Abstract

Abstract. Aggressivity is a destructive behavior which can be done by anyone and anywhere. The purpose of this study to examine the relationship between stress and family support with aggressiveness at wife who underwent a long-distance marriage.  The subject of this study were 53 wives who underwent a long-distance marriage which have child at least one person. The data was collected using Aggressivity scale, stress scale and the scale of family support. The collected data were analyzed with a statistical technique of regression analysis and then parcial correlation. Results of regression analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between stress and family support with Aggressivity, with the effective contribution of stres and family support respectively by 23,07 % dan 45,03 %. By partial, stress variable did not correlated with aggressivity, but the family support variables significantly negatively correlated with aggressivity.Keywords : stress, family support, aggressiveness

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode mental Imagery terhadap Teknik Guntingan para atlet, dan tingkat keberhasilan antara metode mental imagery dan teknik guntingan atlet perisai diri MTs Negeri Kupang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Pra Eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian Quasi eksperimen. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Atlet Perisai Diri MTs Negri Kupang karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh untuk menentukan sampel. Selanjutnya untuk mendapatkan data penelitin penulis menggunakan teknik Observasi. Hasil penelitian data disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari uji pretest dan posttest dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dan mendapatkan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa penerapan metode mental imagery berpengaruh terhadap teknik guntinggan dengan memperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 12,932 > t tabel 1,761.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan mengambil sampel jenuh atau total sampling sebanyak 46 orang tua yang mendaftarkan balitanya pada Posyandu Desa Bijeli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi orang tua berada pada kategori positif dengan persentase 58.7%. Namun, ayah memiliki persepsi yang negatif dibandingkan persepsi ibu. Kategori negatif tertinggi dari persepsi ayah ditunjukkan pada aspek penilaian dan sikap (60.9%), kemudian diikuti aspek pemahaman (56.5%), sedangkan aspek tanggapan ayah berada pada kategori positif (60.9%). Di sisi lain, aspek tanggapan dan pemahaman ibu berada pada kategori postif masing-masing 78.3% dan 73.9%, akan tetapi sikap dan penilaian ibu juga berada pada kategori negatif yaitu 52.2%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka orang tua terutama ayah direkomendasikan untuk memberikan perhatian terhadap DDTK anak karena tumbuh kembang anak merupakan tanggung jawab dari kedua belah pihak

Abstract

Parenting is one of the most important responsibilities that someone could bear as a parent, probably the most burdensome too. Regardless, several questions are still left unanswered by Indonesian scientists, what are the field of studies related to parenting? What are the problems emanating from the practice of parenting and their solutions? What are the strategic steps one can take as psychology scientist or practitioner to improve parenting in Indonesia? This study examined the application of scoping review to provide responses for aforementioned questions. Just like the way a cartographer map an area in order to advance civilization, a scoping review is meant to enlighten future researchers with the answers on “what has been done?”. Five databases were searched in this review, 94 articles were discovered to undergo further rigorous selection, and 16 chosen articles were charted and analyzed accordingly. Finding shows that education, health, and psychology were the field of studies associated with high quality parenting research in Indonesia. Problems in child’s development caused by bad parenting attracted most researchers’ attention. Solutions provided were unique to each study’s context and hard to generalize. Finally, it is suggested that psychologists’ involvement in national parenting program is inevitable, and should start from today.

Abstract

Workshop atau pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah guru-guru TK/KB Mitra PGPAUD dalam memahami proses Deteksi Dini Tumbuh Kembang Anak (DDTK) seperti cara memilih alat timbangan dan meteran badan yang tepat dan valid, cara mengukur dan cara menganalisis baik secara offline maupun online. Tahapan pelaksanaan workshop ini berlangsung dari tahap (1) studi pendahuluan; (2) identifikasi metode; (3) pelaksanaan kegiatan; dan (4) evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, demonstrasi, dan resitasi. Workshop dilakukan dalam satu hari dengan melibatkan lima orang staf dosen PGPAUD, tiga orang mahasiswa PGPAUD, 25 guru TK/KB sebagai peserta dan empat orang narasumber yang tediri dari 2 orang tenaga kesehatan dari PUSKESMAS Bakunase, Kupang, NTT, satu orang staf dosen PGPAUD, FKIP, UNDANA, dan salah satu staf Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi NTT. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu berjalannya workshop ini dengan optimal dan berkembangnya beberapa ketrampilan guru seperti mampu memilih alat pengukuran yang tepat, mengetahui cara mengukur, cara membaca hasil, cara menganalisis dan menetapkan status gizi anak dari hasil analisis yang ada.

Abstract

Parents are responsible for directing their children's education from an early age. Such opinion becomes the reason how parents perceive PAUD institution and influences their motivation to send their children to school. This research, which was conducted for 6 months, aimed to examine whether there is a correlation between perception of PAUD institution and the motivation of parents to send their children to school. The hypothesis proposed in research was there is a correlation between perceptions of PAUD institution with motivation of parents to send their children to school. The data were collected using online questionnaire of Google form, by sending the link to 255 respondents in Kupang City. The data were then analyzed using the Correlational Product Moment (Spearman's rho) formula. The research results showed that there is a significant correlation between perception of PAUD institution and motivation of parents to send their children to school. This is evidenced by the calculated r value of 0.968 with r product moment value of 0.138 (0.968> 0.138), so it can be concluded that when the perception of PAUD institution is positive, the motivation of parents to send their children to school would increase. This finding needs to be reviewed qualitatively to produce more in-depth data.

