Abstract

The purpose of the survey is to: (a) identify factors that support employee motivation in DPMD office in Musi Banyuasin Regent; (b). To know and analyze the strate-gies implemented by the office to increase the motivation of employees for the implementation of planned programs. The methods used in this study are qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The research result is 1). The internal factors for improving employee performance in DPMD are a) strengths, (1) number of people, and (2). Improved payroll system. (3). Education, expertise and skills of employees you can trust. (Four). There are empowerment programs and their implementation. b) (1) The weakness of having many employees but not enough office space. (2). Inadequate facilities and infrastructure; (3). classical computer; (4). Far from family on average, less than optimal performance. b). The outside is an opportunity consisting of (a) (1). Career Development Opportunities; Advertising etc. (2). Compete for leadership ratings. (3). Opportunities for further education; (4). Opportunity to do the best you can for career advancement. b) Threats consisting of (1) at least those who participate; (2). Democratic leaders are scarce. (3). Duplication of work due to unclear main tasks. (Four). Restrictions on Procurement of Qualified Persons. 2). In her SO strategy, her strategy to motivate DPMD's employees is to leverage strengths, and professionally trained and trained people to seize opportunities.

Abstract

Kualitas produksi ayam broiler sangat dipengaruhi oleh hasil yang baik dan juga dengan penerapan dari pengaruh aplikasi Lactobacillus salivarius melalui spray pada litter terhadap performa ayam broiler, yang meliputi bobot badan akhir, mortalitas, dan indeks performa. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 19 hari menggunakan 94 ekor ayam broiler strain MB202, yang dibagi menjadi dua perlakuan: P0 (tanpa spray probiotik) dan P1 (dengan spray L. salivarius pada litter). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ayam pada perlakuan P1 memiliki bobot badan akhir lebih tinggi (2,31 kg) dibanding P0 (2,14 kg), nilai FCR lebih efisien pada kandang P1 (1,473) dan P0 (1,568), dan indeks performa lebih tinggi pada kandang P1(455,8) dan P0 (413,4). Namun, tingkat mortalitas pada P1 (8,51%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan P0 (0%), yang diduga disebabkan oleh kondisi suhu dan kelembapan lingkungan yang tidak stabil. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi Lactobacillus salivarius pada litter berpotensi meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan efisiensi pakan ayam broiler, meskipun perlu pengendalian lingkungan yang lebih optimal untuk menekan angka kematian. Kata Kunci : Lactobacillus salivarius, ayam broiler, litter, bobot badan, Haugh Unit Telur, FCR, indeks performa.

