Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan media bola plastik terhadap hasil belajar sepak sila dalam pembelajaran sepak takraw. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Bentuk desain eksperimen menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X sebanyak 33 orang. Dari hasil penelitia yang dilakukan ternyata terdapat pengaruh yang menunjukan peningkatan teknik dasar sepak sila sebesar 24,48 %. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada media pembelajaran bola plastik terhadap hasil belajar sepak sila. Hal ini berdasarkan dari hasil tes sepak sila setelah diberi perlakuan (treatment), dimana mean posttest lebih besar dari mean pretest (17,5 > 14,3), hal ini berarti bahwa hasil belajar sepak sila pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak mengalami peningkatan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan bola plastik dapat diterapkan untuk pembelajaran sepak sila.Kata kunci: bola plastik, hasil sepak sila sepak takraw Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of plastic ball media approach to learning outcomes soccer learning principles in sepak takraw. The method used in this study is experimental. Shape design of experiments using a one - group pretest - posttest design. The population in this study were all students of class X as many as 33 people. From the results it turns out empirically conducted that show there are significant increase in the basic techniques of soccer precepts of 24.48 % . Thus this hypothesis is accepted. The results of data analysis showed a significant difference in learning media plastic ball on learning outcomes football precepts. It is based on the results of tests soccer precepts after treated ( treatment), where the mean is greater than the mean posttest pretest ( 17.5 > 14.3 ), this means that the learning outcomes of football precepts in class X SMA 6 Pontianak experience increase. Therefore, the use of media with plastic balls can be applied to learning soccer precepts. Keywords : plastic ball , please sepak takraw football results

Abstract

Accuracy analysis of replenishment diagnosis codes on the document medical records is very important because if the diagnosis code is not right or not in accordance with the ICD-10, it can cause a decline in the quality of care in hospitals as well as the influence of data, information reporting, and accuracy rates of INA-CBG's that are currently used as a method of payment for patient care. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accuracy of diagnosis codes acute gastroenteritis disease in hospitalized patients by medical record documents in the first quarter of 2015 in the Balung Hospital Jember. This research used qualitative data. Acquisition of data from this study through interviews and observations. Results obtained from the observation of medical record documents at the inpatient unit in the first quarter 2015 in Balung Hospital Jember, there are some numbers determining the accuracy of disease diagnosis codes as many as 17 medical record documents with acute gastroenteritis illness and the determination of improper diagnosis codes as many as 63 medical records document acute gastroenteritis illness. After analyzing, the cause of the problem is the accuracy of the diagnosis that affects the accuracy of writing code, beside it has never been disseminated to physicians and medical records personnel related to the management of medical records. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out activities that can improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis code and quality of human resources, among others, include doctors and medical records personnel in training and socialization related to the management of medical records. Abstract

Elderly posyandu is an integrated service post for the community elderly in a certain areas that have been agreed, which is driven by the community where they can get health care. The design of this study using a descriptive cross-sectional correlative approach, with variable levels of service satisfaction posyandu elderly and elderly. The population in this study is the elderly who live in the Village I Village Sukorambi Krajan RW Sukorambi Jember District. Lansianya amount is 127 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling techniques (simple random sampling). The samples used were as many as 96 elderly people by using simple random sampling technique sampling. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire enclosed with the form of answers to a graduated scale, which is measured at the time of completion of the activity in the elderly posyandu elderly. Based on the analysis of the data processed using spearman rho showed a direct relationship between service satisfaction levels posyandu elderly by the elderly in Hamlet Krajan Work Area Health Center Sukorambi Jember with p-value 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship posyandu elderly with satisfaction levels in elderly Hamlet Village Krajan RW I Sukorambi Work Area Health Center Sukorambi Sukorambi Jember District. Recommendations of this study is posyandu seniors who routinely carried out 1 time a month, can be applied in elderly health care in posyandu elderly.

