Abstract

Tuberculosis is a disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis, a first- line anti-tuberculosis drug, namely Isoniazid (H) and Rifampicin (R). The increase in the number of Tb Lung patients from 2019 to 2020 at the RS Grandmed Lubuk Pakam encouraged researchers to conduct this study. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the use of antituberculosis drugs and the rationality of the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs in pulmonary TB patients in RS Grandmed Lubuk Pakam in 2019. This study was a descriptive (non-experimental) study with retrospective data collection taken from patient medical records. Pulmonary tuberculosis at RS Grandmed Lubuk Pakam. Data was collected using purposive sampling technique in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria using the Data Collection Sheet. The number of samples used in the study is 76 medical records of patients diagnosed with pulmonary TB. Data analysis was performed using the Univariate with the help of SPSS. Results of the distribution of treatment duration data that most patients underwent treatment for <6 months, as many as 31 people (19.9%). Followed by patients with exactly 6 months length of 30 people (0.39%). Whereas patients from 6 months 16 people (21.1%). And the number of Chronic Disease that suffered by Diabetes Mellitus patients was 24 patients (14.5%). All three have a significant relationship to the patient's treatment outcomes. Whereas at the age range 18-24 years, 44 people (57.9%) were affected by pulmonary TB. and The results of the evaluation of the rationality of pulmonary TB treatment are the exact indications of (97.4%), (74 patients), the right patients by 100% (76 patients), the right drugs by (97.4%) (74 patients), and the correct dosage of 100% ( 76).

Abstract

Massage treatment is part of traditional health services which can provide a stimulating and relaxing effect, improve the blood and lymph circulation system and strengthen other body systems, intended to improve health and fitness. Massage treatments generally use massage oil containing essential oils as aromatherapy. The use of essential oils in aromatherapy, especially through massage treatments, must be mixed with carrier oil in the form of vegetable oil such as sunflower seed oil. Pengalangan village is a sunflower agrotourism village with great sunflower potential but the results of sunflower cultivation are still less than optimal and are limited to sunflower seed food. Therefore, the team provides an Eco-preneurship solution with an effort to increase the selling value of the results of processing sunflower seeds in the form of oil to be processed into massage oil. This effort was carried out by providing material using the lecture method and continued with training in making massage oil for PKK cadres and village residents as participants. The end of this activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge by 16.8%, as well as an increase in participants' skills in making massage oil products independently.

Abstract

Digital Marketing adalah istilah untuk pemasaran barang atau jasa yang terukur, ditargetkan, serta interaktif yang menggunakan teknologi digital. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah memudahkan dunia bisnis, termasuk dalam hal keuangan. Produk serta layanan keuangan berbasis digital seperti fintech, semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Salah satu faktor yang mendorong pertumbuhan industri fintech adalah perkembangan UKM. UKM semakin banyak yang menggunakan layanan digital untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam bertransaksi. Perkembangan usaha kecil menengah (UKM) yang terus bertambah juga menjadi pemicu terhadap berkembangnya industri fintech di Tanah Air. Tujuan penyuluhan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh strategi penyuluhan 8 formula membangun bisnis di Desa Pengalangan Menganti. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melalukan tahapan observasi, penyiapan materi, pembuatan pre-test serta post-test dan tahap evaluasi. Peserta dalam penyuluhan ini berjumlah 22 orang. Dari hasil pnyuluhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkat pengetahuan warga mengenai cara membangun bisnis dengan baik.

