Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan dan untuk menentukan variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan para pengguna jasa pendidikan pada LPK Bugs Training Center (BTC) Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 50 responden untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis gap dan diagram kartesius digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan dari kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, masih terdapat gap antara harapan serta kinerja. Kata Kunci: kepuasan konsumen, jasa, pendidikan

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the uses of digital media is e-Catalog, where this media provides various information including lists and product price information. With e-Catalog, disseminating information about a product is easier. One of them is Bakpia which is one of the specialties originating from the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Along with the times, there are many new flavors of bakpia. The purpose of this research is to introduce Bakpia Mino 904 Minomartani using E-Catalog media, including introducing processed bakpia using e-Catalog media, as well as allowing customers to get available product information and making it easier for customers to place product orders online with the HTML, PHP, MySQL platforms., as well as Appserv. The results show that with this system, Bakpia Mino 904 is better known, makes it easier for consumers to order products online, and saves costs in terms of product promotion.Keywords: e-Catalog, Bakpia, Information Technology, MySQL, Appserv.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tourism objects in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are quite interesting to visit. By looking at various kinds of tourist objects, both natural tourism and cultural tourism that can be developed into tourism destinations. The media needs of Yogyakarta tourism promotion still need development. With the internet that facilitates cross-information, it is necessary to build a tourism information system in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the form of interactive websites, so that the information presented is more interesting. The website that was built covers all tourism objects in Yogyakarta, contains addresses, location images, and a brief description of sound and text. With this website, visitors are expected to be facilitated in finding information and increasing tourist visits to the Special Region of Yogyakarta.Keywords: information, tourism object, internet, website.

Abstract

ABSTRACTGrowing need for efficient algorithms for data manipulation, analysis, and intelligent use has been a very active research area in machine learning field. However, some research areas still not fully developed, especially when unbalanced data classification is needed. Datasets with this class imbalance occur because of an unbalanced ratio between one case and another. This class imbalance will be detrimental to data mining because machine learning in data mining has difficulty in classifying minority classes (small instances) correctly. There are several approaches to handling imbalances, one of which is by using the original data sampling method. The first sampling method approach to overcome class imbalance is undersampling which is a method to balance classes by randomly reducing the majority class instances. Over-sampling is a method of balancing class distribution by randomly replicating instances in minority classes.This study presents comparison of over-sampling techniques to overcome problem of class imbalances in datasets with nominal-multi categories features between Adaptive Synthetic-Nominal (ADASYN-N) and Adaptive Synthetic-kNN (ADASYN-KNN) methods. There are seven datasets with nominal-multi categories features which have an unbalanced class distribution. Then the dataset that has been over-sampled with both methods is classified using the Random Forest method. Furthermore, a comparison of the accuracy of the original dataset and the dataset of the ADASYN-N and ADASYN-KNN over-sampling techniques was carried out.Keywords: ADASYN-KNN, ADASYN-N, class imbalance, nominal, multi-category, over-sampling

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to design a mail archive management system at Kapanewon Mlati to archive government letter data (data of incoming letters, outgoing letters, incoming invitations, and outgoing invitations). With the design of this system, it is hoped that it can be implemented into a storage and archive management system in accordance with their respective fields into the system.The facts of this study indicate that the management of the Kapanewon Mlati archives has not been carried out optimally. This can be seen from the use of agenda books that are not accompanied by disposition sheets, archive storage systems that are still combined, controls that do not use form cards and the existence of damaged and dirty archives.The development of technology is currently becoming information as an important pillar with the operational activities of an institution to achieve goals that are beneficial to the institution. One technology that is currently very useful and is often used is the world wide web or known as the website. Abstract

Perkembangan aplikasi e-commerce mengalami kemajuan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Aplikasi e-commerce memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih mudah, nyaman, dan personal bagi pengguna. Fitur-fitur seperti pencarian produk yang efisien, ulasan pelanggan, rekomendasi produk dan keamanan pembayaran. Shopee adalah salah satu platform ecommerce yang populer di Indonesia dan memberikan pengguna akses yang mudah untuk berbelanja secara online dengan berbagai pilihan produk dan penawaran menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis sentimen pengguna aplikasi Shopee berdasarkan data ulasan yang di dapat dari situs website google play menggunakan metode Naive Bayes Classifier dan K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) untuk mengklasifikasikan ulasan berdasarkan komentar sentimen positif, sentimen negatif dan sentiment netral. Hasil penelitian dengan menerapkan metode Naive Bayes Classifier di dapat nilai akurasi sebesar 75.97%, dengan prediksi komentar positif sebesar 742, komentar negative 519 dan komentar netral sebesar 86. Dan metode K-Nearest Neighbor nilai akurasi sebesar 16.69%, dengan prediksi komentar positif sebesar 154, komentar negative 80 dan komentar netral sebesar 62. Analisis Sentimen aplikasi shopee berdasarkan komentar pengguna google play store menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen baik di lihat dari besarnya nilai respon komentar positif berdasarkan hasil perhitungan machine learning yang sudah dilakukan.

