Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran lebih jelas tentang topik desain kuasi eksperimen yang membedakannya dengan penelitian ekperimen murni. Menggunakan metode literatur review, dengan sumber data sekunder dari buku, hasil penelitian maupun sumber lainnya. Penelitian eksperimen semu atau eksperimen kuasi pada dasarnya sama dengan penelitian eksperimen murni. Quasi Ekperimen lahir karena adanya faktor sulitnya mengontrol variabel lain dalam penelitian sosial khusunya dalam hal ini dikelas. Dalam keadaan seperti ini kaidah kaidah dalam penelitian eksperimen murni tidak dapat dipenuhi secara utuh, karena pengendalian variabel yang terkait subjek penelitian tidak dapat dilakukan sepenuhnya, sehingga penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan intact group. Ada beberapa jenis desain penelitian semu atau kuasi eksperimen antara lain Times Series Design, Single Subject Design, Control Time Series Design, Separate Sample pretest-postest”,  Intact Group Comparison dan Non-Equivalent Control Group Design.

Abstract

Dunia saat ini mengalami masa yang di sebut VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complexity and Ambiguity)  artinya berubah sangat cepat, ketidakpastian, komplesitas dan ketidakjelasan. Seiring dengan hal tersebut beberapa kemampuan/skill yang dibutuhkan menurut World Economic Forum merilis 10 skill yang mutlak dibutuhkan para pekerja untuk bisa menghadapi perubahan, terutama adanya era Industry 4.0. Kemampuan/skill tersebut antara lain pemecahan masalah yang komplek, berpikir kritis,kreativitas, mamajemen manusia, koordinasi dengan orang lain, kecerdasan emosional, penilaian dan pegambilan keputusan, berorientasi pada servis, negosiasi dan fleksibilitas kognitif. Secara umum tujuan pendidikan adalah untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik sehingga mampu menghadapi setiap kondisi dalam kehidupannya. Pengembangan potensi peserta didik memerlukan respon yang tidak hanya mengetahui serta memahami sebuah persoalan. Lebih dari itu pegembangan potensi peserta didik juga harus menyasasr kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Di dalam taksonomi Bloom kita mengenal adanya level kemampuan mulai dari LOTS, MOTS dan HOTS. Yang termasuk kedalam level HOTS adalah menganalisis, megevaluasi dan mengkreasi. Artikel ini di tulis dengan tujuan memberikan sedikit  pemahaman tentang bagaimana HOTS dalam perspektif penilaian, teknik dalam membuat soal HOTS.

Abstract

This study critically assesses the integrated technical training program for the juvenile criminal justice system, conducted by the national police education and training institute in Indonesia. The research employs a mixed-method approach, utilizing an explanatory sequential design and applying the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, involving 62 participants. Content validity is maintained through expert input, with the Aiken v formula employed for result analysis. Credibility is affirmed through a focus group discussion. The study aims to evaluate the program’s impact on the rights of Indonesian children in legal conflicts. Findings indicate participants’ satisfaction and high motivation at level 1 (reaction), while levels 2, 3, and 4 reveal a positive impact on protecting the rights of children involved in legal conflicts. The research highlights the need for a larger sample size and a more extended measurement period for future investigations. Objectives encompass assessing program impact, learning outcomes, behavioral changes, external organizational impact, and examining the program’s practical contribution to educational research and evaluation, guiding recommendations for future improvements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of learning motivation on the quality of learning outcomes in the Specialization Development Education Program for Women and Children Criminal Investigators at the National Police Education and Training Center. Using a qualitative approach with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, this study found that learning motivation has a significant influence on participants' success in absorbing training materials. The main findings indicate that intrinsic motivation—such as a sense of responsibility, concern for victims, and commitment to duty—is the dominant factor that drives active participant involvement. On the other hand, extrinsic motivation such as institutional incentives and support from superiors act as a booster for learning enthusiasm. A conducive learning environment, contextual teaching methods such as case studies and simulations, and support from instructors and colleagues also strengthen the effect of motivation on learning outcomes. This study confirms the relevance of the Self-Determination theory, learning ecology, and social learning in the context of police education. The results of this study contribute to the design of curriculum, instructor training, and institutional policies that are oriented towards improving the quality of training for police investigators, especially in handling cases of violence against women and children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur yang menganalisis dan mengkaji hasil dari berbagai jenis penelitian sebelumnya yang memiliki tema yang relevan. Di latar belakangi oleh situasi pandemi covid 19 yang mengharuskan pemerintah mengeluarkan setiap anggaran secara ketat terhadap Program Diklat khususnya Diklat Aparatur Negara guna menghindari defisi anggaran. Evalusi model Kirkpatrick Plus perhitungan Return on Training Invesment (RoTI)  di nilai langkah yang tepat dalam menyaring program Diklat pada sitausi Pandemi. Berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi model Kirkpatrik beserta perhitungan Return on Training Invesmnet (RoTI) dapat memotret secara lengkap dan akurat seberapa besar efektivitas dan efisiensi sebuah pelatihan. Karena seyogyanya setiap angaran yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah melalui APBN/APBD harus dimanfaatkan sebesar besarnya bagi  masyarakat dan memiliki nilai timbal balik terhadap Lembaga itu sendiri. Return on Training Invesment memberikan gambaran pengembalian investasi program Diklat yang nyata dan jelas terhadap anggaran yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah atau organisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze systematically and in depth how Big Data is implemented in the public sector. The research method uses a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. The stages in the literature review using the PRISMA technique are identification, screening, equity and inclusion. Bibliometric Analysis is used to see research trends and their relationship with other studies. Search articles using a database of internationally reputed journals such as elsevier, springer, francis and taylor and wiley published from 2015 to 2021. Processing of bibliometric analysis using the Vos Viewer device. Based on the Publish and Perish search, 473 articles related to the research theme were generated. The results show that the application of big data in the public sector can improve the performance of government employees, increase efficiency and optimization of the bureaucracy and big data in the smallholder agricultural sector can answer the challenges of food production.

Abstract

This article aims to provide a more complete and comprehensive picture of training program evaluation. The method used in writing is descriptive analysis. That currently most people want a more complex and different differentiation of training evaluation. Return on Training Investment can provide an alternative in calculating the impact of training conducted by an institution or company.
