Abstract

Hadirnya kurikulum merdeka sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran paradigma baru, dimana kurikulum Merdeka Belajar ialah kurikulum dengan pembelajaran intrakurikuler. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi tahapan dan problematika yang dialami dalam pembuatan perencanaan kurikulum merdeka di TK Negeri Kelapa Lima Kupang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat problematika yang dialami guru saat menyiapkan perencanaan kurikulum merdeka yaitu keterbatasan guru dalam menganalisis alur tujuan pembelajaran, keterbatasan guru dalam menyiapkan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan berdiferensiasi, serta keterbatasan guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar projek profil pancasila. Diskusi dan kolaborasi antara kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua menjadi solusi yang diberikan guru dalam mengatasi keterbatasan yang ada dalam proses perencanaan kurikulum merdeka. Kata Kunci: Problematika; Perencanaan; Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This research sought to find out the importance of breakfast habit on the activeness of children aged 5-6 years. This research was conducted in Hindu Saraswati Kindergarten of Kupang. The research subjects were parents and teachers in Hindu Saraswati Kindergarten of Kupang. The research data were collected through interview and documentation techniques, and then analyzed descriptively. From the results of this research regarding the importance of breakfast habit on the activeness of children aged 5-6 years in Hindu Saraswati Kindergarten of Kupang, it was revealed that breakfast is very important for the activeness of children aged 5-6 years. Children who eat breakfast are more active in doing all their activities. Their activeness can be seen from several aspects, including courage, participation, creativity, and independence.

Abstract

The Sekolah Penggerak Program launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia aims to improve the quality of education by accelerating schools to become drivers of positive change. This program focuses on the development of students' literacy, numeracy, and character through training for principals and teachers. Its implementation is carried out through stages of preliminary studies, method identification, workshops, and evaluation. The main challenges in this program include teachers' lack of understanding of the Independent Curriculum and limited facilities. However, ongoing training and support from school leaders are crucial for the program's success. The results show an increase in the competence of teachers and principals in implementing the curriculum, which positively impacts the quality of education and student learning outcomes. This program is expected to be a catalyst for transforming the education system in Indonesia, creating an inclusive and high-quality educational ecosystem.

Abstract

The assessment conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic reflects the low knowledge and understanding of parents in assessing learning in ECCE. Learning that was originally in school was transferred to learning at home, which creates difficulties for parents, especially in relation to filling out assessment forms during the learning period at home, and most parents carry out subjective assessments during the learning period at home. The assessment from parents has not been based on the reality that happens to children, this will certainly have a major impact on the communication of children's learning assessment results. The purpose of this activity is to broaden parents' knowledge and understanding and balance parents' and teachers' opinions on ECCE learning assessment. The method used in this activity is an adult approach, specifically through training. There were 39 participants who participated in this activity. This training material explains how to assess learning in ECCE, how to create an assessment format, and how to complete the assessment format. The results of the test analysis showed that parents' knowledge and understanding of ECCE learning assessments increased by 53.33%. The participants' knowledge and comprehension score, which was initially 35.64%, increased to 89.48%. This indicates that this training was successfully carried out to increase parents' knowledge and understanding of ECCE learning assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan guru dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar anak usia dini di TK Citra Bangsa Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian guru kelas B3. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar anak. Strategi tersebut mencakup keterampilan pengelolaan kelas, seperti mempersiapkan anak sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, membuat kesepakatan kelas, mengatur posisi duduk, memanfaatkan waktu belajar secara efektif, mengembalikan konsentrasi anak yang menurun, serta mengelola perilaku yang mengganggu. Selain itu, guru juga menggunakan keterampilan memberikan penguatan melalui pemberian pujian dan tepuk hebat, serta menerapkan variasi metode pembelajaran seperti bernyanyi, tanya jawab, dan diskusi. Guru turut menggunakan berbagai media pembelajaran, antara lain video pembelajaran, buku cerita bergambar, bahan loose parts, kartu angka, dan kartu huruf.
