Abstract

Bank sampah adalah salah satu fasilitas yang mewujudkan penyelesaian masalah sampah domestik, industri kecil, dan menengah dengan prinsip 4R (reduce, reuse, recycle, dan replant). Selain itu bank sampah juga sebagai sarana dan berperan penting dalam edukasi, perubahan perilaku dalam pengelolaan sampah dan pelaksanaan ekonomi sirkular. Bank sampah menjadi satu-satunya metode yang dimiliki Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah dari sumbernya dengan melibatkan secara langsung partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Namun, para pengelola bank sampah memiliki kendala terkait manajemen pengelolaan bank sampah berupa pencatatan, keuangan, sumber daya manusia, dan pelayanan kepada nasabah yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengelola bank sampah. Kurangnya pengetahuan teknologi terkait inovasi dan manajemen juga dialami oleh mitra yaitu pengelola Bank sampah Ramli Graha Indah Kota Samarinda. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat ini mengusulkan strategi digitalisasi manajemen pengelolaan dan pelayanan bank sampah berupa teknologi berbasis website dalam bentuk sistem Waste M-Banking (WM-Banking). Pengguna dari sistem tersebut adalah pihak pengelola bank sampah dan nasabahnya. Program ini diharapkan mampu menawarkan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra terkait kurang efektifnya manajemen pengelolaan bank sampah dan pelayanannya, dan mentransfer pengetahuan tentang digitalisasi manajemen melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang penggunaan sistem WM-Banking. Digitalisasi tersebut diterapkan berbasis website untuk memudahkan manajemen pengelolaan dan pelayanan pada bank sampah.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative descriptive research aimed at describing the use of social media to increase brand awareness for AsiaCommerce on Instagram and TikTok. The data collection methods used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the social media activities on these platforms have significantly increased AsiaCommerce's brand awareness, reaching hundreds of thousands of potential clients. However, the activities have not always met the key performance indicator (KPI) targets due to factors such as content delivery adjustments, limited demographic targeting, difficulty in appealing to the audience, and keeping up with changing trends. To maximize brand awareness, strategic efforts such as giveaways, advertisements, key opinion leader (KOL) strategies, live marketing, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for content creation have been implemented. This research has practical implications for social media applications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employees' workload when there is a lack of personnel in the Learning & Development Department at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Rembang Branch. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Three informants in this study are employees in the position of training officer and recruitment officer. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the lack of personnel is the difficulty in finding human resources that match the company's qualifications. The shortage of personnel in the department then increased the workload of employees, so employees often came home late or continued work when they were at home. Efforts are being made to overcome the increasing workload by making a schedule/planning one month in advance and making a list of jobs as well as much coordination with time to request assistance for work that must be completed immediately according to the specified deadline.

Abstract

Company financial performance is a benchmark to increase the value of a company. The existence of Covid-19 pandemic has caused the economy in Indonesia to decline which has had an impact on the financial performance of several companies, one of which is PT KAI (Persero). This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT KAI (Persero) in 2016-2021 as measured through financial statement analysis using the DuPont system. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data source used is secondary data, in the form of PT KAI (Persero) financial reports in the form of time series. The analytical technique used is the DuPont system. The results showed that the financial performance of PT KAI (Persero) in 2016-2021 was in a good position. Fluctuating NPM has a major impact on ROE, resulting in PT KAI (Persero) having to be vigilant and immediately innovate because their financial performance is not yet stable enough. The company expected to be able to optimize their financial management, especially in increasing sales volume accompanied by a high level of net profit and good asset management to create a good NPM and TATO for the company's ROI and ROE.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify intelligence as a proxy for worker performance at XYZ's company from an Islamic standpoint. The three types of intelligence in question are intellectual, emotional, and spiritual. Given the increasing complexity of the industry and the globalization of business, it is critical for organizations to recognize that their most valuable resource is their workforce. Utilized by XYZ's company to assist intelligence from an Islamic perspective, particularly in integrating Islamic values, this research method involves qualitative descriptive analysis. Five informants provided information during staff interviews in the operational unit responsible for human resources, education, and training. Data were also gathered through observation and documentation. The study's findings suggest that intelligence encompasses more than just cognition; it also covers other types of intelligence including emotional and spiritual intelligence. Islamic teachings place a great emphasis on the harmony between the three forms of intellect in order to develop healthy and productive persons. This allows employers to produce workers who are not only technically proficient but also possess a strong sense of social awareness and spiritual understanding.

Abstract

Milk is a secretion from mammals that has a function as a source of nutrition. The presence of lactose in milk causes some to be deprived of milk because of lactose allergies. Dairy product for those who are allergic to milk is to consume vegetable milk, such as almond milk. The almond milk produced by Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) ABC is raw almond milk, which have short shelf life. Quality analysis is a step made to achieve and maintain the desired standards of taste, odour, color and texture. This study contribution to investigate the quality of almond milk after five days of storage. In MSME ABC, quality analysis is done by sensory test and compared with the quality standards set by MSME ABC. The quality of the almond milk analysis takes five days, with three different batches. Data retrieval methods conducted with secondary and primary data. After analysis, obtained data of almond milk on day 5 of storage was devalued. The conclusion of the observations made is that almond milk changes in flavor, color, scent and texture parameters after 5 days of storage.