Abstract

BUMDes atau disebut dengan Badan Usaha Milik Desa, merupakan sebuah platform untuk mengembangkan perekonomian di desa. BUMDes merupakan instrument pemerintah pusat, dalammenciptakan pemerataan pembangunan perekonomian di wilayah desa. Dana desa merupakan salah satu contoh, upaya pemerintah pusat untuk menggerakkan perekonomian desa. UUD RI No. 6 tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, bahwa dana desa merupakan hak bagi masyarakat desa. Menurut RPJMD (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah) Provinsi Jawa Barat, sebanyak 60%, daerah desa menjadi daerah yang rawan dengan kemiskinan. Oleh sebab itu, sebagai langkah strategis Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan, dengan cara menerjukan Patriot Desa, untuk memajukan BUMDes di Desa. Salah satu lokasi petugasan Patriot Desa, berada di Desa Padaasih, Kabupaten Cianjur, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penulisan karya ilmiah, merupakan hasil penelurusan lapangan oleh Patriot Desa atau fasilitator lapangan. Metode penulisan karya ilmiah menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui observasi, wawancara bersama pemerintah setempat, masyarakat desa, pengurus BUMDes, dan pelaku usaha. Dukungan perbankan dalam mendorong BUMDes menjadi sentra perekonomian desa, merupakan langkah strategis, dalam meningkatkan akses perbankan di desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa bila bank dapat bersinergi dengan BUMDes, maka akan memberikan implikasi positif, baik untuk bank maupun BUMDes.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the activity and learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Demak for the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects of this research were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Demak. The type of research carried out was Classroom Action Research (PTK) using two cycles. Data collection techniques include observing the implementation of student learning activities and tests. The instruments used in this research were student learning activity observation sheets and student achievement test sheets. The research results showed that the data on student learning activity results in cycle I reached 72.14% which could be categorized as good, and in cycle II it reached 86.43% in the very good category. Meanwhile, student learning achievement in cycle I, classical completeness achieved by students was 50% and student learning achievement in cycle II with classical completeness achieved by students was 60%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions learning model can increase student activity and learning achievement in class VIII of SMP Negeri 5 Demak in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan  di Rumah Sakit Islam Sunan Kudus. Sistem tersebut dibuat untuk mempermudah pasien yang ingin mendaftarkan untuk mendapatkan nomor antrian secara online. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang dimulai dari menentukan spesifikasi kebutuhan program, desain program, implementasi program, pengujian program dan  tahap terakhir pemeliharaan program. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan web untuk mencatat nomor antrian pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Islam Sunan Kudus seperti nama pasien, kode antrian, nomor hanphone, jenis kelamin, alamat pasien dan nama poliklinik tujuan

Abstract

Inaccuracies in disease diagnosis codes result in inaccurate reports. The results of the preliminary study showed a high rate of code inaccurate (73%). The research aimed to determine the relationship between ability, leadership, reward, motivation and attitude factors on inaccurate inpatient diagnosis codes at HIS Ibnu Sina Hospital, Gresik Regency. This research method uses a cross-sectional approach with the chi-square test. The population used was nurses who coded diagnoses as many as 42 people with a sample of 39 people. The results of observations of inaccurate inpatient diagnosis codes at HIS Ibnu Sina Hospital, Gresik Regency were 49% inaccurate. The results of the attitude factor analysis have a relationship with the inaccurate of inpatient diagnosis codes with P value 0.00 < α (0.05), while the Ability, Leadership, Reward, and Motivation there is no significant relationship with inaccurate inpatient diagnosis codes with P value > α (0.05) at Hospital Information System Ibnu Sina Regional Hospital, Gresik Regency. The suggestion this research is the Hospital Director needs to create a policy regarding the diagnosis input must be carried out by medical recorders, a clear reward and punishment mechanism, monitoring and evaluation by audit team for the number of inaccurate disease diagnosis codes

Abstract

Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is a vegetable plant that is planted to use its fruit as food ingredients, such as fresh vegetables or processed into various types of dishes because of its delicious taste. This study aims to determine the effect of rice washing water on the growth of eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) plant stems. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisting of 3 treatments with 9 replications, namely: P1 (750 ml of rice washing water + 750 ml of plain water); P2 75% (1125 ml of rice washing water + 375 ml of plain water); and P3 100% (1500 rice water). The observed variable was the height of eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) stems. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of giving rice washing water on the growth of eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) plant stems. The best result was in the 3rd treatment with 100% rice washing water, while the treatment using 50% plain water had the lowest result.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perum DAMRI cabang lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi dengan sekala liker. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 234 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik purposive sampling adalah pemilihan sempel yang dilakukan berdasarkan karakteristik atau atribut khusus yang dianggap memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan karakteristik atau atribut populasi yang telah diketahui sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pelatihan kerja, secara silmultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal ini yang ditunjukan oleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (6,990 > 2,74) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu (0,000 < 0,05). Dan Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,241, artinya konstribusi gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pelatihan kerja adalah 24,1%. Sedangkan selisihnys (100-24,1% = 75,9%) dijelaskan oleh faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The inaccuracy of the disease diagnosis code is one of the problem affecting the quality of health services. Based on the preliminary result, 89 outpatient diagnosis codes in a medical record found 30 inaccuracies data from SIMPUS result of general poly at Purwoharjo Health Center. The impact of this inaccuracy has been influenced by the accuracy of disease data that resulted from making report data. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inaccuracy of disease diagnosis codes for outpatient medical records with SIMPUS at Purwoharjo Public Health Center. It was a descriptive study with observation, interviews, and documentation data collection. The object of this study was 95 outpatient medical records with simple random sampling. The result of this research was found 42% inaccuracy code of outpatient medical records with SIMPUS. The cause of these problems was the coder less careful in enforcing the disease diagnosis code because of the high workload of the coder and there’s no job description in SOP, so the advice that can be given to Purwoharo Health Center is to hold a division of tasks evenly and can be written in the SOP job description.