Abstract

Introduction. Metanil yellow is a synthetic coloring material used for textile products, wood paint, painting paint, and fur. Despite its use having been banned in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of Indonesia No. 239/MENKES/PER/V/1985, metanil yellow is still commonly found in the local community. In Indonesia, this coloring material is often misused to color various types of food, including herbs, crackers, noodles, tofu, and yellow snacks. The purpose of this research is to validate the analytical method for determining metanil yellow levels in herbal medicine of jamu using the UV-Vis spectrophotometric method. Method. In this research, the determination of metanil yellow levels was carried out by instrument analysis using the UV-Vis Sectrophotometric method. Result & Analysis. In the linearity validation parameter, the regression equation y = 0.0548x-0.01398 is obtained with an r² value of 0.9999, the LOD parameter is 0.11686 ppm, LOQ is 0.5620 ppm, the precision parameter RSD value obtained is 0.87% which meets the requirements of ≤ 4%. Furthermore, the results on the determination of metanil yellow levels in each sample A obtained a percentage of 0.00006755% ± 3.9260; sample B obtained a percentage of 0.000110% ± 10.5309; and sample C obtained a percentage of 0.0001023% ± 9.2998. Discussion. Given the very low concentration, it is possible that the yellow color in the herbal medicine samples is not completely caused by metanil yellow, but it might also be influenced by other natural ingredients with yellow pigments.

Abstract

Validation criteria (detection limit (LOD), quantification limit (LOQ, linearity, accuracy, precision) using UV-visible spectrophotometry for determination of alkaloid content in tamarind leaf ethanol extract (Tamarindus indica L). The results of the validation of the analytical method used to determine the total alkaloid content of tamarind leaf extract (Tamarindus indica L.) are in accordance with the validation criteria of the analysis method using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. If the linear regression result for the linearity test is y = 0.0742x 0.1239 then the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.9972; excellent specificity, detection limit (LOD) 0.0375 ppm, quantification limit (LOQ) 0.1251 ppm, medium precision test results with medium concentration, average performance value Test precision of 107.64% and mean -mean RSD-% of mean precision test results is 1.0543% ± The total alkaloid content in tamarind leaf extract (Tamarindus indica L.) averages 1.6467 percent by mass ±0.0869. Studies show that tamarind leaves contain an average of 2,189 ± 0.047 ppm positive alkaloids. Keywords:          Alkaloids, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, Method Validation   Abstrak Kriteria validasi (batas deteksi (LOD), batas kuantifikasi (LOQ, linearitas, akurasi, presisi) menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-visibel untuk penentuan kandungan alkaloid pada ekstrak etanol daun asam jawa (Tamarindus indica L). Hasil validasi metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kandungan alkaloid total ekstrak daun asam jawa (Tamarindus indica L.) sesuai dengan kriteria validasi metode analisis menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Jika hasil regresi linier untuk uji linieritas adalah y = 0,0742x 0,1239 maka koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,9972; spesifisitas sangat baik, batas deteksi (LOD) 0,0375 ppm, batas kuantifikasi (LOQ) 0,1251 ppm, hasil pengujian presisi sedang dengan konsentrasi sedang, nilai kinerja rata-rata Presisi pengujian sebesar 107,64% dan mean -mean RSD-% dari mean hasil pengujian presisi adalah 1 ,0543 % ± Kandungan total alkaloid pada ekstrak daun asam jawa (Tamarindus indica L.) rata-rata 1,6467 persen massa ±0,0869. Abstract

Curcuma rhizome contains antioxidants, where the compound that acts as an antioxidant is curcumin. Temulawak rhizome extract tablets as a supporting supplement for the treatment process of diseases such as liver function disorders, ulcers, coughs, diarrhea, and constipation. This study was conducted to obtain a valid method in determining curcumin levels in temulawak rhizome extract tablet preparations by HPLC. The stages carried out in this study were the preparation of the mobile phase, standard preparation, HPLC optimization, sample preparation, and method validation. Validation consists of several parameters, namely linearity, LOD and LOQ, selectivity, precision, and accuracy. In the curcumin standard all parameters have met the requirements, linearity (r = 0.9975), LOD (6.5420 mg/L) and LOQ (21.8067 mg/L), selectivity (Rs = 1.7139). In brand A curcumin tablets, precision (RSD < 5.7%), while for accuracy (recovery 90-107%). The selected method can be used for the determination of curcumin content in temulawak rhizome extract tablet preparations.
