ABSTRACT The research is aimed to 1) To know the satisfaction of consumer / patient on inpatient and outpatient installation. 2) To know consumer / patient retention on inpatient and outpatient installation. 3) To analyze the relationship between the length of back treatment with consumer satisfaction / patient on inpatient installation. 4) To analyze the relationship between the length of back treatment with customer / patient satisfaction on the outpatient installation. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction at inpatient and outpatient installation described in six indicator of satisfaction of majority have good patient satisfaction. The result of the measurement of profitability indicates there is a decrease in the level of consumer benefits this condition is less good for hospital management. There was an increase in retention in ambulatory and IGD installations while hospitalization and use of operating rooms decreased. Increased acquisition of inpatient installation and use of operating room while outpatient and IGD decreased. The result of cross tabulation and symmetric measure on hospitalization have correlation value 0,084 with significance level 0,331 significance value is above 0,05 then Ho accepted H1 is rejected this show that there is no relation between duration of treatment with inpatient satisfaction. While cross tabulation and symmetric measure on outpatient have correlation value equal to 0,122 with significance level 0,256 value significance is above 0,05 then Ho accepted H1 rejected this show that there is no relation between long treatment with outpatient satisfaction Keywords: Perspective of consumer satisfaction, Balanced Scorecard

Written corrective feedback is an effective element in a student’s writing process. Therefore, the role of the teacher in giving written feedback on student’s composition is essential since it can assist them to be aware of the error that they have been made, learn about the error, and revise it into the correct form. In conducting this research a qualitative method was employed. The object of this research is the first draft and the final draft of the English Department student's descriptive writing. The researcher used only one student’s descriptive writing that has been rectified by the teacher using written corrective feedback to be analyzed in detail. This research aimed to explain some types of teacher’s written corrective feedback on student’s descriptive writing for fostering student’s writing quality. In this research, documentation was used as an instrument. This research showed that there were two types of feedback given to the student’s work; twelve errors were corrected by using direct written corrective feedback and four errors were corrected by using metalinguistic feedback. The teacher underlined, circled, crossed, and even gave written comments near the errors made by the student. Moreover, after looking at the student’s revised composition, it can be concluded that the students received all the feedback given by the teacher well. It increased student’s self-correcting which had a big impact on improving the quality of student's writing. Keywords: written corrective feedback, student’s composition, descriptive text.

Industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia diakui sebagai sektor yang dinamis dan resilien terhadap fluktuasi ekonomi, dikarenakan permintaan terhadap layanan internet yang mengalami lonjakan signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari leverage dan profitabilitas pada nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada entitas bisnis di bidang telekomunikasi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2018-2022, yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Metode purposive sampling dipilih untuk menentukan sampel dari total 18 perusahaan, dengan 7 di antaranya dijadikan sampel penelitian. Temuan dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan, variabel DER dan ROE memiliki efek signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, ketika dianalisis secara terpisah, DER memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara ROE tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. In the era of increasingly developing technology, almost all subjects use internet media. The android-based English Learning Application is a learning medium that is used interactively in understanding vocabulary that is easy for students to understand. The intended subject of this activity is a grade IV student of SDN Megaluh. The problem experienced by grade IV students of SDN Megaluh is that they do not get English lessons from the first to third grades due to the independent curriculum which results in them not getting English language learning. The purpose of creating this learning media is to make it easier for students to get to know some basic vocabulary in English. The methods used in this case are twofold, namely the lecture method and the question and answer method. Both of these methods are used to find out the needs of students. From the analysis with these two methods, an ideal dictionary application was created where this application will support learning. It is hoped that this application can later be developed again by SDN Megaluh to support English learning, especially for students who are still new to English lessons. Because this kind of application if developed in the future becomes a learning medium that is quite interesting for students.

Since the beginning of development, language assessments have been provided on paper. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, it has shifted from paper-based to online. This phenomenon is still happening even though the pandemic has subsided, considering the advantages revealed. However, did students perceive them well? And did they prefer them as well? This present study aimed to answer those questions using a survey study design. The data were taken from 300 high school students who have carried out online language assessments using e-questionnaire. The questionnaire covered four aspects: ease of access, instruction, benefit, and motivation. Further, the questionnaire clarified students’ preference for the assessment type. Students’ positive perceptions toward language online assessments were found by the descriptive statistics results. They also tended to choose the online assessment over the paper-based one.

