Javanese is the mother tongue of the Javanese people. Javanese language is not only as a medium of communication but has a noble philosophical value. At this time, some Javanese people, especially young people, do not understand Javanese. They are not able to speak Javanese properly according to Javanese language. Low understanding of Javanese means that Javanese people prefer to use Indonesian rather than Javanese. Javanese language has a value of life, such as manners, politeness, and sincerity. Given the importance of the function of Javanese for the community, the existence of Javanese needs to be preserved. The application design process aims to facilitate the Javanese community, especially young people in learning Javanese so that more Javanese people master Javanese. Some tools used in building applications include Android Studio, Adobe Flash CS 6, and CorelDraw X4. The results of trials that have been done, the application can run well on version 4.2 (Jellybean) and above. The application presents a pretty attractive appearance, easy to use with language that is easy to understand. Kata Kunci: Javanese, Android, Unggah-ungguh, Yogyakarta

Growing need for efficient algorithms for data manipulation, analysis, and intelligent use has been a very active research area in machine learning field. However, some research areas still not fully developed, especially when unbalanced data classification is needed. Datasets with this class imbalance occur because of an unbalanced ratio between one case and another. This class imbalance will be detrimental to data mining because machine learning in data mining has difficulty in classifying minority classes (small instances) correctly. There are several approaches to handling imbalances, one of which is by using the original data sampling method. The first sampling method approach to overcome class imbalance is undersampling which is a method to balance classes by randomly reducing the majority class instances. Over-sampling is a method of balancing class distribution by randomly replicating instances in minority classes.This study presents comparison of over-sampling techniques to overcome problem of class imbalances in datasets with nominal-multi categories features between Adaptive Synthetic-Nominal (ADASYN-N) and Adaptive Synthetic-kNN (ADASYN-KNN) methods. There are seven datasets with nominal-multi categories features which have an unbalanced class distribution. Then the dataset that has been over-sampled with both methods is classified using the Random Forest method. Furthermore, a comparison of the accuracy of the original dataset and the dataset of the ADASYN-N and ADASYN-KNN over-sampling techniques was carried out. Company age and experience are concepts that remain the same. Younger and older companies differ in experience and other aspects. The company's innovation activities change over time and the age of the company reflects the process of growth and accumulation of experience. Age is considered an important determinant of corporate innovation because of its learning effect, which enables mature companies to innovate more effectively as they build on previous routines and capabilities. Over time, companies can not only innovate based on past experience and capabilities, but can also accumulate resources, managerial knowledge, and the ability to handle uncertainty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age on financial performance, as measured by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The results of the regression analysis show that the age of the company has no effect on ROA and ROE. Based on the results of this study, the management of Bank Victoria Syariah should try to increase market share to increase financial performance, for example by intensifying promotions and corporate cooperation.

One of the uses of digital media is e-Catalog, where this media provides various information including lists and product price information. With e-Catalog, disseminating information about a product is easier. One of them is Bakpia which is one of the specialties originating from the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Along with the times, there are many new flavors of bakpia. The purpose of this research is to introduce Bakpia Mino 904 Minomartani using E-Catalog media, including introducing processed bakpia using e-Catalog media, as well as allowing customers to get available product information and making it easier for customers to place product orders online with the HTML, PHP, MySQL platforms., as well as Appserv. The results show that with this system, Bakpia Mino 904 is better known, makes it easier for consumers to order products online, and saves costs in terms of product promotion. Tourism objects in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are quite interesting to visit. By looking at various kinds of tourist objects, both natural tourism and cultural tourism that can be developed into tourism destinations.The media needs of Yogyakarta tourism promotion still need development. With the internet that facilitates cross-information, it is necessary to build a tourism information system in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the form of interactive websites, so that the information presented is more interesting.The website that was built covers all tourism objects in Yogyakarta, contains addresses, location images, and a brief description of sound and text. With this website, visitors are expected to be facilitated in finding information and increasing tourist visits to the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to design a mail archive management system at Kapanewon Mlati to archive government letter data (data of incoming letters, outgoing letters, incoming invitations, and outgoing invitations). With the design of this system, it is hoped that it can be implemented into a storage and archive management system in accordance with their respective fields into the system. The facts of this study indicate that the management of the Kapanewon Mlati archives has not been carried out optimally. This can be seen from the use of agenda books that are not accompanied by disposition sheets, archive storage systems that are still combined, controls that do not use form cards and the existence of damaged and dirty archives. The development of technology is currently becoming information as an important pillar with the operational activities of an institution to achieve goals that are beneficial to the institution. One technology that is currently very useful and is often used is the world wide web or known as the website. Even now the web has penetrated every agency, one of which is government agencies.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world is a phenomenon that has never been predicted before in modern civilization. The increasingly widespread Covid-19 pandemic requires everyone to disciplinedly apply health protocols (use masks, maintain physical distance, wash hands with soap, and stay away from crowds). In addition to maintaining cleanliness, social distancing is the most effective step to avoid contracting Covid-19. A public policy will be effective If the public supports it, Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) are one of the efforts that the Government can take to deal with the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.The current era of information flows quickly spreads to all corners of the world. information through the media in different forms in the form of images, sound, as well as video, as well as in applications. These computer applications are generally in the form of term data processing programs, work sheet data, and media data. Personal computer software is designed to make it easier for users to do things using a personal computer. The global pandemic requires many parties, including educational institutions, to make discoveries on learning media. This study designed a learning application for knowledge literacy about Covid-19, so that it can convey knowledge literacy for the protection and prevention of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The system will be designed using the Macromedia Flash framework or SDK (Application Development Kit) using the ActionScript 3.0 method so that it can run on computer platforms and operating systems.Keywords: Learning Application, Actionscript 3.0, Multi-Platform Application, Literacy, Covid-19.

PT. Fiber Networks Indonesia (FiberNet) is intended to make it easier for service users to overcome FiberNet service disruptions. So, users can directly diagnose symptoms and the system directly provides solutions related to service problems. It is hoped that the system can help users and provide education in solving problems without contacting customer service. The FiberNet service fault diagnosis system is designed and implemented using PHP, MySQL database, Certainty Factor method, and Case-Based Reasoning method. The application of the Certainty Factor method is used to determine the percentage value based on the specified confidence value. The application of the Case-Based Reasoning method is used to compare new cases, old cases, and determine the case of each selected symptom where the highest Certainty Factor percentage value becomes a reference. The application made has five elements of an expert system, namely a knowledge base, database, inference mechanism, user interface, and system implementation where the application can detect symptoms experienced in internet services.
