Abstract

Sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth) merupakan tumbuhan yang memiliki pertumbuhan invasif yang sulit dikendalikan dan dapat merusak ekosistem lingkungan alami. Upaya pengendalian sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth) dengan memanfaatkannya sebagai pupuk organik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kandungan unsur hara pada tumbuhan sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth) dan mengetahui kadar unsur hara pada tumbuhan sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Mulawarman. Sampel yang diteliti terdiri dari tumbuhan sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth) yaitu daun (100 gram), batang (100 gram) dan akar (100 gram). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tumbuhan sembung rambat (Mikania micranthaKunth) pada daun, batang dan akar memiliki kandungan unsur hara makro dan mikro yang berpotensi sebagai pupuk organik. Kandungan unsur hara makro pada daun terdiri dari C-Organik 46,34%, N 4,32%, P 0,31%, K 1,48%, Ca 0,58%, Mg 0,25% dan Na  0,22%, batang yaitu C-Organik 48,4%, N 1,57%, P 0,26%, K 1,92%, Ca 0,15%, Mg 0,09% dan Na 0,25%, dan akar yaitu C-Organik 19,04%, N 2,22%, P 0,26%, K 2,38%, Ca 0,31%, Mg 0,19% dan Na 0,32%. Kandungan unsur hara mikro pada daun terdiri dari Fe 0,07%, Mn 28,14 mg∕kg, Cu 17,90 mg∕kg dan Zn 49,13 mg∕kg, batang yaitu Fe 0,08%, Mn 13,32 mg∕kg, Cu 76,1 mg∕kg dan Zn 11,38 mg∕kg, dan akar yaitu Fe 1,09%, Mn 80,56 mg∕kg, Cu 24,75 mg∕kg dan Zn 52,64 mg∕kg.Kata Kunci: Pupuk organik, Sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth), Unsur hara

Abstract

The study was intended for: 1).to know the results of validation of Flipped Classroom learning strategy to improve the results of students' cognitive learning on XI grade in SMAK Santo Fransiskus Assisi Samarinda. 2). to know the effectiveness of the development of Flipped Classroom learning strategy to improve the results of students' cognitive learning on XI grade in SMAK Santo Fransiskus Assisi Samarinda. This development research refers to development measures with the model Thiagarajan & Semmel. The design of the development is grouped over 3 comprehensive development procedures: (a) define stages (definition) (b) design stages (design) and (c) development stages (development). The product's test consists of validation tests conducted by both study and linguistics specialists and product assessments conducted through the 2 stages the control class  test to 31 students of XI grade and experimental class testing to 31 students of XI grade in SMAK Santo Fransiskus Assisi Samarinda. Data collection uses interview,observation,questionnaire for linguists and test text instruments. The study (1) resulted in Flipped Classroom learning device (2) the product produced effectively improves the cognitive value of students of XI grade in SMAK Santo Fransiskus Assisi Samarinda as a study result,shown that the pretest average of 52.48 increased in a post test of 56.38 to the control class while 53.83 increased at the post test level of 87.37. And testing t independent t test of 0.467 > 0.05,this proves that there is no significant difference between control class and experiment class during learning using Flipped Classroom to improve students' cognitive learning on Biology of XI grade in SMAK Santo Fransiskus Assisi Samarinda.

Abstract

The background of this research is that some teachers only know the term regional potential but cannot explain the exact meaning of dar regional potential-based learning. So that the teacher has not been able to pour it in a learning process that is supported by a learning model cooperative to improve learning outcomes. Hence this study aims to: 1) To develop regional potential-based learning tools through guided inquiry, 2) To find out the feasibility of developing war equipment regional potential-based learning through guided inquiry to improve Cognitive learning outcomes of Biology Science students at SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. 3) For know the effectiveness of regional potential-based learning tools through guided inquiry to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of Science Biology Junior High School Students Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. This development research refers todevelopment steps with the Thiagarajan model. By design The development is grouped into 3 development procedures includes: (a) the define stage (definition), (b) the design stage (design), and (c) the stage development (development). Product testing consists of validation tests that are carried out by learning device experts and linguists as well as device feasibility testing learning. Collecting data using observation guidelines and questionnaires for device experts, languages and practitioners an average of 61,07 with qualifications less worthy to be 89,76 with very decent qualifications, which means this device is very feasible to use. This research resulted in (1) regional potential-based learning tools through guided inquiry, (2) the resulting devices increased the results. students' cognitive learning with the difference in the percentage gain score test of the control class and experimental class with very good category 11%, good 14% and enough well -25%. The average value of student learning outcomes for the control class was 44,78 to be 78,14, while the average value for the experimental class was 54,5 to 82,32. As has been proven that the value of class learning outcomes experiment is higher than the control class can be seen in the independent t-testl sig.2-tailed with a number of 0,030 < 0,05. Comparison of t count to the t table of 2,234>1,70329. Abstract

Pupuk organik cair ialah pupuk yang kandungan bahan kimianya berupa unsur hara makro dan mikro, sehingga dapat menyediakan jumlah hara yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Pupuk organik cair dibuat dari kotoran hewan dan daun yang telah diuraikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan susu kedelai dan daun eceng gondok terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit. Jenis penelitian berupa kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, dimana daun eceng gondok di timbang dan di potong lalu di campurkan dengan susu kedelai dan air dengan perbandingan 1 : 2. Setelah didiamkan selama 10 hari, dilakukan pengenceran dengan berbagai taraf konsentrasi dan diberikan secara berkala yakni 2 kali selama masa penelitian pada tanaman cabai rawit. Hasil dari penelitian pada perhitungan tinggi tanaman menunjukkan pemberian 200 ml/liter sebesar 45 cm. Pada perhitungan jumlah daun pemberian 200 ml/liter sebanyak 247. Pada perhitungan jumlah buah menunjukkan pemberian 200ml/liter sebanyak 27 buah. Hasil penelitian mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa pupuk organik cair susu kedelai dan eceng gondok diberikan dalam dosis 200 mililiter per liter hasilnya menampilkan yang paling baik dalam perhitungan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan buah tanaman cabai rawit.