Abstract

Bawang Dayak merupakan tanaman herbal yang berpotensi sebagai Natural Feed Additive pada ternak domba. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak dari penambahan tepung Bawang Dayak melalui air minum terhadap Konsumsi Bahan kering, Pertumbuhan Bobot Badan (PBB) dan Feed Conversio Ratio (FCR) pada anakan Domba Cross Texel. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah anakan Domba Cross Texel dengan umur berkisar 6 - 7 bulan dengan berat badan ±16 Kg dan berjenis kelamin betina, tepung Bawang Dayak, Tempat pakan dan minum, drench gun, dan timbangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Experimen dengan tata letak Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan berupa pemberian tepung Bawang Dayak melalui air minum dengan mengunakan drench gun. Perlakuan ada 4 dan setiap perlakuan terdapat 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan sebagai berikut : P0 = Kontrol (tanpa pemberian Bawang Dayak), P1 = pemberian Bawang Dayak melalui air minum sebanyak 0,2 g ; P2 =  0,4 g ; P3 = 0,6 g. Pemberian tepung Bawang Dayak sesuai perlakuan setiap 2 hari sekali selama 20 hari. Variabel yang diamati yaitu Konsumsi Bahan Kering, Pertumbuhan Bobot Badan (PBB) dan Feed Conversio Ratio (FCR). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan Uji BNT untuk mengetahui perbedaan tiap perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) yang ditimbulkan oleh penambahan tepung Bawang Dayak terhadap Konsumsi Bahan Kering dan PBB, serta berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap FCR. Rata-rata Konsumsi Bahan Kering (g) adalah P0 = 1292,67±32,96 ; P1 = 1386,67±12,50 ; P2 = 1421,33±21,96 dan P3 = 1423,33±18,34. Nilai rata-rata PBB (g) adalah P0 = 68,33±22,55 ; P1 = 126,67±12,58 ; P2 = 140,00±30 dan P3 = 138,33±10,41. Rata-rata FCR (g) adalah P0 = 20,39±6,81 ; P1 = 11,01±0,98 ; P2 = 10,48±2,35 dan P3 = 10,33±0,77. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapa disimpulkan bahwa pemberian tepung Bawang Dayak melalaui air minum pada anakan Domba Cross texel berpengaruh terhadap Konsumsi Bahan kering, Pertumbuhan Bobot Badan (PBB) dan Feed Conversio Ratio (FCR). Pemberian tepung Bawang Dayak melalui air minum yang optimum adalah 0,4g.Kata Kunci : Domba Cross Texel, Tepung Bawang Dayak, Konsumsi Bahan kering, Pertumbuhan Bobot Badan, Feed Conversio Ratio. POTENTIAL OF NATURAL FEED ADDITIVE DAYAK ONION (Eleutherine Palmifolia) ON THE PERFORMANCE OF CROSS TEXEL SHEEP AbstractDayak Onion is a herbal plant that has the potential as a Natural Feed Additive for sheep. The main objective of this study was to analyze the impact of adding Dayak Onion flour through drinking water on Dry Matter Consumption, Body Weight Growth (PBB) and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) in Cross Texel Sheep. The materials used in this study were Cross Texel Sheep with an age ranging from 6 - 7 months with a body weight of ± 16 Kg and female sex, Dayak Onion flour, feed and drink containers, drench guns, and scales. This study used an Experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) layout. The treatment was giving Dayak Onion flour through drinking water using a drench gun. There were 4 treatments and each treatment had 3 replications. The treatments were as follows: P0 = Control (without giving Dayak Onion), P1 = giving Dayak Onion through drinking water as much as 0.2 g; P2 = 0.4 g; P3 = 0.6 g. Dayak Onion flour was given according to the treatment every 2 days for 20 days. The variables observed were Dry Matter Consumption, Body Weight Growth (PBB) and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with BNT Test to determine the differences in each treatment. The results showed a very significant effect (P<0.01) caused by the addition of Dayak Onion flour on Dry Matter Consumption and PBB, and a significant effect (P<0.05) on FCR. The average Dry Matter Consumption (g) was P0 = 1292.67±32.96; P1 = 1386.67±12.50; P2 = 1421.33±21.96 and P3 = 1423.33±18.34. The average PBB value (g) was P0 = 68.33±22.55; P1 = 126.67±12.58; P2 = 140.00±30 and P3 = 138.33±10.41. The average FCR (g) is P0 = 20.39±6.81; P1 = 11.01±0.98; P2 = 10.48±2.35 and P3 = 10.33±0.77. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the administration of Dayak Onion flour through drinking water to Cross Texel lambs has an effect on Dry Matter Consumption, Body Weight Growth (PBB) and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian daun pepaya Jepang dan kulit nanas dalam pakan terhadap kemampuan menahan air (Water Holding Capacity / WHC) dan keempukan daging itik Mojosari. Daun pepaya Jepang mengandung enzim papain, sedangkan kulit nanas mengandung enzim bromelin, keduanya merupakan enzim protease yang berfungsi meningkatkan kecernaan protein serta mengempukkan jaringan daging. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial (RALF) dengan dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu jenis bahan pakan (kulit nanas, daun pepaya Jepang, kombinasi keduanya) dan penambahan enzim protease (NSP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kulit nanas dan daun pepaya Jepang secara tunggal maupun kombinasi berpengaruh sangat nyata (P≤0.01) terhadap WHC dan keempukan daging. Penambahan enzim protease NSP semakin memperkuat pengaruh kedua bahan tersebut, yang ditunjukkan oleh meningkatnya nilai WHC serta penurunan tingkat kekerasan daging. Kesimpulannya, pemberian kedua bahan pakan tersebut dapat meningkatkan kualitas fisik daging itik, khususnya WHC dan keempukan. Kata Kunci: itik Mojosari, bromelin, papain, WHC, keempukan daging THE EFFECT OF GIVING JAPANESE PAPAYA LEAVES AND PINEAPPLE SKIN IN FEED ON WHC AND TENDERNESS OF MOJOSARI DUCK MEAT AbstractThis study aimed to examine the effect of Japanese papaya leaves and pineapple peels in feed on the water holding capacity (WHC) and meat tenderness of Mojosari ducks. Japanese papaya leaves contain the enzyme papain, while pineapple peels contain the enzyme bromelain, both protease enzymes that increase protein digestibility and tenderize meat tissue. The study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRDF) with two treatment factors: feed type (pineapple peels, Japanese papaya leaves, or a combination of both) and protease enzyme (NSP). The results showed that the administration of pineapple peels and Japanese papaya leaves, either singly or in combination, had a highly significant effect (P≤0.01) on WHC and meat tenderness. The addition of the protease enzyme NSP further enhanced the effects of both ingredients, as indicated by an increase in WHC and a decrease in meat toughness. In conclusion, the administration of both feed ingredients can improve the physical quality of duck meat, particularly WHC and tenderness. Keywords: Mojosari duck, bromelain, papain, WHC, meat tenderness
