation of business processes.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prediksi angka kelahiran dalam berbagai kelompok umur ibu melalui pendekatan metode K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) dalam suatu sistem informasi. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis dinamika kelahiran dalam konteks kelompok umur ibu, yang merupakan informasi kritis dalam perencanaan kebijakan kesehatan dan pengembangan sosial. Metode K-NN digunakan sebagai pendekatan analisis utama untuk meramalkan angka kelahiran, memanfaatkan pola kemiripan dalam karakteristik kelompok umur ibu. Integrasi metode K-NN dalam sistem informasi memungkinkan pengelolaan dan analisis data yang lebih efisien untuk mendukung kebijakan perencanaan keluarga. Data yang digunakan mencakup variabel demografis, ekonomi, dan sosial yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat kelahiran. Hasil prediksi angka kelahiran diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang perubahan dinamis dalam struktur kelahiran, memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih baik untuk mengarahkan kebijakan kesehatan dan strategi intervensi yang lebih terarah. Penelitian ini menghadirkan kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung analisis prediktif dalam konteks kelahiran. Implikasi temuan ini relevan untuk kebijakan kesehatan, demografi, dan perencanaan keluarga, serta dapat membantu merancang langkah-langkah intervensi yang lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran.