Abstract

Abstrak: Mitra program sekolah penggerak masih belum memahami secara utuh dan maksimal terkait dengan pengelolaan asesmen dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar. Hal ini terkonfirmasi juga di dalam kegiatan Project Management Office (PMO) level sekolah yang dilakukan setiap bulan. Kegiatan PMO bertujuan untuk memantau progres dan keberlanjutan satuan. Kegiatan lokakarya ini bertujuan memaksimalkan pemahaman pendidik PAUD terkait dengan pengelolaan asesmen dalam kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah lokakarya dengan jumlah mitra 19 orang yang terdiri dari orang 6 kepala sekolah dan 13 orang guru di kabupaten Sumba Timur. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil lokakarya, maka dengan demikian dapat digambarkan bahwa, 63,25% pemahaman guru dan kepala sekolah baik. Artinya bahwa, kepala sekolah dan guru, sudah menerapkan asesmen dengan melakukan pengembangan terhadap contoh dari kemendikbud sesuai kebutuhan anak. Selanjutna, 31.6% pemahaman kepala sekolah dan pendidik sudah baik. Artinya bahwa, kepala sekolah dan guru sudah melakukan perombangan terhadap asesmen mengikuti contoh dari kemendikbud sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak.Abstract: The driving school program partners still do not fully and optimally understand the management of assessments in the independent learning curriculum. This was also confirmed in the school-level Project Management Office (PMO) activities which are conducted every month. PMO activities aim to monitor the progress and sustainability of the unit. This workshop activity aims to maximize the understanding of PAUD educators related to the management of assessments in the independent curriculum. The method used in carrying out this community service activity was a workshop with 19 partners consisting of 6 school principals and 13 teachers in East Sumba district. Evaluation was carried out using observation and interviews. Based on the results of the workshop, it can be described that 63.25% of teachers and principals understand well. This means that school principals and teachers have implemented assessments by developing examples from the Ministry of Education and Culture according to children's needs. Furthermore, 31.6% understanding of school principals and educators is good. This means that school principals and teachers have made changes to the assessment following the example of the Ministry of Education and Culture according to the needs of the child.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how to organize refereeing in the East Nusa Tenggara Province Futsal Association and how the implementation carried out by the East of Nusa Tenggara Province Futsal Association in terms of planning, This research aims to find out how to organize refereeing in the East Nusa Tenggara Province Futsal Association and also to know how the implementation of the East Nusa Tenggara Province Futsal Association in terms of planning, implementation and supervision of refereeing, especially in Kupang city. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that (1) the organizational structure of the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Futsal Association (AFP) is generally very good. (2) The development of refereeing futsal association estabilish since 2016 until now can be said to have developed very significantly, this can be chosen from the beginning of the formation of an association that did not have a licensed referee but until this time the East Nusa Tenggara Province Futsal Association was a complete failure. Approximately one hundred referees have national level III refereeing licenses and thirty National Lenvel referees in East Nusa Tenggara. (3) Planning management carried out by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Futsal Association (AFP) is planning to support futsal coaching through a licensed futsal referee. it can be seen how the association tries to emphasize referees in East Nusa Tenggara Province with various rules so that the referees can run according to the direction of the organization.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak mencapai 5.996 dengan rincian 31% kasus melibatkan anak laki-laki dan 69% melibatkan anak Perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development dengan model yang dikembangkan oleh Borg dan Gall dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui model pengembangan modul edukasi seks untuk anak usia dini. Penelitian ini hanya dilbatasi sampai pada 7 tahap   yaitu, potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, perbaikan desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui model pengembangan modul untuk pendidikan seks anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa validasi materi sebesar 66.66% (Kategori Layak) dan validasi media sebesar 80,40% (Kategori Sangat Layak) sehingga rata-rata validasi sebasar 73,53% yang masuk dalam kategori Layak. Selanjutnya pada uji coba produk yang dilakukan di TK Barunawati Kupang dengan 3 orang guru dan 13 anak mendapatkan rata-rata respon 89,65% (Kategori Sangat Menarik) dengan respon dari guru 89,70% (Kategori Sangat Menarik) dan Respon dari anak 89,61% (Kategori Sangat Menarik). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi sebagai salah satu upaya mengenalkan pendidikan seks pada anak usia dini

Abstract

Abstract English The independent curriculum is learning where children will be stimulated according to their interests, talents and potentials, early childhood learning with the freedom of learning at the PAUD level has the aim of exploring the greatest potential of educators and students. This study used a type of descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 4 principals who were driving schools of Rote Ndao Regency. The data collection method uses interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study showed that the principal's leadership in the implementation of the independent curriculum in Rote Ndao Regency driving schools, as the principal's motivator provided support and enthusiasm for the heads of teachers to accept developing an independent learning curriculum, Principals at driving schools in Rote Ndao Regency also collaborate to improve the development of the independent learning curriculum in this case they collaborate in the preparation of teaching modules and matters related to the independent learning curriculum, the principal also provides training and development, in this case the principal shares good practices and provides ideas related to the independent learning curriculum.