This study examines the duration of adult EFL learners’ extramural English activities related to their phonological awareness. For this purpose, (Indonesian, N = 32, 3 males and 29 females) learners participated in the study. After analyzing the questionnaires and the phonological awareness test using the non-parametric (Spearman) correlation, the result showed a strong positive correlation between the amount of time the adult EFL learners spend for spoken and written extramural English activities and their phonological awareness ability. The extramural English activities they mainly engage in are dealing with technology. The findings call for future research examining the effect of extramural English on phonological awareness and other possible English components or skills.

Menulis buku ajar merupakan ketrampilan yang seharusnya dimiliki oleh guru untuk meningkatkan profesionalitasnya. Buku ajar guru dapat diterbitkan dan dipasarkan dalam berbagai format. Meskipun demikian, tak banyak guru yang tertarik untuk menulis buku ajar. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat motivasi guru dalam menulis buku ajar antara lain kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang teknik penulisan buku, kurangnya ide, dan kurangnya waktu luang. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan pelatihan teknik penyusunan buku ajar. Pelatihan dan pendampingan menulis ini akan diberikan oleh orang-orang yang memiliki pengalaman membuat buku teks. Program pelatihan menulis buku ajar terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan, antara lain kiat-kiat agar termotivasi menulis buku ajar, menulis kalimat dalam narasi buku, dan mencari media gambar sebagai media yang digunakan dalam buku. Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan wawasan dan ketrampilan menulis buku ajar melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penulisan buku ajar pada Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Raudhatul Athfal Kecamatan Tembelang. Hal ini dilakukan agar 1) memberi bekal KKG RA dengan pengetahuan tentang menulis buku ajar; 2) meningkatkan ketrampilan menulis buku ajar. Setelah diberikan pelatihan, KKG RA akan melakukan praktek secara terbimbing dan dilakukan pendampingan sampai tercapainya tujuan. Luaran yang dicapai dalam program ini adalah dihasilkannya sebuah buku ajar oleh KKG RA Kecamatan Tembelang

The purpose of this study is to analyze financial reports and determine bankruptcy using the Z-Score method. The financial ratios in this study are the ratios of liquidity, profitability, solvency and profitability. This research was conducted at the SAE Pujon Cooperative with samples of balance sheets and income statements and used a quantitative descriptive research method. The data collection for this study used a descriptive analysis technique, namely comparing data from 2019 - 2021. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the level of liquidity ratios in the SAE cooperative is in liquid condition, namely in good condition as measured by the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Quick Ratio. The level of profitability as measured by Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin is considered efficient. The level of solvency is measured using the Debt To Asset Ratio and the Debt To Equity Ratio is assessed as Solvable. The level of profitability is measured using Return On Assets and Return On Equity is assessed as Profit

This research aims to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on company value with profitability as a moderating variable in telecommunications companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2019-2021 period. The data used in this research is secondary data. Research data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using a structural model (Inner Model). The independent variables in this research are Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance, the dependent variable in this research is company value. Using the purposive sampling method as a sampling technique, with a population of 19 companies. In this research, 15 telecommunication companies were used as samples. The results of this research show that: (1) CSR has no effect on company value, (2) GCG has a significant effect on company value, (3) profitability cannot moderate the relationship between CSR and company value, (4) Profitability cannot moderate the relationship between GCG and value company.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan UMKM Marsalia Di Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun tahapan dalam prosedur analisis penilitian ini adalah mengukur atau menghitung rasio keuangan, menganalisa rasio keuangan dan penilaian dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan rasio perusahaan dengan standar rasio. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keadaan likuiditas UMKM Marsalia secara keseluruhan menunjukkan perkembangan yang cukup baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, dan Cash Ratio yang semakin meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Marsalia dalam memenuhi kewajiban yang jatuh tempo telah mendapat jaminan yang baik. Keadaan aktivitas UMKM Marsalia secara keseluruhan menunjukkan perkembangan yang cukup baik. Hal ini berarti penggunaan sumber-sumber dana yang dimilikinya cukup efektif dan mengalami perputaran persediaan dan total aktiva yang cukup efektif, walaupun penurunan total aktivanya dari tahun ke tahun dirasa cukup lambat. Keadaan solvabilitas UMKM Marsalia secara keseluruhan menunjukkan perkembangan yang cukup baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh adanya penurunan debt to equity ratio. Penurunan rasio tersebut menggambarkan bahwa UMKM Marsalia mengalami perbaikan, karena terjadi penurunan jumlah rasio utang. Keadaan profitabilitas Marsalia secara keseluruhan menunjukkan perkembangan yang baik.
