Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengembangan Objek Wisata Kolam Renang Graha Melati di Cikadut, Kelurahan Karangpamulang, Kecamatan Mandalajati, Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah suatu analisa yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan maupun memecahkan suatu masalah yang diteliti secara sistematis, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya Kondisi Sapta Pesona yang mendukung namun kurangnya dari segi keindahan, serta fasilitas yang dimiliki Graha Melati dapat menunjang kegiatan wisat dan mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengembangan objek wisata kolam renang Graha Melati. Berdasarkan hasil IFAS dan EFAS dan berdasarkan hasil posisi diagram SWOT, kolam renang Graha Melati berada di kuadran I yang dimana artinya objek wisata tersebut memiliki kekuatan yang besar dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Sehingga strategi yang pengembangan yang tepat adalah strategi S-O diantaranya: 1). Meningkatkan atau menambahkan fasilitas yang baru dan menarik untuk dikunjungi guna meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan; 2). Mengembangkan dan Meningkatkan akses lokasi serta melengkapi prasarana yang ada; 3). Meningkatkan hubungan kerja sama baik itu kerjasama kemitraan, Pemerintah daerah maupun Masyarakat guna lebih mengoptimalkan pengembangan kolam renang Graha Melati; 4). Memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kondisi sapta pesona yang ada guna menarik dan memberikan rasa kenyamanan bagi pengunjung wisatawan The purpose of this research to find out the strategy for developing the Graha Melati swimming pool attraction in Cikadut, Karang Pamulang Village, Mandalajati District, Bandung City. This research uses type descriptive qualitative research is an analysis that is used to describe or solve a problem that is researched systematically, by used data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is a Sapta Pesona condition that supports but lacks in terms of beauty, as well as the facilities owned by Graha Melati can support tourism activities and knowing internal and external factors aims to determine the extent of the development of the Graha Melati swimming pool attraction. Based on the results of IFAS and EFAS and based on the results of the position of the SWOT diagram, the Graha Melati swimming pool is in quadrant I, which means that the tourist attraction has great power by taking advantage of existing opportunities. So that the right development strategy is the S-O strategy including: 1). Improve or add new and interesting facilities to visit in order to increase tourist visits; 2). Develop and improve location access and complement existing infrastructure; 3). Improve cooperative relations, both partnerships, local governments and the community in order to further optimize the development of the Graha Melati swimming pool; 4). repair and improve the existing conditions of Sapta Pesona in order to attract and provide a sense of comfort for tourists.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tumbuhnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya sayuran organik menjadikan pertanian organik menarik perhatian bagi produsen juga konsumen, sehingga berdampak memiliki daya tarik wisata. Masyarakat lebih menyukai tanaman organik kalaupun harganya lebih mahal, karena masyarakat menyadari tentang pentingnya kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan nilai daya tarik wisata pada tanaman sayuran organik, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengambilan data dilakukan kepada delapan orang informan petani dan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai daya tarik wisata pada tanaman organik Kampung Cigiringsing dibangun oleh keaslian sayuran organik yang hijau dan rindang dengan lingkungan alam yang sejuk, kemenarikan tergambar melalui aliran air kali yang bersih bebas dari limbah memberikan kesejukan pada lahan tanaman, keberagaman tergambar dari jenis sayuran yang bervariasi dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru bagi pengunjung, keunikan tergambar dari daya tahun sayuran, rasa yang lebih enak, suasana lingkungan dengan udara segar, terhindar dari pestisida, kebersihan tergambar dari lingkungan terbebas dari polusi udara dan air sehingga memberikan kesegaran, keindahan dan kenyamanan serta keamanan tergambar dari rasa aman wisatawan yang berkunjung ke lahan tanaman serta keamanan masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi sayuran. ABSTRACT Growing public awareness of the importance of organic vegetables makes organic farming attract attention to producers as well as consumers so that they have tourism attraction. People prefer organic plants even if they are more expensive, because people are aware of the importance of health. The purpose of this study was to explain the value of tourist attraction in organic vegetable plants, using a qualitative descriptive method, data collection was carried out on eight farmer and consumer informants. The results showed that the value of tourist attraction in the organic plants of Kampung Cigiringsing was built by the authenticity of green and shady organic vegetables with a cool natural environment, the attractiveness is illustrated through the flow of clean river water free of waste providing coolness to the plant land, the diversity depicted from the various types of vegetables can provide new knowledge for visitors, the uniqueness is reflected in the vegetable year's power, the taste is better, the environmental atmosphere with fresh air, avoided from pesticides, cleanliness is reflected in the environment free from air and water pollution so as to provide freshness, beauty and comfort as well as security is reflected in the sense of security of tourists visiting the plantation area and the safety of the community in consuming vegetables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital, adaptabilitas, dan self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja Generasi Z, khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 110 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan adaptabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, sementara self-efficacy berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, adaptabilitas memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

Customer Loyalty is one of the crucial factors in increasing and decreasing sales within a company. Through the quality of service, brand image, and useful product innovation, the company is expected to increase customer loyalty, so it is expected to increase the company's sales. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image, and product innovation on the customer loyalty of Guitar Genta at PT Genta Tri Karya. The research method used was a survey method with descriptive and verification research types. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The results showed that service quality is partially positive and not significantly affecting customer loyalty. Brand image is partially positive and not significant, and product innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. However, service quality, brand image, and product innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of Guitar Genta customers at PT Genta Tri Karya.