Abstract

Penerapan Teknologi Informasi berbasis komputer menjadi pilihan utama karena mampu memenuhi kebutuhan informasi dengan sistem yang praktis dan efisien tanpa meninggalkan aspek keakuratan, ketepatan, serta kesesuaian. Oleh karena itu membangun sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran ensiklopedia dapat dijadikan pilihan sebagai solusi untuk memudahkan siswa memahami suatu fenomena kehidupan sehari-hari dengan visualisasi dan penjelasan yang diberikan. Pembelajaran ensiklopedia juga diimplementasikan ke dalam multimedia yang menarik. Untuk membangun suatu aplikasi berbasis multimedia sebagai media pengetahuan tentang fenomena kehidupan sehari-hari yang ditujukan untuk anak usia belajar, diperlukan data dan informasi yang valid dan relevan sehingga dapat dibuat suatu aplikasi yang menarik, mendidik dan mudah dipahami sesuai dengan anak usia belajar. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan diagram HIPO. Dengan adanya media pengetahuan tentang fenomena kehidupan sehari- hari berbasis multimedia ini diharapkan anak-anak tidak merasa bosan dan malas lagi untuk belajar tentang fenomena kehidupan sehari-hari yang terkadang terjadi di lingkungan sekitarnya, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan semangat belajar pada ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam tahap pembuatannya, aplikasi ini dibangun dengan dengan tiga software utama yaitu Macromedia Flash 8 sebagai pembuat halaman-halaman isi dari aplikasi ini, Microsoft Visio 2007 sebagai software untuk pembuatan proses hierarki dan Adobe Audition 1.5 untuk merekam narasi yang ditambahkan pada animasi yang dibuat

Abstract

The development of technology is presently getting information as an important pillar with the functional exertion of an institution to achieve pretensions that are salutary to the institution. One technology presently truly useful and constantly used is the World Wide Web known as the website. Indeed, now the web has entered every agency, including government agencies.This study aimed to design a correspondence library operation system at Kapanéwon Mlati for library government letter data (data on incoming letters, gregarious letters, incoming appointments, and gregarious appointments). With the design of this system, it's hoped that it can be executed into storage and library operation systems in agreement with their separate fields in the system.Data from this study indicates that the operation of the Kapanéwon Mlati libraries has not been carried out optimally. This can be seen from the use of program books that are not accompanied by disposition wastes, library storage systems that are still combined, controls that do not use form cards, and the actuality of damaged and dirty libraries, with this application, is hoped that can achieve efficiency and effectiveness in managing mail archives by implementing a mail archive management information system to provide ease of archiving mail archive data in Kapanéwon Mlati.

Abstract

This community service program aims to address the challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in enhancing digital promotion strategies and increasing product appeal. The partner, Geblek Maknyuss MSME, located in Kranggan, Galur, Kulon Progo, Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), experienced limitations in digital marketing skills, particularly in producing engaging visual content and effectively utilizing information technology. To overcome these challenges, the program focused on developing audiovisual promotional media and strengthening the product brand identity. The implementation methods included field surveys, participatory discussions, storyboard design, documentation of production processes, video editing, and the creation of printed promotional materials such as logos, banners, standing banners, and stickers. The program’s output consisted of an economic tutorial video showcasing the production process and product branding, along with printed materials that could be used for marketing purposes. This initiative enhanced the partner’s ability to utilize digital platforms for promotion, expanded market reach, and provided students with practical experience in applying academic knowledge. Collaboration between academia and MSME is key to fostering sustainable local economic growth.Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan mitra Usaha Mikro, Kecil, serta Menengah (UMKM) dalam meningkatkan strategi promosi digital serta daya tarik produk. Mitra, UMKM Geblek Maknyuss di Kranggan, Galur, Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), menghadapi keterbatasan keterampilan pemasaran digital dalam hal konten visual yang kurang menarik serta belum optimal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut mencakup pembuatan media promosi audiovisual, serta penguatan identitas merek produk. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan meliputi survei lapangan, diskusi partisipatif, perancangan storyboard, dokumentasi proses produksi, penyuntingan video, serta pengembangan media cetak (logo, banner, stand banner, serta stiker). Hasil kegiatan berupa video tutorial ekonomi yang memperlihatkan proses produksi, branding produk, serta media cetak pendukung yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan pemasaran. Program ini meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam menerapkan ilmu akademik. Kolaborasi antara akademisi serta UMKM menjadi kunci dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis berbagai aspek yang mempengaruhi pengalaman pengguna, fungsionalitas, dan dampak sosial platform ini dalam konteks pengundangan acara secara digital. Metode evaluasi menggunakan pendekatan pengguna, di mana pengalaman pengguna dari berbagai aspek seperti navigasi, desain antarmuka, optimasi pengalaman pengguna, dan fungsionalitas akan dievaluasi. Hasil tinjauan ini akan memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembang sistem komputer interaktif untuk memperbaiki atau mengembangkan platform serupa, serta memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang cara memanfaatkan layanan Evite.com dalam konteks organisasi acara digital.
